Negative experience: Close to a scam and very misleading In vegas my wife and I agreed to attend a 90 min timeshare presentation in exchange for $400 to spend on restaurants I provided a $40 deposit to honor that I would attend the presentation the next day. The $400 card to spend on restaurants has so many restrictions that it's useless even in vegas! My $40 deposit was not returned and I am taking it up with my credit card company. Avoid this company

Negative experience: I attended a bridal expo in Phx Az and I entered to win a $200 gift card, this was many months ago, today I get a call from a Angela stating I won the gift card and to celebrate Los Vegas anniversary I was going to get a 3d 2n stay at the Grandview hotel. While on the phone with her I looked up the hotel and they hold time share events there, I let her know if I have to attend a time share event or put any cc on file I don’t want it, she asked a few other questions then ended the call and I’m assuming it’s cause of what I said. So don’t do it she tried to tell I would have to pay $192 for a tour and I told I didn’t want it. Tried to call back to get her information and no answer of course!!

Negative experience: I hope if you’re reading the reviews, you’re lucky enough to know the name of this company before you call back to accept the prize. I got a call and a voice message claiming that I won the award from the bridal expo I had attended, but the company name was not mentioned. The voice message explained that I had entered my info on a tablet when I first entered the convention center and I remembered doing that. I remember that prize being advertised as a gift card to Target. I called back hoping to collect and the lady congratulated me on winning a Visa card and needed my fiancee on the line to share other great news. I got my fiancee and she exclaimed that we won three free nights in Las Vegas at the Burkley, to be used within a year. The catch was that we needed to collect our gift within 6 months. Well we were skeptical and I (dumbly) (hindsight is 20/20) decided that we’d just put our card down for the deposit to hold our reservation to collect the gift in September, and then we’d cancel if we needed to. After the phone call we decided it was too expensive to fly or drive to Vegas to collect this gift and that we wanted to cancel. I called 30 min after the original phone call to cancel receiving the prize. Surprise surprise, NO REFUNDS!!! We lost $129 in deposit money because they held us on the phone and reiterated how loyal and legit of a company they are and that they’d never due anything to damage their reputation. Also, we could not transfer the gift to someone else. Again, hindsight is 20/20. DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR OFFER AND PLEASE READ OTHER 1-2 STAR REVIEWS!!! Edit to add #1: They would not let me cancel this trip at all, only reschedule, so I am still getting updates on this. Edit to add #2: This was explained to us as a tour, NOT a timeshare. SCAM. Edit to add #3: The owner's reply is not relevant. Maybe a bot.

Negative experience: My fiancée and I attended a timeshare presentation with Always Travel With Us in Orlando after receiving an offer at a bridal expo for a $200 gift card and a 3-night hotel stay in exchange for attending the presentation. We were told the presentation would last 90 minutes, but our salesperson kindly said she would shorten it to 60 minutes for us since we had other plans that day. Unfortunately, that promise wasn’t honored. We ended up being stuck there for over 2 hours, because they believed they had us hooked. The sales tactics were very aggressive and manipulative. Even after we declined four times, the price magically dropped $44,500 on the final offer, which honestly made the entire thing feel like a scam. We explained we were saving for our wedding and simply not interested, but we were met with constant pressure—“Are you sure you want to miss this deal?”—in a way that felt pushy and disrespectful. Afterward, we were directed to Vacation Village to claim our gift card, where the representative was rude and dismissive when we asked basic questions. The $200 card came with so many restrictions that it’s barely usable—no online purchases, no tips at restaurants, and limited redemption options. It felt like a bait-and-switch. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Not worth the stress or the time. We will not be attending anything from this company again, even for a gift card. Be cautious.

