Fantastic experience: We loved the trip to NY. Everything stands out to me. On our first day we did the bus tour to the Empire State Building and the 911 memorial, which was great. The next day we went to Madame Tussauds Wax Museum and the final day we visited The Carrier Intrepid Museum and boat tour to the Statue of Liberty and around NY. The stay at the Marriott Marquis was fantastic. Everyone was very helpful. After the first day we decided to use Uber, which was very convenient.

Fantastic experience: We recently used Adventure Travel Vacation and Cruise Center for a major family trip to Hawaii, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional service we received from Heidi. From the very beginning, Heidi was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and maintaining open communication through both phone and email. She and the entire staff were always friendly and willing to assist with any inquiries we had. Heidi took the time to review all the activities I had selected for our family and ensured we had all the necessary information by emailing us and mailing a comprehensive travel itinerary. This booklet was incredibly thoughtful and detailed, containing everything we needed—from flight information to resort details, activities, phone numbers, addresses, and even pickup locations. I didn’t have to print out a single thing; everything was organized perfectly for us. The personalized service and attention to detail made our trip planning stress-free and enjoyable. We live in Texas, with family in Oklahoma, we fully trust Heidi and Adventure Travel for all our future travel plans. Thank you for setting up our amazing vacation. We will definitely use your services again!

Our agent Katherine was amazing during this process and I would recommend booking your next trip or a honeymoon through this agency in a heartbeat!

Negative experience: Very disappointed, I put a down payment on a cruise, in June or July, bought the insurance, then when I got there to cancel it they are keeping $100.00 dollars of my money, bc I canceled it. It didn't have to be paid off till October 29th. They shouldn't keep any money of mine, I bought the insurance, i read it. This is a rip off.

Fantastic experience: I had never used a travel agency before. Heidi has been absolutely wonderful she got everything straightened up for us everything reserved and it was more than reasonable in cost will definitely use her again

Fantastic experience: I had a good experience booking travel through this company. I was immediately greeted when I entered the store. The agent who handled my reservation was excellent. The only thing I would suggest is putting up clear dividers in between each travel agent's stall to minimize noise. I also would close in the space in the back to minimize noise from the back coming into the lobby.

Negative experience: The person just seemed very uninterested in helping me and I don't even know way i wasted my time. But I'm not wasting my time putting this in. Was sincerely hoping to maybe get deals or not but the person didn't even seem like He wanted to help. Plus the young man helping me never gave me his name!

Negative experience: I had what I thought was an easy experience but it turned out to be really inconvenient. I booked with the Agency and was provided the wrong date for the flight, so had to pay an uber to go to the airport, pay again to go home and repeat the process the next day. I spoke to the Airline if they can find a spot so I can get the OK but they said it was responsibility of the agency. I had been working with Heide the entire time and she said I would get compensated for the issue that was caused. I had also booked at the Hyatt for a room and that was messed up too. I have been emailing Heidi and all of a sudden she has stopped communicating back. At one point she asked if I had received a check last year and I told her no, she said that was going to look into it because she cannot remember about my issue. I am really disappointed that this agency is not taking accountability for what they did, she is ignoring me now. She had me reach out to the Hotel to find out what my problem was. It's a nightmare, this should not be that way. It's better to book on your own than go through the nightmare. I am still waiting for a reimbursement, I won't give up.

Negative experience: Booked a trip through Adventure travel to Cancun. When we were booking we ask to stay at Hyatt Ziva Cancun. Everything was great until we got to our resort and realized we were at Hyatt Ziva Riviera Cancun. When we reached out to Adventure travel our agent to see what could be done she argued that there are not two locations. We sent her both locations and she did admit there are two locations, apologized and said she would reach out and see if we could be move. We found out we could move but for $2,400. We had a horrible trip because even though both resorts were Hyatt’s they were not comparable in terms of location or beach access. We live in west Texas so a nice beach was on the top of the list when looking into resorts. We ended up cutting our trip short two days losing about $800 because we were tired of being at the resort and were about a 35 mile drive from most things.

