Travel Mania got us a great price and handled all the planning for us! We visited Haiti and had a wonderful trip! Our stop in Haiti was amazing…similar to Cocoa Cay in amenities, the people were gracious and welcoming, and the mountains were beautiful. The elavator was right around the corner from our room and was so handy to get to all the action on the ship! We just got off the elavator and a short walk to restaurants shows and casino! We did not have any issues with any of the places we booked. The hotels and car rental place were expecting us thanks to Beverly and Porter. Also a few days prior to the trip we noticed an issue with the name on the airline ticket vs the passport for my wife and Porter took care of it with the airlines so there was no hassle. Positive experience: We booked our family trip with Beverly. She was pleasant and responded in a timely manner with various quotes from different locations. We appreciate Beverly's time in guiding us with our vacation plans. Unfortunately, we had to cancel but thankfully we had insurance. When we contacted Beverly to rebook our vacation, we found out that an error had occurred with the company that Travel Mania had gone through (Fun Jet) and we were unable to access our credits. This delayed our booking by a month since it was over the Holiday season. I would have given 5 stars to Travel Mania if they had a plan in place to immediately resolve this situation. For example, since there was no record of my cancellation, we had to rely and wait on Fun Jet to listen to their past recoded phone calls for evidence of my cancellation. I am thankful that I received my credits back and that Beverly was able to book us a vacation as soon as the credits were available. She worked hard to find us resorts in the areas we requested with our preferred dates. We are looking forward to our upcoming vacation.

Fantastic experience: Beverley with Travel Mania planned one of the most EPIC trips I've ever been on in my entire life!! Not only was she in contact with my mom, who was the one working with Beverly on the travel mainly, but she worked with my sisters and I in three different locations to make sure that we could have everything we needed for this trip without any hitches. We got to Italy and everything was taken care of for us from rides, to hotel accommodations, to passport copies for excursions. I definitely recommend Travel Mania Vacations for anyone interested in looking for someone to plan their next vacation.

She and Porter recently arranged all our Danube River Christmas Market cruise/travel and our trip was AMAZING with no hiccups along the way.