Negative experience: Well, coming here to give a poor review which I NEVER do unless it's horrible but already see this company only had 2.5 stars. It makes sense as I did a timeshare presentation and was told I would be given 2 free trips for multiple nights. I had to book them both at a later date through this company and it was horrible. It was an absolute lie about free. I had to pay for all these taxes and fees. In Florida, it was the same cost as I could book it online!! That is called NOT FREE and just an outright lie. I also was told I would get a deposit back but got it back on a Visa gift card..... real classy. Everything just seemed like a scam after the fact. I would definitely NOT recommend listening to anything being offered from them. We came through Vacation Village resorts and only have used one of the stays since we aren't about to pay for another stay that we were supposed to receive for free. I spoke with Bobby (wouldn't give me his last name). He was VERY unhelpful and rude at the end. Wouldn't provide me anyone higher to speak with. Very bad experience all around. I just wish people would be upfront with what they are really offering and own up to mistakes as a company.

Negative experience: Absolute scam, they called my wife and tricked her into giving her cc number and charged her $129, we called within 12 hrs to have them refund and they refused. we will be filing complaints with BBB a FTC. Whatever it takes or how much time we will get our money back. Please do not fall for their phone scam, Hang Up. In response to the owners reply, we did call your number. We Were told we would not be getting our money back, even though we did not, and will not be receiving anything. We were misled and when we discovered we had paid to go to a sales pitch, we ask for a refund and were refused. you have no product or services that we have any interest in. We are not interested in Timeshares, or whatever they are being called today, or any other vacation product.

Negative experience: SCAM....not trustworthy. Not worth the 90 minute presentation. Try to stay at a location, requirements 2 weeks prior. Most vacations we book are Six (6) months out for our travel plans. Use your own funds to only have returned to with their resort credit. Waste of time.

Negative experience: I booked a stay at the Grandview Las Vegas through Expedia. They said there was a complementary buffet, and there was a $20 deposit just to reserve my place. Turned out to be a 2 hour sales pitch for a timeshare. I didn't sit through it, so I just paid $20 for a mediocre buffet. Scam.

Negative experience: Disgrace of a business. Look at all the 1 star reviews. We "won" a prize at an event, come to find out we had to pay (thankfully only) a $99 deposit to take a tour of a property we have no interest in going to in order to get our "prize" after attending the tour. We should have said no thank you on the spot, but somehow they got us. Fast forward 3 days later, they won't let me cancel even though our tour is 3 weeks away, as if we booked a highly desired spot on the tour. When I mentioned disputing our credit card, they said we agreed to the terms and would use that as their defense, basically saying we're out of luck. I don't understand how anyone would want to work for a company like this. I'm sure anyone who reads this and comes to the reviews is doing so because they just got scammed by this operation. $99 Lesson learned. Can't wait to read their copy & paste response to this. If you truly aren't a scam operation, refund me my $99.

Negative experience: This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I was given misinformation verbally over the phone. After I received the first email stating what the package actually was, I tried to get a refund. I called them 2 times 3 days after having my card charged for what I thought was a vacation. When I reached out I had no help whatsoever. I disputed the charge on my credit card, and it ended up in their favor, even though they would not help me directly. When I called a couple of months later after my card having closed the dispute, I was told that It had to be within a year for me to receive a refund. I told them that it was within a year and they said oh yeah sorry it has to be within 30 days. So that right there shows they had no respect for the customer and did not even know what they were talking about. I tried again to call another representative and was spoken to very rudely and she stated that they did not even have record of me calling before that day. She told me they sent me an email with the package information stating that if I wanted a refund I would have to mail in a letter. I NEVER received that email. When I told her I never received that email, she said "Sorry its not our fault that it didn't go through. We are just responsible for sending it. We can't help if it gets to you or not". DO NOT ever work with this company and tell everyone you know to stay away. TERRIBLE customer service and very misinformed. They need to be shut down.

