Fantastic experience: This is by far the BEST company to work with. I was very nervous about planning a trip to Disney. There are so many details, hotels, meals, parks, transportation, etc. this company made our trip go so smoothly. They took care of every detail. They answered my many questions quickly, and thoroughly. We enjoyed every minute and every detail of our trip. I did not have to worry about anything. I would not hesitate to use MC Travel in the future!

Fantastic experience: We've used MC travel a couple of times now from Disney world to Disney cruise with two more trips planned with them. They are truly amazing. Last year our dcl transportation got lost in the system and Kate waited up for us to get back to our resort to help us get it taken care of. Fantastic experience: MCT has done it again! We had an AMAZING Disney Cruise this April. The trip has been two years in the making and is our second Disney cruise with them (we've also done park planning and Carnival cruises with them) and they knock it out of the park every time! I am somewhat of a difficult client, always changing my mind, inviting more people last minute, people dropping out of group trips last minute, etc and MCT is always on it and is always so kind and courteous. They always make sure we have all of our needs and wants, staying up to wee hours of the morning to secure all the reservations we request! We have always and will always continue to use them for every trip!

Fantastic experience: So glad we booked our first family Disney World trip together with MC Travel! We originally spoke with Brittney who was incredibly helpful. She helped guide us in how to structure the trip with a toddler and a 15 month old. She also helped us find great deals on hotel and tickets. From there we worked with other members of the MC travel team who helped secure all our dining reservations, lightening lanes and even helped plan out our days at the parks. Everything went flawlessly. We went to Animal Kingdom and Tiffins night one. Next had a great day at Magic Kingdom and then dinner in Epcot. We then went back to MK the next day, hit some rides we didn’t get to the prior day and then had lunch at the beast castle followed by Hollywood studios after. Then our last morning we went to chef mickeys before heading off. Perfect amount of time with the young ones for Disney World. The best part is that the concierge service is that it’s at no extra cost to us. They make commissions off Disney. So easy no brainer for us to book through them every future Disney trip. You get a high end travel concierge at no extra cost. All in all, loved it and made Disney World stress free and super fun!

Fantastic experience: An update to my review from last year. Once again we used MC Travel to plan a European cruise and once again they provided us with a once in a lifetime vacation. Their knowledge and customer service is top notch. They chose an amazing room location for us on our cruise because of their knowledge of the ship. I will be a customer for life because of all the wonderful vacations they have helped me plan and all the times they have helped me when there were bumps in the road. This summer we went to Europe for a multi part vacation that included the Olympics and a cruise. Kate and Lesli were so helpful and sometimes miracle workers. The trip had started out as a Mediterranean cruise in June but because of various factors we switched it to an Iceland cruise in July. We then decided to add the Olympics and Disneyland Paris. They were excellent at guiding us through all the changes and giving great recommendations of hotels to stay in and things to do. Their assistance was invaluable when our original flight to Europe was cancelled due to the global tech meltdown. We ended up arriving in Europe a day later and Kate and Lesli helped us juggle all our plans to make everything work on our tight travel schedule. We had the most amazing vacation thanks to their hard work and dedication. We are already planning our 2025 vacation with their help. Mouse Class Travel is the best! I have used them several times over the years and they always go above and beyond with their planning and help. They do an outstanding job getting the dining reservations you want, finding the best room at the hotel and adding the extra magic that makes each trip special. Their touring plans are so helpful and allow us to accomplish so much each day. The amazing team at MCT is what keeps me returning to Disney and using Mouse Class Travel.