Fantastic experience: Katherine was amazing! She helped me get my son's holiday travel booked and also helped with us with hotel reservations to attend his graduation. She was super fast at responding and took care of everything so quickly!

Fantastic experience: I don’t do a lot of google reviews, but these people deserve the utmost praise. Had an issue with southwestern cancelling my flight several times over, in just a couple days. It was entirely out of their hands and could have totally gone on with their day like nothing happened. Except they kept calling me to make sure I was alright and did their best to accommodate me. After finally getting a refund from southwestern they booked me a PERFECT flight leaving SAME DAY at my NEAREST airport. Also got a discount and saved me $150. Absolute angels these people. Their service is too cheap. Thank you oh so very much

Fantastic experience: I don’t write many reviews, but felt I needed to take a moment and recognize the service and amazing treatment we got from Teresa at Adventure Travel. In a time that’s quite stressful Teresa was amazingly helpful and eased our minds while both helping us get to our son’s graduation from Basic Training and getting us all three back home for Holiday Block Leave…all within the correct time slots and dates he was allowed to leave. To add to how far beyond expectations Teresa went, our son’s travel back for AIT was being handled by another travel agency since he was going to a different post which the army covers. We weren’t able to communicate with our son to let him know we had his ticket home paid for and were concerned he was going to purchase tickets home as well. Teresa contacted the other travel agency and sent them his itinerary, confirming he was all taken care of…then reached out to us to make sure we knew all was well. Just simply amazing service and a very kind and patient service. Thank you, I can’t recommend their service any higher!

Fantastic experience: We bought our airline tickets to San Diego! Very helpful people, they know how to please customers! We missed our flight from San Diego and we called them, immediately put us in another flight. Thanks Adventure Travel!!

Positive experience: Rooms have amazing ocean views with inside jacuzzis! Restaurants have very nice food with exception of the buffet which did not have much of a variety and food was not as good as the one from the a la carte restaurants. Drinks were ok. But overall great place to spend a vacation.

Negative experience: Website said they were open Saturdays until 2pm. We drove 50 miles and they were closed. Disappointed because we have to drive back during the week

You are very familiar with herb. You booked her 5 night nites in San Antonio for a spurs game and the game was not even there. It was in Denver.. My mistake above Spurs can not Thunder . You owe her a game . I will be contacting the owner about what you did.She paid out this trip monthly . She is devestated .We we’re taking her there . Looked details up and saw no game there . What if we had drove there to find out no game there ? Also you know how excited she was to go .You need to make this right . Sickening

Fantastic experience: Went to Fort Sill in Lawton, Oklahoma last week for the graduation of my nephew from Army basic training. The team at Adventure Travel was awesome. They helped coordinate the whole trip through their ultimate graduation package. We had hotel, transportation to base, along with food and local attraction vouchers included. It was a great experience and I will definitely keep them in mind for future travel.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I just got back from our Vegas honeymoon (made possible by Adventure Travel and their awesome Vegas special) about a week ago and we’ve already been talking about planning our next trip through Adventure Travel! Stacey Kinder was a joy to work with....never had to set a foot in the Central Mall to make this trip happen. All it took was a phone call to Stacey and boom! Done! Before our flight, she mailed us our flight and hotel information booklet which included a coupon for off-site airport parking that came in SO handy! Because the flight and hotel were taken care of by Stacey, my husband and I were able to focus on planning the fun things we wanted to do in Vegas. Stacey also provided us with suggestions and recommendations to make our trip even more cost effective and fun such as her suggestion for the monorail was GOLD! Saved us so much money on transportation while we were there for almost 4 full days! From the money we saved, thanks to Adventure Travels and Stacey, we were able to attend The Blue Man Group, zipline down Fremont St., enjoy the Buffet of Buffets and shop at some really nice stores that I’ve not seen in Oklahoma! Stacey at Adventure Travel truly made our honeymoon memorable!