Negative experience: LONG POST: Truly disappointed in the way customer service treats their potential guests. This one takes the cake! I've encountered it first hand and I am appalled at the way they handled my situation. I was a new guest looking to invest in one of their partnering agencies (Vacation Village), because I went on tour with my in-laws (who are owners) and thought about becoming an owner myself... Like any other person who wants to invest in a timeshare you talk to customer service and confirm the reservation. I booked a trip for 7 days back in October, (I stayed exactly 45 min on the phone with their agents) for a fair price in exchange for doing a presentation (which was what I wanted to do), which in the end would leave to a new timeshare owner. However, to my knowledge I called 2 days before the trip to confirm everything was good to go (I booked my flights, rental, and travel reservations) and they told me they had canceled my trip and were giving me a refund.... I was confused?! I asked was there anything that they can do, and the Manager, Fernando, gets on the phone and tells me I could NEVER tour their partnering agency or stay there because I initially traveled with my in-laws to do a timeshare tour (Hince: I never been a customer before, I was just a guest) and my refund is on the way. Now like any other customer service dept, they will try to accommodate their out of town guests, whether to pay more or provide some options..... I was never given any options and was told there was nothing they could do after I asked several times if there was anything they could do with me traveling so far... I just got a nice dial tone to listen to...... Overall, they are incompetent, rude, unrelatable and absolutely a disgrace. I will never suggest this company to anyone. Choose at your own discretion!!!!

Although you may have been a guest, your name would have been associated with the reservation or previous tour in order for it to flag our system. Negative experience: My husband died and we brought a package together. Well his credit card purchased it and I can’t get my money back etc. The package expired because of his time on life support and they do not want to apply the money on another package. Instead they offered me to purchase another one and the first one was not handled professionally. What are some suggestions? What can I or should do next? This is a bad business and sometimes I want to report such manner to The Better Business Bureau. I think we could maybe experience some better treatment. I lost my money trip and was offered to buy a new trip. I never experienced a service and company with actually no good benefits or left remarks. No good experience from this company. Be careful to purchase. They are a gimmick company and they don’t sell or tell you the real about themselves.
Hello Marla - Please allow us to extend again our sincerest condolences on the passing of your husband earlier this year. Unfortunately, as stated in our conversations, we are unable to honor your request as your package was purchased in 2018 and it is now 2022. Our packages are valid from one year from the date of purchase, and we do honor extensions, but too many years have passed. Please be advised that we also do not pay to participate with the Better Business Business, which reflects in our lower score.
Negative experience: After being told we only needed to book our vacation by said dates, we tried booking our trip, and were told that we need to travel by that date. We are unable to travel currently due to fostering 2 kids who can’t leave the state. We feel cheated out of our money, and refuse to use this company for anything. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The wanted us to pay additional money to “extend” our dates out. After reading other reviews, we now feel we’ve dodged a bullet, and will take this loss as a lesson. Their generic responses tell me everything I need to know moving forward.
Hello Ty - We are sorry that you feel cheated, however, the terms and conditions of the package that you purchased clearly state that you have one year from the date of purchase to complete your travel.
Negative experience: Unfortunately I am unable to enter 1 start. I received a “free” trip from answering a question on the radio. Payed 200 initially for the trip to be scheduled. On the reservation had to have 2 names I was told. Fast forward I was unable to make the dates reserved with my partner listed on the reservation. To change the dates was a charge of 150 and to have his name removed was another 100. I attended the trip alone as told I could by a rep name Lydia as long as I make over 50,000 I don’t need a partner to attend the trip/ timeshare. My son and I attend the trip and went to the time share the following morning. I sat in the time share meeting for 2hrs as it is a requirement to receive the free hotel and 200 gift card promised. After I declined the timeshare that is when everything changed. My son and I were kicked out of the hotel, if I wanted to stay I would have to pay an additional 300$ to Travel With Us, I declined. I was not refunded my 150 for room tax/fees for my entire stay of the hotel. Natasha a rep manager was rude when I called with my concerns, did not let me speak or ask questions and very unprofessional . Please please please do not travel with this company. They offer no refunds. This company is a scam and rip off. Don’t believe anything they say. Scam artists!!!!
You and your son attended a presentation and were gifted what was promised. We don't know why the hotel would turn you away. If you had an issue with the hotel, you would have had to speak to them durectly. We wish you better future vacations.
Negative experience: Steer clear of Always Travel with us. They provided the worst travel experience we have ever had. We were booked at Delta by Marriott which we didn’t find out until we checked for the timeshare presentation. The beautiful lobby was very deceiving as our room was a disaster. The toilet didn’t flush, instead of providing a new room, they sent maintenance every time we called and eventually he just left a plunger with us and said good luck. The room had a stinch and the new floors were dirty. After two days of this we just checked out. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service and we walked down 8 flights of stairs to get out. We’ve reached out to Always Travel and of course they won’t help refund our money.

