Negative experience: Worst customer service by an agent I’ve ever received!
Negative experience: I am being charged double for renters insurance I paid for a year in advance. I have been in a battle with AAA insurance for the past 3 months. I have never had a problem like this with an insurance company. I have been emailing and contacting my agent for the past 3 months. I just needed her to update an address on my renters insurance. This still have not been completed. Due to this incompetence I am being charged monthly for insurance I've already paid. I even had my agent speak with my apartment complex so she would know exactly what they needed from her. As of today the updated address still hasn't been sent. As of today I have been charged 3 months for insurance. I have called this Florissant location multiple times to speak with an manager. No one has answered the phone. I've even called 2 different 1800 numbers and I am not being directed to the right person. I have also had problems with my payments not going through. I set up auto pay for my car insurance. I started getting cancelation letters in the mail. These letters stated that I wasn't paying my policy. Come to find out there was an issue on AAA's end with the auto pay system. I either pay my bills upfront or set up auto pay because I don't want to deal with any headaches. However all I have been experiencing with AAA is headaches! This is my first time having renters and auto insurance through AAA. I think it's safe to say that I will be taking my business elsewhere. I am asking that a higher up personnel contact me expeditiously about this matter.

Negative experience: I’m so disappointed in AAA. I have been with them for years but they have taken customer service out of their business model. Even though I’m insured with a local office I never speak to anyone who actually works in that office when I call over the phone. You never speak to the same person and there is no follow through. They make you hold for long periods of time hoping that you will hang up. Today I was on the phone with them for over an hour regarding an issue that was their fault in the first place.

Negative experience: No customer service, when you finally talk to someone they hang up on you . They take money out of your account after you cancel them only to send you a check to cover their fault and the check is no good… AAA SUCKS!!!

Negative experience: On 1/31/2024 I called the Florissant location for assistance. The rep was very rude, and hung up on me. I've been with AAA for 8 years. I'm going to transfer to another location.
Negative experience: Up for my 1st renewal. Still have problems with them. Who is my agent. 2. Where is my 26% discount and how is this figured. They said they had a large rate increase. Sounds like the old reel them in with the lowball rates and then stick it to them. 3. Have you ever called the stooges? Every day for four days left voicemails with four different people, do you think I got a call back? If I have a claim, I have a strong feeling I won't find them anywhere. This was a bad move on my part and I am very unhappy.
Fantastic experience: This was a positive and efficient experience. I dropped by for an international driver’s license while enroute to the airport. Kelly was extremely courteous and professional in rendering quick assistance. This was my first experience with AAA. If this is the standard for customer service, I will have to reconsider my other policies. Thank you!

Negative experience: Purchase a Plus membership so disappointing was stranded at my job for 3hours waiting I continued to call while getting the run around that they don’t have any drivers and had to check different garages to find one dispatch was suppose to contact me never heard back had to cancel driver in call a tow company which took less than 30 mins useless membership they used to have a good reputation seems like the location is failing now….

Fantastic experience: I'll recommend AAA to anyone! However, it's a little costly when you first get started because you would need to join their AAA Auto Club as well, but over time I pay $90.xx monthly with a $750 deductible and the Auto Club is yearly (it varies, depends on the plan you choose).

Negative experience: I worked with this branch for my renters insurance, only because my parents used the office. I have been very unhappy with their ability to resolve problems over the phone. I no longer live near this branch and I have to arrive in person to the branch to get anything done. I do not plan to work with this branch in the future.

Fantastic experience: I purchased coverage for my 18 year old as 1 of his Christmas gifts. I got a cheaper price and am going to receive a $20. gift card from the place of my choice. Their road side service is the best!

Negative experience: Today I literally got the worse service ever with this company. I called to request a tow truck and 3 hours later I hadn't heard anything. Not a text, not a call. First call the ETA was within the hour. Next call I would be updated soon. Next call they didn't have anyone to come and tow the car 3 hours later and they couldn't give me any information on a ETA.. Poorest service ever. Then they talked about getting a commercial tow and giving reimbursement which would be a super long process and more stressful than actually getting a ETA. they suck
Negative experience: I would have given them 0 stars if I could. I have had nothing but problems with this company. For starters my insurance was cancelled within 2 months of me signing up because my agents assistant didn’t have me sign all necessary paperwork. Mind you they cancelled my insurance during the middle of a snow storm. Also I called up about two weeks ago asking if my payment was going to be coming out the following day 5 times in a row the lady said there was no scheduled payment. I put money toward other bills since she said there would be NO PAYMENT being taken out the following day. I go to the bank the next day and my bank account is negative because they took out a payment that they told me wasn’t even scheduled. Bottom line... Don’t trust this company.

