Negative experience: I was recovering and processing the changes and the 'therapy' here in the long run did not help. I have done much better since leaving the Dale, and don't feel completely shut in and locked anymore.

Negative experience: No customer service skills. Front receptionist rude, and misinforming. Need to be retrained possibly

Fantastic experience: This is my second year With AARP for Taxes. When there is nobody to help they are always there. Everyone is very Friendly Curious and Professional. They take the worry and Stress out. Best place to be. God Bless you all.

Positive experience: The Dale Association is a great senior center. I'm teaching a class there, so my full experience is limited, but I know that they have exercise classes, lunches, trips, sewing/quilting classes, and tax return help at the very least. They seem well organized, their facility is both accessible and well stocked, and their staff is welcoming and helpful.

Negative experience: THE DALE USED TO BE A GOOD SENIOR PLACE TO GO UNTIL THE PANDEMIC NOW THEY MIGHT AS WELL CLOSE. HIGHWAY ROBBERY BEING A MEMBER THERE.I MEAN 45$ A YEAR FOR WHAT?

Negative experience: If you want to gain some sanity in your life, this is honestly not a great place to go. At first, it seems great. They are very welcoming when you come for the first month or so. So, that is good. The other good thing is that they don't discriminate your disorder. Have a psychotic disorder that most doctors shy away from treating? This place will treat you. The atmosphere is nice. The other patients that go there are usually very kind. The place looks generally pleasing to the eyes when in the rooms and hallways. Those are the good things that I can say. Now, on to the not so good things. The therapists never tell you when you have an appointment. This may cause anxiety and it doesn't help when most groups get interrupted by a therapist pulling a client for a session. Next, you never know when your next psychiatrist appointment is coming. They assume that you have no life and may suddenly call you in the morning to tell you that you will have an appointment later that day. Usually, you will get a paper with the date, but they don't ask is the date works for you. They are extremely disorganized without a care in the world about how the clients feel. They have no consequences for being so disorganized and they know it, so they take advantage. The therapists tell you to come talk to them if you need them only to tell you that it must be very very quick because they don't have time for you. They could be a really nice place if they admitted some of their wrongdoings and got some schedules made to reduce the chaos.