However, at the time of booking your vacation package, it is stated both on the phone and in the terms and conditions that the stay is in a hotel that we are partnered with. It's unfortunate you did not have a pleasant experience at Delta by Marriott. If you were having problems with the room itself, you needed to notify the front desk to see if they could move you to a more accommodating room, if possible. We wish you better future vacations.

Every vacation package is different. We would need to read the terms and conditions for your particular package. There are certain fees for upgrades or to extend it past the expiration dates. We're sorry you didn't understand how those terms worked.

Negative experience: Everything was good until it was time to book, I had to pay an extra $100 for certain days, I get to the hotel and I’m made to pay over $20 a day extra for taxes or something, the elevator was broken and the rooms smelled like mildew. I never did want to complain about anything until now that it’s time to book again, I bought my package in August and since I made my first trip in July they are now saying I’m expired and my entire account is expired, they cannot even sell me a new package because I haven’t attended some type of seminar. It’s been 5 days since my package expired according to them and I offered to pay extra for a simple extension. I don’t understand how such a successful company lacks so much honesty and integrity. Terrible customer service.

To this day they are still calling and harassing me to try and get money out of me. If I decline the call they call back immediately again, as if it isn't the middle of the work day? Negative experience: Supposedly I "won" two trips from answering a question on the radio, okay great then turns out I had to pay $200.00 and some change, ontop if that had to pay for my plane tickets the only thing I actually did win was a ran down room and the grand Orlando resort, it was absolutely disgusting and outdated I went to the front desk to ask for a new room even though I called a month ahead to make sure I got a decent room and was denied , so I left and ended up paying for my own resort somewhere else. I had ANOTHER trip to Vegas which I didn't get to attend due to the death of my boyfriend. I paid for the deposit and ended up calling to cancel the trip, I was told I would be refunded to my card which I told the rep. that I no longer owned that card and he reassured me that it would be returned to the account either way. After a month I called again and was told I would be receiving my refund Via mail in the form of a check, okay fine. Another month still no refund I called again to check on this and was told that a check was never issued because I called to late. I questioned this because the date of my first call they have in the system is inaccurate, they have absolutely no record of the first call I placed to cancel the trip. When a supervisor finally got back to me and I asked her how something like this could happen her answer was " I don't Know" she didn't even TRY to provide me with help or a solution. Anyone that works customer service knows you never use the term I don't know when helping a troubled customer. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I "won" a trip and paid for everything doesn't seem like I won anything.

Negative experience: STAY AWAY from this company. They advertised 21 or older for eligibility and after taking my money they tell me I’m not eligible because I’m 25 and not 30. So they tell me if your in a relationship then I’m eligible if she comes with me and for the inconvenience of the age that I would get $100 voucher for food and $100 voucher for gambling and I received the confirmation and they only gave me the standard $50 each voucher that my prize already came with for winning. So again false advertisement. I will be getting my money back and I will NEVER use this company again

Negative experience: If I were able to give 0 STARS I would! Upon talking on the phone, I was told I would choose when we wanted to do the tour once we got there. A day after paying I received a tour confirmation date. MY WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. That is the whole point of my trip. When I called to tell them I don't want the date I was scheduled for, I told them I planned on doing my tour at check-in to get it out of the way. I was then told tours couldn't be done at check-in or check-out. If I had been told this information when booking, I would have NEVER paid for this. Always Travel With Us, Inc. is refusing to give me my money back. DO NOT use this company! I would also like to add this business has been given an F by the Better Business Bureau and is not accredited by the BBB.

Negative experience: I followed the registration request card as instructed and mailed it in to the address provided and Always Travel With Us never responded. I kept waiting for them to reach out and after long enough I got frustrated and called in to customer service. They indicated I should've called sooner, and that now it's too late to help me so my trip to Orlando is cancelled... such a waste of time. I highly recommend using a different agency.