Fantastic experience: Thank you, MC Travel! Our family just returned from a 10 Day Disney Cruise to the Southern Carribean. We celebrated our Daughters High School Graduation and my 50th Birthday. Kate, Brittney, Lesli, Angela, Brianna, and Andrea helped to make this the most fabulous cruise! They were able to secure hard to get reservations for dinner at Palo, a dessert tasting at Remy and the Royal Gathering with the princesses. The team also helped to secure a delicious mojito and whiskey tasting as well as wonderful port adventures for Antigua, St. Lucia, Dominica and Totola, BVI. We had such a fantastic time on this cruise that we decided to book a placeholder for a future Disney Cruise! Our family will be using MC Travel for ALL our future vacations (even those not Disney related). Fantastic experience: We were going on a Princess Cruise to London, Ireland, Scotland and France with a 6 and 10 year old for 2 weeks. We wanted the parents, grandparent and kids all to enjoy. Lisa Thompson and her team were beyond helpful. They gave us ideas for excursions that worked within our parameters and transportation ideas on how to get to different places. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Mouse Class Travel for planning your Disney vacation! They provided personal service and add magic to your trip. We have used them for the past 5 trips and have done every experience we wished for, including dining reservations at the times we hoped for. They are quick to respond to emails and text questions. The plan they provide for each park is efficient and we have been the first to arrive at the parks nearly every time following this schedule (if you choose to rope drop) which has lead to some amazing rope drop experiences! I am typically the person that has to do all the planning for family trips and this felt like a vacation from day 1 as the Mouse Class Travel Company took on that role for me. Andrea and her team communicated very quickly when I would have random questions pop up as this was our first Disney cruise. They provided such great recommendations and knowledge which was wonderful as there are so many things to know about Disney cruises such as the nursery, dining times, activities, and general things to know before cruising. This team assisted us on scheduling nursery times, obtaining a specialty dining reservation (which are hard to come by), and were there with us every step of the way. We cannot wait to cruise again and we will 100% be booking through the Mouse Class Travel Company!

The girls have been on the trips you plan and are speaking from their own experiences. November 2023 my family of six went on a Royal Caribbean cruise and worried about nothing. Fantastic experience: We've planned several trips with MC Travel and this last one was for my 8 year old daughter and my elderly parents. Fantastic experience: EXCEPTIONAL TRAVEL EXPERTS from start to finish. We live in Australia & booked to go to Orlando Universal Studios, Star Wars hotel & Disneyworld in 2020 but due to Covid, obviously this had to postponed. We rebooked for Sept 2023 and have recently returned from our trip which was expertly put together by MC Travel. Even though there is a 14 hour time difference, this did not impact responses or our experience. Nothing was a problem & even arranged for us to have a private tour of Orlando Magic whilst we were there. If we did not have MC Travel to guide us, remind us of when we needed to have things completed, organise an in depth itinerary, our experience would have been completely different to what we had. Whilst there, we could contact early in the morning & even late into the evening asking questions & advice on sometimes bizarre things including weather reports or refunds. I cannot sing their praises high enough for their professionalism, knowledge, care & helpfulness in everything they did for us as a family including all discounts that happened after we paid which they applied to our booking. I can highly recommend and have done so to many families over here in Australia, not just wanting to go to Disney but also cruises & visiting other US tourist destinations. Thank you once again.

When we got sat at Hoop Dee Doo at Disney my kids were amazed that we got the best table for the show. Their plans are easy to follow and ensure that you accomplish your wish list and honestly we had time for more everyday. I loved that we could text once on property and their responses were timely. They also cared about our safety during the hurricane and helped make changes if needed and gave us tips for driving home. Amazing service. Already booked with them again!

Fantastic experience: Lisa, Kate, and the MC Travel team are exceptional customer service providers and travel planners. We had a party of 19 from ages 2 to 68 and EVERYONE had the most incredible time aboard the Disney Wish. Kate knew all of the ins and outs of cruising with Disney, and we were so happy with our decision to cruise at the concierge level. MC Travel takes away all of the stress of vacationing with Disney, but still lets you make your own decisions… and then they execute the details and planning flawlessly! Kate even arranged for a private Zoom session with each of the families to go over the planning process, what to expect, and have the group reach some consensus with plans… talk about going above and beyond. My kids and I all truly believe it was the best family trip we have ever taken! We followed up our cruise with a trip to Walt Disney World and Disney Springs, staying on property and spending days at the parks. The strategy for choosing the most sensible order for the attractions each day and the way to maximize fun/minimize waiting with GeniePlus and lightning lanes changes often, but we always felt “in the know” because of the experts at MCT! I would definitely (and do) recommend MCT to family and friends. It costs the exact same as booking it for yourself, but you get a whole team in your corner taking care of everything from stroller rental and grocery referral level details to the big decisions like where is the best place to stay and which park on which day. We have used Lisa and her team to help us plan trips for years, and will continue to do so… they are the very best!