Please DO NOT TRUST this company. They are liars. Never promise you what they said that they will do. I will never ever trust them again. I am very disappointed due to the fact that I am new to this place.

Fantastic experience: I had to visit this one in the mall because it was a Saturday and the office on post is closed on Saturday so my travel agent works here on the weekend. This place is nice. It has the monitor playing snipits of hot deals which is awesome, its laid out differently from the office on post and I like the setup. But I wouldn't go anywhere my travel agent isn't working. She is AMAZING! She only finds me the best deals. She knows me so well and I have a lot of idiosyncrasies. I only have to tell her where I want to go and when and she finds the place to stay that wouldn't have my OCD going crazy and she finds the best deals at very affordable prices. She not only will look in the system they use but she'll check online for the best deal for us. A person that would go over and beyond like that for me deserves my loyalty.

Fantastic experience: Adventure Travel in Lawton Oklahoma Is THE place to go for making both business and pleasure travel arrangements. Their travel agents, in particular Heidi Hudson and George Johnsen, have decades of experience in making the initial arrangements, keeping you updated on changes before you leave, then supporting you if the unexpected occurs on the trip, and finally helping you if follow-up actions are required after the trip. For example, on one of our recent trips for a Viking River cruise in Europe, our plane was delayed for many hours on the way over, and we thought we would miss boarding our ship at the first port. We called Heidi several times as we waited for our flight and she contacted the Viking representatives to make them aware that we might miss the ship and gathered information on how we could meet it at it next port if we did. Fortunately we caught the ship with minutes to spare, but knowing that we could rely on Heidi gave us peace of mind that it would work out OK even if we missed the ship’s sailing. On our last trip, Air France went on strike, causing us to have to delay our return by one day. Heidi helped us reschedule the flight, rescheduled the motel reservation in Oklahoma City, and even filled out the paperwork after we returned to collect reimbursement from Air France for the expenses incurred by strike’s delays. This travel agency and its agents know how to handle any situation and are willing to do whatever is necessary to aid you as you travel. Whenever we start thinking about making a trip, our first action is to go to Adventure Travel and talk to an agent. Using their expertise enables us to consider a variety of options in the planning stages, and we know that we have a team of supporters at Adventure Travel if we have questions or need assistance as we take the trip.

Negative experience: Do not assume they are, (or should I say HE Is ) a professional and know what they are doing. Double, triple check. Treat them like they will make a mistake. Dont trust him to get it right the first time. I tried to make a flight for myself and kids to return home with their father. He will be returning from overseas and we were going to meet him in CA to spend time with family and return home. I had my husband's booked itinerary in front of me to match. The agent found the correct flights. He did read them to me and I checked them as he was saying it, with my 18 year old daughter next to me as a witness. Everything sounded correct. I pay. He prints the itinerary (Which btw has no viewing appeal or color for easy viewing). I just take it assuming it is what he read to me. My fault for not looking right then. Yesterday, I tried to book seats together and notice my flight was for 2 days earlier than my husband. We were to return on the 28th. My itinerary said 26th. Coincidentally, I booked on the 26th of January. I don't know how the mistake was made because I gave the correct dates and he read back it to me. He tells me I would have to pay $800 to get it fixed. I understand the policy but that was not my mistake, it was his. No way. I always book my own flights, but I was in the mall and thought, what the heck. They are professionals. Never will use them . I should have booked my own flight. BTW he also said I got an email with the itinerary. I didn't see one because the email they sent made no reference to adventure travel in email address nor subject. It was so easily overlooked. I take blame for not checking, but they should have tried to fix the situation because he knew the date I was trying to book. I should at least get a refund for service fee because the service was not what I requested.Their computer mistake???agent mistake??? If you use him double and triple check everything!!!