Negative experience: We bought a vacation package through a third-party company called always travel with us, just to find out we had been lied to and told upon arrival that we owe resort fees even though the travel company provided us a voucher and a receipt saying we didn’t owe anything on arrival. The only thing we were supposed to pay in addition was taxes at checkout, something like $20 a day the sales rep said. The supervisor at the hotel refused to give us the keys unless we paid an additional $28 a day that we never agreed to pay and it even says in the confirmation letter anything that may not be included in

Negative experience: An absolute scam. I so called won this package from the radio station. I was told that I was to pay $98.00 ,come to find out they charged me $298.00 when I noticed that I called numerous times to get my money returned, went to my financial institution and still wasn't able to get refunded. Was told by numerous agents to send in a request to obtain a refund I've done that several times still no refund. Then the agents are rude af .I don't understand how this company is able to steal someone's money under false pretenses. As well as false advertising, then if you research almost all of the reviews are negative. But the company would be quick to say "we've been in business for 40 years blah blah blah. No you're scamming and scheming.

Negative experience: I have never experienced such poor customer services in my life. My daughter and I won a trivia contest and promotion and purchased the promotional package at the start of the pandemic. As covid numbers rose and travels between states was discouraged we decided to stay safe and wait to book (the covid numbers in Florida have been extremely high). I was told that there would be extensions because of the global pandemic. Now that numbers are going down and we are nearing some resemblance of the end, I called to make our reservations and the first person I talked to was extremely rude. She told me that I made reservations and didn't show so I would have to pay a fee (NOT TRUE!) then she continually talked over me and talked louder than me. When I called her out for not being customer friendly and talking over me, she accused me of talking over her ( after I called her out for the same behavior). She called me Kimberly (not my name) and refenced a phone number that was not mine, then said she could not find me in the system. She wanted to charge me more money and not honor my package despite the state of the nation. She also refused to let me speak with anyone else. I hung up and called back, I am unsure if it was the same person but the next person found me in the system no problem. She also wanted to charge me extra and kept repeating the same scripted phrases instead of actually helping. They claim that since I purchased it during the pandemic there was nothing they could do even though there was no way of telling at that time how bad things would get with covid. Our entire planet was devastated and they cannot extend the PAID FOR package that we never got a chance to use. We are very unhappy and will never use them or recommend them to anyone!

Positive experience: I won a vacation on a radio station And it was through this company honey I forgot about it for a while but when I called to book our Vacation and it was Very awkward It wasn't hyped hyped up like it was when I the one I wanted they had told me it was a big me it was it was very easy to book your flight and everything threw them and it would be a lot cheaper but when talking to her on the phone she gave us 2 different hotels to pick from and we had to pay $200 there's then and now I still have to figure out Are flights or if we are driving because they say you can do that on any site so it definitely This was nice for 4 nights for $300 but then $200 more tomorrow so the total was 500 and Kissimmee Florida Just trying to figure out the accommodations they they had told us when we won

Negative experience: I called and spoke with Vanessa yesterday. Let me tell you she is the most difficult person I have ever dealt with. She was very rude and would not listen to anything I was asking her. She continued to try and talk over me. I requested multiple times to speak with someone else and her response was she is the only my person she can trust with the call. Long story short, NEVER book with this place. I have done a lot of traveling and have never experienced anything quite like this place. They may have scammed me out of $438 but I would never spend another cent with them.

Negative experience: I was bold face lied about the benefits of the package. I spoke with Janice and I was told about a condo at vacation village at Orlando and told me there is no resort fee. The hotel charged us $100 in resort fee. Here I’m with at a Stinky part of grad Orlando resort. We are extremely disappointed by the room given and the amount charged. We have never been in a room like this in entire life. The carpet was so bad and the room stinks like smoke. I’m surprised they made me pay about $500 for a hotel like this with a time share presentation. Never go with always with us. Called them several times with no help from them. Very bad customer service. Extremely disappointed.
We are disappointed to hear of your negative experience at Vacation Village at Parkway. The only fee they charge at check in is a resort fee of $30 and nothing more. Fantastic experience: Everything up to the arrival was great. Our sales Rep gave inside information and step by step help. Upon arrival the place we were going to stay was absolutely HORRIBLE, kids running around, smelly hallway, Noisy and much more!!! My husband & I called the company that sent the voucher & we got Vanessa Lopez. When I say she jumped hoops & hurdles to get us out of the original location. She made sure we didn't lose any money AND BASICALLY we got an upgrade. We did have to pay a little more, BUT before she stepped in we were ready to check out and find somewhere to stay. She told us to give her a little time to see what she could do. When we walked into the other Vacation Villa the red carpet was rolled out. They were amazing! The room was beautiful, you could smell the disinfect throughout the bldg and it was ABSOLUTELY QUIET!! We did run into an issue about a $100 Visa card we were supposed to receive and RCI took care of that. All in all great vacation & thank you Vanessa for all your help...