Negative experience: I wish i could just put no star.. but.. Ever since Pat and her husband left this agency went down the hill with some of the new agents. I had GREG ( so did my mother) and he neglected to provide good customer service and a good policy quote. When i called asking why my mother fee was high he was not able to give me an answer, then i asked well does she have multi car discount ect.. and well she didnt have all the discounts that AAA offer which as an agent should offer, long story short my mother cancel her policy. Canceling that policy was also an issue, she called and cancel it with Greg but he " understood that it membership should cancel by the end of the term" which is not what he was told. My mother got insurance with someone else and since Greg didnt cancel it my mother still had to pay AAA and the new company, when i called they asked for proff of new insurance which my mom dropped off at the brand which oddly Greg Never got... long story short i had to speak with the manager to take care of it and make sure that my mother gets her money back. This happen months ago but am sharing it to warm everyone because now i do have an issue due to the fact that an Agent from this branch neglected to do her job. Now, my case is a whole different story. I called AAA back in may and asked for a quote (i dont remember who i spoke with but it was a female) i provided my NEW license and asked for a quote ( i was going to move) i told the agent not to change my address just yet since my moving wasnt confirm. December came and it was time for a monthly payment to be taken out and i notice that they didnt, long story short... AAA cancel my policy bc i didnt updated my License when i clearly did back in may..I've had AAA for 10-12 years, i hate to leave them but am hoping that AAA customer service helps me fix this issue. Now, i dont have insurance and am waiting for underwriting to fix my issue which btw is already day 2 of me waiting for underwriting. AAA is a good company but some of their agents dont care for their customers they just care to collect at paycheck...

Negative experience: 8/3/2018 I hope all calls are recorded....When your in customer services you should be able to supply at least customer service and not take out what ever bad mood your in out on the customer "Greg" I almost canceled my home and car insurance.

Negative experience: On June 8, 2018 I called AAA Roadside because I noticed that the air in my front passenger tire was a little low. I did not want to cause damage to my tire by adding air, so that's why I made the call. The driver, Josh came to my home and I explained to him the amount of air that was suppose to be added. After adding air, Josh, proceeded to check the air in the rest of my tires. I explained to Josh that the only tire that needed air, was the original one I called for. Josh proceeded to add air in my passenger rear tire, saying that it was "really low". After one hour of driving, my rear passenger tire had a blowout with my 10 year old daughter and groceries in the car. I called AAA again to explaining how I had a blowout just under an hour after their driver over-flatted my tire. I put in a claim and had my car towed to the tire shop for a replacement (that I paid for). The 2nd AAA driver who towed my car, Tim, explained that it was clear that the reason the tire blew was because of over-inflation. He even took pictures for me, showing me that the tire even rubbed against the walls of my car. He was extremely nice and sympathetic to the situation. I just received a call from Josh, employee number 406134 (manager George Moehnhoff),who stated that they would not pay for the tire because it shows that the tire was rubbing against the wall of the car. I explained the reason it was rubbing because of over-inflation and that I have never had a blow-out before with any of my tires. He came up with every excuse except acknowledging that it was their fault. If you google AAA roadside, you will see there are many damages caused by the company that they refuse to pay for. How many times do we rely on a highly reputable company to help us out in dire situations only to cause more damage? They pride themselves in caring for the customer, but that's not true. They are only there to do a quick job no matter what damage they do in the process. Great way to try to take preventative measures and still get screwed.

Negative experience: Tony is the worse, inefficient non-customer service oriented agent I've had to conduct business with. My issue begins with an error on their behalf which was not taken care of. Once I notified him of this, he resisted to hear my concern, told me there was nothing he can do and ultimately I was double charged with no reimbursement or sympathy. And he also would not give me his Superior's information! I DO NOT RECOMMEND .

Fantastic experience: I've been dealing with Steve and Pat Reeder for many years now. Great people-also great prices. They do take a lot of vacations though. A few times it has been inconvenient. But, in the long run its worth the wait.
