Fantastic experience: It was a wonderful Grand Getaway experience with great speakers and amazing hospitality. This was our first trip and we would love to come back in the near future. The theme of Hope will challenge us as we return home to give hope to those God puts in our path.

Fantastic experience: The Douro River Cruise in Portugal with the DAC exceeded our expectations in all areas. The cruise accommodations were fantastic, the Douro River Valley was gorgeous, the excursions were well organized and very informative, the wine tasting sessions were out of this world and so much fun but the best part was sharing the experience with such a great group of travelers! The travel coordinators from Exceptional Journeys and the Ama Waterways ships crew made sure all the needs of the guests were met so that everyone could relax and enjoy the adventure.

Fantastic experience: Jim and I had an excellent experience with CTS for our pilgrimage to Italy. All questions were answered promptly. Even when we had to cancel Jim's reservations, Mary and the staff never hesitated to.provide all necessary documentation for his refund. The arrangements for the trip were extraordinary. Attempts were made to avoid the crowds due to the Jubilee Year and eagerness to.meet our new Pope Leo. The tours were well organized and our Guide, Madelena was brilliant at planning ahead and making us feel comfortable and welcome. The meals arranged by CTS were way above average and the accommodations were lovely.

Fantastic experience: We had such an amazing time in Italy!! We said so many times how glad we were that we decided to go through a travel agent. Everything was taken care of, we didn't have to spend hours planning transportation timing, tickets etc. Having private English Speaking guides at the museums we went to was a MUST! We learned so much we wouldn't have if we just went alone. We feel like we got so much more than what we paid for. Sarah at Corporate Travel was so helpful in our whole planning process, she got us the trip we wanted!! The travel partners she used in Italy were so great, extremely responsive to questions. We would never do another overseas trip without Corporate Travel!

Fantastic experience: When we initially met with Lindsey we knew nothing more than we wanted to go to Italy and had never before worked with a travel professional. Lindsey listened to all the things we wanted to make our trip special and memorable. From there she put together an amazing itinerary that checked all those boxes and continued fielding multiple questions along the way - we booked. Fast forward to the trip and it was even more amazing than we could have ever imagined. All the details were spot on and our trip was flawless. Bottom line, we can't wait to find our next dream destination and plan it with Lindsey!

Negative experience: Corporate Travel offered my group direct flight from Detroit to Dublin in mid-June 2025. We paid thousands of dollars. What Corporate Travel delivered was a flight from Detroit to Dallas – 996 air miles – before the flight to Dublin. Corporate Travel assigned me seat 36A or something in the back of an American Airline 777. My wife discovered that Corporate travel also assigned 36A to another group member. Corporate Travel said it was no big deal, you can just straighten it out at the DFW check in. Of course, that was incorrect. My wife made repeated attempts to resolve the matter with Corporate, but never received a timely, nor useful response. When my group asked why we had to fly 996 miles southwest before flying those 996 miles northeast to Dublin, Corporate Travel said they couldn't get any flights. I checked, and American flies to Dublin from Boston, Chicago, Charlotte, Dulles, JFK, and Philadelphia. The fares started at $363 one way, and only two were more than $500. Delta offered flights to Dublin from Atlanta, Boston, JFK, and Minneapolis. United offered flights from Boston, Chicago, Dulles, and Newark. Their prices started at $353, and only one was more than $500. Any one of those alternates would have been much shorter than the ordeal provided by Corporate Travel. If Corporate Travel had been candid and honest, we could have made our own travel arrangements. If Corporate Travel had been truthful and realistic, we could have avoided 1,992 miles in the back of a 737 and another 1,992 miles in the back of a 777, and eight hours wandering DFW wondering whether American was actually going to take off that day. But, no, Corporate Travel was not candid and transparent. The multiple hour layover in Dallas also made it easy for American to hold us interminably waiting for passengers from Oklahoma. Eventually we boarded on the promise that the Oklahomans were in the air and soon to land. Of course, that was wrong. We sat in the back of the plane for at least an hour before the Oklahomans appeared. When we boarded we noticed no one at all in first class. The Oklahomans were apparently all in first class. So basically, we had to wait around 90 minutes for a small group of rich people because Corporate sent us through Dallas. The only bright spots with Corporate Travel were Owen Flynn, the tour guide, and Tom Butler, the bus driver. Owen is highly educated, and his knowledge of Ireland is encyclopedic. He is disciplined in keeping to schedules, but warm and welcoming. He is funny and well spoken - best tour guide I've ever met. Tom is a safe and efficient driver. Tom and Owen work together well as a team. They are the only reason this is not a 1-star review.