Kiss 108 was running a radio contest to win a trip to Disney and Las Vegas only come to find out anyone could win by say the multiple answers to the question. This is 100% a timeshare scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Not only did they take $300 from us without even reading us terms and conditions. I fully intend on reporting this to the FCC.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible experience dealing with this company. Received a call saying l “won” a trip to Disney and all I needed was a deposit and to book before June of 2022. Confirmed with the rep 3 times if Disney park passes were included. She advised YES and all l had to pay was the deposit (179.00), which l would get back as a gift card. Fast forward 3 months to set up my stay. Confirmed with the agent the date. Stated for me to call the hotel for my passes for Disney. I contact the hotel, they try to charge me close to 3k for the park passes. I explained that no it’s supposed to be free per the rep l confirmed with. Hotel advises they don’t have that on file and to then go back to ATW to obtain the vouchers for the park. I do that. The rep advised that “they never do that” and “don’t have passes” and only the hotel is paid for. I continue to explain that the rep l gave deposit to back in December advised differently. She said “well sorry we don’t have that on file”. About 2/3 weeks ago I sent an email to cancel. Received a call back saying they cannot cancel via email. Transfer me to sales to get disconnected. I call back, get a busy signal. Finally after many unsuccessful, l get a hold of someone to cancel, who then tells me my package is already confirmed and I cannot cancel. I finally get transferred again only to be disconnected . After the 3rd time the woman l spoke with THEN tells me l have to pay 500.”” Because my package is expired!!! I said this is absolutely ridiculous every time l speak with someone I received different information. She then says “oh wait it l can cancel for 150.00. I tell her again the “whole story “ and she says she will cancel my reservation. I have yet to receive ANYTHING in writing to confirm the cancellation. They will tell you lies to get your money, then when you question it, they make you feel like a liar. Don’t deal with them! It’s all a scam.

Negative experience: I was sold an amazing story about the resort I booked with only to get to there and find out different. I was charged more for my stay than promised and several of the promised amenities were not available. I have been trying to get customer service on the phone for about 4 days and finally got someone today and she could care less about my complaints. Yes, you guys discount trips but don't sell garbage products just because it's discounted. Doesn't matter if it's $5 or a million dollars being spent, it's still people's hard earned money.

Negative experience: Horrible company. We won a radio contest and were so excited to go on a vacation with our kids for *free* and get a gift card for attending a timeshare presentation. Everything involving the presentation was casual vague, unorganized and not communicated to us AT ALL until 1 hour before. It was a total set up so we would miss our apt. We are paying more on this trip for fees and changing the date due to a pandemic then if we booked this hotel without your travel company at all. On top of that, the hotel was extremely dirty, and cheap - not at all what was promised or expected. From the looks of these other reviews... you do this ALOT. We will be spreading the word about our experiences. We have 2 more days on this trip, and now the hotel is telling us they will charge our account for the room fees and that you guys won't pay for the hotel stay after all. Negative experience: I called this company and the customer service rep picked up on the first ring. I told her I was calling to see about using my travel voucher. She asked for my name and placed me on hold. I was on hold for 50+ minutes. I finally hung up, waited a minute or two and called back and the same “on hold” music was playing. Hung up, tried again.. same “on hold” music was playing. I just find it ironic considering when I first called they answered immediately. This isn’t the way to treat customers... pandemic or no pandemic. Update: I see that this company responded to this post. Please don’t be fooled. They did not ask my contact information before placing me on hold so of course they would have no way of contacting me. This is a scam company.

