Fantastic experience: Bianca helped me and my family book our first ever international trip to Mexico a week ago and we are so thrilled we are booking another one right away! Fantastic experience: This was our first vacation in a very long time, and I was nervous about coordinating flights/rental car/hotels/tours, so someone on the Nextdoor app suggested your agency. I got a hold of Bianca when I called, I suggested an outline of dates and places we wanted to go in Arizona, spring training game, Sedona and Grand Canyon, and she took it from there. The hotels and tours were all wonderful! We would stay at any of those places again. The only complaint really was the amount of people waiting in the Budget Rental car line in Phoenix and then the line of vehicles to get out of the parking garage took almost 3 hours, all the other rental companies lines were quite short. Everything else went very smoothly, other than the weather was a bit uncooperative, but we were able to fit everything in that we wanted to do. Not being seasoned travelers, we were very happy with our trip and Bianca was very patient with me, and she even calmed my nerves when I heard we were flying home to a wind advisory! Thank you Bianca!

Fantastic experience: We went to Couples Swept Away, Jamacia, for our anniversary. Excellent food, accommodations, and weather. Plenty of activities as well as a chance to soak up warmth, weather, and rum. Tiffany really made setting up this vacation excellent. Fantastic experience: We can not say enough wonderful words About First Choice and their Agent Bianca! She went above and beyond helping us with our vacation! We had to cancel our first due to sickness and then rebooking us. Then helping us return home when Sun Country canceled our flight home from Punta Cana while sitting in their airport. I highly recommend trusting them with your next trip/vacation/get away or whatever you may be planning. I'd give 10 stars but you know that we can't. We are ready to book our next vacation with First Choice!!

Fantastic experience: Thanks again Mary for a great trip! The trip is titled Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta but it's sooo much more. Both Arches and Mesa Verde National parks are included in this trip. The narrow gauge rail trip from Durango to Silverton provided some breathtaking views!! And of course the balloon festival itself was spectacular.

To date, we have planned two international and all-inclusive trips with her and both have gone off without a hitch & completely exceeded all expectations. Positive experience: Heather helped us book a fantastic trip to Alaska. She was very responsive and had the trip booked within days which was a relief given we had specific time parameters. The hotels were perfectly located on the edge of Anchorage and Fairbanks with easy access to everything we wanted to see and near everything we needed to do to get our daughter situated at UAF. Heather set us up with a phenomenal all-day boat tour which included lots of wildlife and glacier viewing. Thanks First Choice Travel for making our travels stress free! This was our first time booking with you and we’ll be back!

Positive experience: Heather helped our family book a beach location that was in a quieter location (less touristy). Our experience with her services was great and everything was very clear and easy to manage during our trip. Our flights that she booked went off without a hitch. The location that she helped us land on was perfect for our family. We stayed in St. Petersburg- a beautiful area with a small town feel. We were able to visit a lot of the surrounding towns as well and seek out our own adventures. Heather also provided some great links with excursion recommendations that we used. We had a great boat ride with Island Ferry that our family will always remember. The only downside to our trip was the services at the resort itself. We overall felt that it was rated higher than what it should have been for what we paid. We have worked with First Choice before and will continue to do so in the future! The team is always great about finding locations in our budget or helping us understand where we need to shift our expectations as well. Vacation planning is much easier with their help! Fantastic experience: Tana Kubricky was a huge help in helping us plan our vacation. It was myself, wife, daughter, and my parents. We went to Punta Cana for a one-week all-inclusive vacation. The reservations were flawless, we had all accommodations taken care of and had easy navigation thru all processes based on her recommendations. The resort was incredible…beautiful with good restaurant selections. I believe our beach was the best beach along the ocean, our resort cleaned and managed their beachfront for the guests. Amstar is a great organization to team with as well. Our representative was punctual and knowledgeable in all things Punta Cana. In fact, we made some changes to our itinerary during the week and she was helpful in setting things up for us. I attached a picture of our group, this was on Tuesday of that week right before we went ziplining and to Monkey Island…both of these I highly recommend. We even got the grandparents to zipline!!

Fantastic experience: My family and I booked a Celebrity 7 Night Alaska Dawes Glacier Cruise through First Choice Travel and Cruise. We sailed July 8-15, 2022. The vacation was wonderful, the ship was excellent, views were spectacular and excursions were well worth the time on land. The fact that this was our first cruise, coordinating a vacation among 4 busy adults, and traveling during COVID times, I am so happy we used First Choice for our travel needs. Nikki Colletta went above and beyond to help with booking and continued customer service up until the day before we set sail. They say it's a once in a lifetime trip, but I think I will be back and will use First Choice again and again!

We've been going to them since Fall of 2019 and so far they have helped us book four trips, two of which involved travel for our wedding to search for venues. We'll be booking a fifth trip soon for our wedding in February 2023 and we plan to continue using First Choice services for future travel as well. Fantastic experience: Tana was extremely helpful and made our entire trip a breeze. We booked a trip to a Secrets resort in Playa Del Carmen area and the entire trip went without a hitch. The resort was extremely nice and clean, food was good, and provided a much needed relaxing week. All I had to do was provide Tana with some basic trip suggestion guidelines, select a package, and I was good to go. She did the rest and took all the "planning / logistical stress" out of a vacation.

Fantastic experience: Just got home from and incredible trip to Jamaica, Nikki did such an amazing job to plan our trip! From airlines, to seats, hotel, club Mo Bay, she was so patient! We were not an easy sell, had 4 different locations going before we chose. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: First Choice Travel was recommended to us in 2020 by a business associate. Tana Kubricky was the travel agent that took care of us on our first trip to Jamaica in 2021. She listened to what we were looking for and set up our reservations for an all-inclusive resort in Jamaica. Tana also suggested some extra amenities that we could use on our arrival in Jamaica and our departure from Jamaica. We took advantage of these and they made our arrival and departure go very smoothly. For us the little added cost was well worth it. We booked a second trip to the same resort for 2022 but unfortunately we had to cancel just a couples of weeks before our departure. Tana had recommended on both trips that we take out travel insurance. We did take the insurance and it came in handy when we had to cancel our second trip. The claim was submitted by Tana and we were reimbursed for our trip within two or three weeks after submitting the claim. My wife and I are pleased with the service that Tana and First Choice Travel have provided us and are looking forward to have them set up our next trip in 2023 and beyond.