The MC team coordinated everything perfectly from the ease of getting on the ship to the smooth disembarking off the ship…and everything in between. We will use them again and again. Fantastic experience: We had been wanting to take our granddaughter to Disney for the past three years. Every time we started to plan it, I got completely overwhelmed. It’s so complicated now, compared to when we took our son 30 years ago! I always gave up 10 minutes into planning. Then, someone recommended Lisa and MOUSE CLASS TRAVEL! I can’t tell you how easy they made it for us ! They planned and booked EVERYTHING! They got us the best deals and booked us the perfect room at Disney’s Contemporary Resort! They are experts on EVERYTHING DISNEY and recommended the extras our granddaughter would most enjoy, like dinner at Cinderella’s Royal Table with all the princesses and Memory Maker so we could get all the wonderful photos Disney took for us. They explained everything from start to finish so that we were comfortable using the app and Genie +. I was even able to call them doing our trip if I had any questions! Each person on our planning team was so kind, patient and professional! Our trip was to celebrate our 40th Anniversary and our granddaughter’s first visit to Disney. Fantastic experience: Mouse Class Travel is the absolute best! We have used them on previous Disney trips and they were great so we decided to use them for our trip to Cancun. Just like with Disney MCT took great care of us and helped us navigate a new type of vacation. Anytime we had questions they immediately responded. Fantastic experience: I've used MC Travel for several trips to Disney and. Universal. Every time the service and help has been amazing, especially when a kiddo with the flu put a wrentch in a trip the day before departure. Fantastic experience: The team at MC Travel is by far the only team I trust with my family’s vacations. We’ve booked numerous Disney trips with them. We always get the dining, experiences, and plans that we want. We just returned from a 5 night Carnival cruise that they planned for us. We were supposed to go on it last July but had to reschedule due to a COVID diagnosis. Kate handled everything from letting Carnival know, letting us know our different options, finding a new cruise, and booking it. It was so stress free! Fantastic experience: We just returned from our first Disney Cruise. We originally were going to do the parks and started planning this trip in August 2022 with Mouse Class Travel. In December I switched to a Disney cruise. Everyone at this agency is amazing. In particular, Katie helped plan our amazing trip from our cruise to excursions. Fantastic experience: This was our third trip with MCT (Disney World, Disneyland, and now Universal). We had a lot of questions about Universal as we felt like Disney Pros but MCT had answers to everything. Our trip to Universal was during spring break but with a great touring plan and early entry it was a breeze! We have planned with and without MCT and having a great team makes such a difference in alleviating stress and all the “unknowns”. Can’t wait for our next trip, wherever that will be!

Fantastic experience: I don't even know where to begin! Mouse Class Travel is amazing!! I have booked 3 trips for my family using MCT and all have exceeded my expectations. They have been able to get us every extra we have had on our wish lists! Christmas party tickets, Halloween party tickets, Dessert parties, Light Saber and Droid building. I got excellent instructions on how to use the new Genie + system and we were able to ride every ride we wanted, some multiple times. The longest wait time we had on our most recent trip (during fall break) was 40 minutes and that's because I got in line for a character meet 30 minutes before the scheduled opening time! My son's had the time of their lives and are already requesting a trip next year for Christmas! Thank you Mouse Class Travel - I won't book a trip to Disney (or anywhere else) without you!!

They sent many different date options and hotels so I could compare prices without hesitation. We’ve only been through the booking process so far, but they have managed to get us everything on our wish list, from dining to any extras. They even managed to get me Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservations the day that it opened back up, which seemed impossible to me! I can’t wait to go on our trip and see what other pixie dust gets sent our way through their magical plans and tips! Update! Our Disney trip was a blast!!! Big thanks to all of the Mouse Class team’s planning and for all of the guidance in the parks. The plans helped up ride Remy and Seven Dwarf Mine Train without having to buy Genie. Loved all the tips and tricks that were offered We loved the daily plans. I especially appreciated the quick responses on the questions we had while we were in the park. How often do you walk around the World and get pictures with mostly empty countries!? Or get to see some rare characters!? Everyone on the Mouse Class Travel team is phenomenal, from helping us pick our resort right down to the questions we had while we were in the parks. We wouldn’t have been able to do as much without their advice and planning! We will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone planning a Disney trip in the future!

Fantastic experience: Mouse Class Travel is a Disney MUST DO! Our family has traveled to Disney multiple times a year for the last decade, always planning ourselves. We planned a multiple family trip for Thanksgiving 2019 and used MCT because it was a bit more complicated, and we had heard great things about Lisa and her team. I was blown away. The attention to detail and insider knowledge impressed us! We were invited to participate in as much or as little of the planning as we desired. Lisa and team planned our first trip post pandemic in 2021, again with 2 families. It was PERFECT. We asked about a billion questions as we were planning super last minute (we wanted to go in less than 30 days.) They found the exact room type to meet our needs and provided touring plans to meet all of our wish lists. One service that saved the day multiple times this past June was the in-park texting support with the team.