Negative experience: This company is full of scam artists..so to start i "won" a vacation and then had to pay $300 which i wasnt expecting,seeing as how I "won" this vaction, but they told me I could get my $300 back so I said ok...next I almost missed my schedule date and because it was such short notice I had to pay an extra $150 which I uderstood why and was fine with paying..fast forward to march of 2020 when I'm suppose to take my trip, Covid 19 closed everything down and I was forced to reschedual because everything was closed...i was told I had 90 day to reschedual...in May, (less then 90 days) I called back and asked if everything had opened yet and they told be no so I got an extension that let me schedual by September 11th.. That brings me to today..i called to schedual my trip for november and the lady said I would have to pay another $300+ for a cancellation fee and a reschedule fee. I simply asked why i had to pay more money to go on a trip I paid for and she just lied and gave me a run around. I was told someone would call me and they never did...they also said they talked to me and requested paperwork from me which is a big fat lie... I reached out by phone social media email...tried countless times to figure this out and all I was met with was ignorance and dishonesty...long story short my vacation that I "won" went from the initial $450 I paid to $900 which I just dont have so I was forced to just take it as a loss and forfiet my $450...i will be filing a complaint with the BBB and I will be getting a private civil Attorney to file a lawsuit against then for making rasict, and discriminatory comments to me as well as false advertising and entrapment...stay away from this company and give them no buisness, they deserve to be shut down permanently!

And now I am trying to book my second vacation with them but they don’t have the date available for us, when we asked to extended our vacation time due to this Covid 19, they said they already extended it. Negative experience: I won a trip through this company in August of 2019 to go to Disney by August of this year. This pandemic has halted my family's chances of going by that time, as well as (presumably) Disney's ability to ensure the health of incoming customers by then, regardless of being open. I asked for my $300 deposit to be refunded, but that is being denied. They offered a 90 day extension, that is impossible for me and my family, as well as a year extension if I pay $100 more dollars (NEVER going to happen). Given this pandemic, exceptions SHOULD be made. But this business isn't here for you. Just themselves.

Negative experience: I purchased a package that included a 5/4night trip to Vegas. I have been unable to use it due to the pandemic. I initially wanted to travel in December of 2019 but was informed my dates were unavailable. I intended to travel to Vegas in April or Early May 2020 but was unable to because of the travel restrictions due to the Covid19 pandemic. Per Fernando, a supervisor, I had until May 23, 2020 to use the vacation. After calling several times and being placed on hold for hours I was finally connected with a representative by the name of Stephanie whom informed me that I had to pay an extension fee of $150 for an additional 3months if I wanted to continue to travel. I explained to her that I wasn't able to travel due to the pandemic and still to this day Vegas is not allowing travel. I then asked would they be willing to substitute another location due to travel restrictions, again a $150 transfer fee would be required. I tried explaining to her that none of these factors are explained in the contract they provided me and that I have nothing in writing from them stating such. She then got very irate and stated " this is what I'm offering take it or leave it". After several requests she refused to connect me with a supervisor. I find it unfortunate that we are going thru a pandemic which clearly restricted travel for approximately 3 months now and this travel company isn't willing to work with the consumers given the situation. With all the negative reviews and complaints from other consumers, I'm seriously considering a class action lawsuit.

Negative experience: Would obviously be zero if possible. Shady from start to finish. Trick you/lie to get you to sign up on radio contest win (I also expected better out of B96) before getting home to review what your signing. Then take deposit for winning, definitely fishy, I should have known better, but excitement got the best of me. Got home to finally review what I signed up for and didn’t feel right, plus reviews of service and locations were terrible. Was starting to feel like more of a headache then a win. Followed their instructions exactly to opt out to get my money back before I lost my deposit or was forced to continue with their services. Conveniently can only cancel by letter, not phone or email, but still did so with plenty of notice to avoid issues, or so I thought. As the time passed, I still had no credit on my card so called. They conveniently have multiple addresses, procedures, people telling you different things to try to get you to mess up cancellation. After I gave them the right address, name, and number, they then told me, we’ll we still didn’t get your letter. If you look at what reviews, which they have shut down or removed many of those options, they conveniently “lose” a lot of mail. After trying to blame me, and apparently the worst mail service in the U.S., their assumption, not mine; they told me in SOL. Management never called me back as I was told they would. I disputed on my card as no options were left. They are now disputing my dispute. We’ll see how this goes? Waste of my time due to there complete shadiness! These people should be shut down and in jail for theft. SHADY business, definitely what is wrong with people that these days. Try earning an honest living like those people you scam!