After being placed on a waitlist for one of their pilgrimage's to Italy, a spot opened up and Sharon reached out to me immediately. Fantastic experience: We just completed a trip in which Sarah L. from Corporate Travel's Exceptional Journeys team played a pivotal role. We had already signed up for a Steve Ray Footprints of God pilgrimage in Italy called "Saints and Shrines" (also managed by Corporate Travel), and decided that we wanted to add to our trip. Sarah helped us with designing two days in Milan and one in Rome that bracketed the pilgrimage, scheduling transportation and private tour guides as well as acquiring tickets to places focused on our interests and recommending restaurants. When we decided to add a river cruise in France at the front end of the trip, she was very helpful in coordinating it for us. She also helped us with some flight disruptions and was accessible throughout our travels. This was our first time to use a personal travel service like this but it was well worth the extra expense!

Fantastic experience: So, I tried signing up for this tour, tried several times with no results, I was getting quite frustrated and at one point was ready to give up but decided to call the phone number listed for assistance and fortunately ended up talking to Anna, well, that’s all I needed, she guided me through the registration process and gave me some pointers and suggestions and alas! Fantastic experience: Corporate Travel Service's Exceptional Journeys division created a once-in-a-lifetime trip experience for us. All details were thoroughly planned out and executed - without any hiccups of any kind. Sarah Lipinski, our CTS lead, did a fabulous job. In Scotland, our tour guide and driver was Stephen Hay. Stephen was part historian, part singer, part driver and part friend, and did such an amazing job in showing us around Scotland. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of the castles in Scotland and has written books about them. His personal tour of Culloden battlefield was very memorable and moving. In Ireland, our tour guide and driver was Ted Flynn. Ted had a vast knowledge of history and pop culture, as well as a deep expertise on geography. He weaved all of these together for us. Particularly memorable were his walking tour of the wall in Derry and of the "Viking triangle" in Waterford, the area where he was from. His expert driving on tight roads was very much appreciated!

Fantastic experience: Our family just returned from an AMAZING European river cruise recommended by Exceptional Journeys and put together Anna C. While we knew where we wanted to go, we had no idea how to dig through the abundance of options. After talking to us to see what we were really looking for out of our trip, they suggested four tour company options. Anna even put together a synopsis of each company's itinerary, what each had to offer, how they might be different and an estimate on cost...all to help us make the best choice for our family. Anna was always available for our numerous questions and, with two in our party who had never traveled abroad, there were many! She sent us hotel recommendations in Paris for our pre-voyage stay and even arranged transportation for us from the airport to our hotel. In addition, she sent me a link to an app with all of our travel documents (plane, airport transfer, hotel reservation, ship booking, etc) that were easily accessible in one place once downloaded to my phone. To top it off, she checked in on us during our vacation via the app's messaging function and followed up when we were back home to see how things had gone. Everyone here was so easy to work with and extremely responsive to our questions. What started out as a daunting task planning a vacation for our family turned into an easy, exciting and memorable vacation for us all!

Fantastic experience: I was reluctant about going on a pilgrimage with so many people but I was very mistaken. This pilgrimage was impeccably organized. No detail was left unattended to. Having Fr. Mike Schmitz as our spiritual director was a blessing beyond compare. He truly is a national treasure. The final meal at the Papal Palace at St. John Lateran was an experience rarely enjoyed by none other than the ecclesial elite.
