Fantastic experience: I like that I can rely on our travel service to know what I prefer in air travel, hotel and rental cars. They even go above and beyond to look for other options when we may get stuck in a location due to weather or other factors out of our control. Just recently I was stuck in Washington, DC after a two week trip and could not get a flight out until Saturday morning. Bob, from travel continued to check the airlines and was able to get me a seat to get home on Friday. Bob's teammate, Kristi, was also even checking the airlines and airports on my behalf. I even got a follow up text message to make sure I made my flight. It is nice to know that I am in good hands with Kristi and Bob and feel safe. Thank you for the continued support and hard work.