Each package is different and has its own unique set of terms and conditions.On most of the vacation packages, "A minimum of thirty (30) days advance request for travel reservations is required in order to arrange for this vacation. A minimum of sixty (60) days advance request is required for travel reservations during major holidays or peak season." The packages' terms also state that "You may cancel and receive a full refund without any penalty or obligation within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later. Positive experience: The experience we had with our first trip was fun, but when we sent info for our next communication was disappointing. Didn't find out about the unavailable date that we had set until we had contacted them.

Negative experience: I’m not sure who is behind the fake 5 star reviews but if I could give 0 I would! It’s a total SCAM!!! I was cooperating the whole time trying to plan my vacation and they continued to try to trick me out of more money. I was supposed to have won a free vacation off the radio and paid $300 to book it! Now I’m out $300 with NO VACATION!!!

As stated in the terms and conditions and on our subsequent correspondence and conversation, certain dates during Spring Break and Summer are subject to a surcharge of $150 due to low availability. Our team can help you to book during the month of February without no additional fees or try to work with different dates in that year that might also work for you. Negative experience: I highly do NOT recommend Vacation Village and Travel with US!! The main reason is we came for a timeshare presentation but my son became ill with the Flu B and they would not make any changes for us. When I went to the appointment they stated that my husband must be present to sit in on the presentation. I told them my son was just last night diagnosed with the flu and he can not leave the room. I had the doctors note with me. My son is 4 years old so he can not stay in a room by himself. I offered to have my husband come first and then I would sit in for the presentation but NO we must come together. So to not be billed $1,050 for three nights of a not great one bedroom condo we had to take our son who was contagious to the timeshare presentation. I tried to talk to the manager of the Vacation Village and Travel with Us and they were the least helpful and caring people!! I had other issues with the condo such as maintenance staff just walking into our room and the front desk manager not being helpful but my true issue is they would want to infect others with the Flu virus :(
This is not good at all. We are sorry your son became very ill. Fantastic experience: Bought a vacation package over the phone after hearing an advertisement on the radio. It was a great deal for hotel accommodations for 4 in Orlando and Las Vegas. The customer service was always helpful and I also got free show tickets in Las Vegas.

They were flexible with me, allowing me to change dates that were already booked, moderately easy to find, had great hours, were willing to work with late flights, and were not pushy and did not put pressure on me to get more than I actually wanted. Fantastic experience: Booking with Always Travel with us was a good experience we didn't have any issues getting a reservation and when we had reservation issues with the resort they were able to come to aid and get it straightened out for us. Fantastic experience: Me and family traveled to Orlando looking for the best deal on internet when i found always travel. They helped me to get free theme park tickets and provided me with all details information over the phone. Their office is so close to the resort . We had vert great time there for my kids birthday at Orlando with the help of always travel.

Negative experience: Shady. Purchased a vacation package. No longer wanted it anymore. Called on the 10th day to cancel so I can get my full refund. Send an email says one of the reps. Later i'm told oh no you have to write a hand written letter with your sig on it. But it will be ok just send it via email with the original that you first wrote. Ok cool. One month later I still haven't gotten my refund, but I have a letter saying that im in default. Lol. Never again.
We are terribly sorry for the issue you had with cancelling your vacation package that you purchased. Usually, our customers are thrilled to take a vacation with their families with our special packages. The terms and conditions on cancelling are stated on each contract or purchase agreement. Again, we apologize for the bad experience you had and we wish you great travel experiences for the future.
Fantastic experience: I had a great experience when i went to Las Vegas and Orlando, i won my promotional package last year on a radio contest and i have nothing but great things to say about it. I highly recommend them to travel with a low budget. I love to travel and i absolutely know how expensive it can be. Thanks to this company i could take my kids to Disney and finally went to Vegas.
