Negative experience: Lady didn't even care to try and help

Negative experience: Why aren't the people in these pictures wearing helmets. A truly professional guide service would require all skiers wear the most fundamental item in snowsport protection. If the guide is careless about this basic aspect of the skier's protection how concerned could this service be about the other details of the skier's experience? Even if this provider is merely coordinating travel, it is irresponsible to post photos of people ignoring essential safety practices. Always, safety first.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Kelly and all of Ski Daddy for another perfect trip. We just got back from our 5 day trip with 25 people to Steamboat, CO. We stayed at the Steamboat Grand near the base of the mountain and couldn't be happier. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed the experience. The check-in, lift tickets, lodging, and rentals all went smoothly and THE GRAND was fantastic. Highly recommend The Steamboat Grand and HIGHLY RECOMMEND KELLY and SKI DADDY!!!! We will definitely be working together again soon!!!!!!

Negative experience: Our spring break trip was canceled due to the virus. We did not cancel this trip on our end. The travel agent kept $700 of our payment, although the resort refunded 100% of our trip to him.

Fantastic experience: This was the third year to use Ski Daddy to plan a ski trip for a large group of exchange students. We stayed in Winter Park all three times. The first time was in town and in condos. The 2nd and 3rd time we stayed at Snow Mountain Ranch YMCA Camp, Silver Sage Lodge. The nice thing about staying at the camp is they have so many free activities in the evenings for the kids to do. You can also work out a meal plan with then that is very reasonable. The downside is you are a bit away from the slopes, but it's not a bad drive. Ski Daddy has been awesome to work with. It is so nice to drive up and everything is waiting there on you. It is nice that the chaperones get a vacation also!

They have been extremely helpful in the months leading up to our trip, all the way thru getting our rentals, tickets and ski school all figured out. Fantastic experience: Ski Daddy is the best ski accommodations company I have worked with. I led six trips on the east coast to ski in North Carolina and one prior trip to Colorado and they are by far the best to have everything ready for the group leader. Walking in to our lodging facility and receiving an envelope with all our lift tickets was a very wonderful moment! Usually I had to go stand in a long group ticket sales line on the first day and sometimes EVERY day. This was so easy and user friendly!! They worked very hard to get our group the best plan that worked for us. I took over this trip from someone else late in the calendar, making it hard to pull together, and Ski Daddy helped make the trip happen despite all the time concerns and lower than expected numbers on our trip.

Fantastic experience: Our college ministry has now taken two ski trips to Winter Park CO with Mike and the great people at Ski Daddy. Both times we have stayed at the YMCA of the Rockies (which I highly recommend for large groups). SkiDaddy's online registration and release forms made it SUPER easy to book, register, and keep track of your students and sponsors. The office is prompt with email returns and will take any questions you may have over the phone. The set up they offer for the the trip saved me hours (maybe days) of planning. I cannot say enough great things about this company. Our latest trip up the mountain, we were in a head on collision with a vehicle that lost control coming down the mountain. The emergency numbers (which I believe are the personal numbers of the owner, his wife and Kelly) were answered quickly and they helped us with shuttles to Winter Park (every day of our trip - because our bus was so badly damaged) and they took care of all of the ski rental arrangements (we were obviously going to miss out check in time). The staff was a great help throughout our whole trip and were willing and able to meet our needs at every turn. Our trip had a rocky start, but because of Ski Daddy we were able to have a great week, and our students were kept safe throughout. I have had an opportunity to meet Mike the owner. Great guy and would highly recommend booking your trip with Ski Daddy. Other companies have contacted me with the "same' types of services, but there is no way any of them could offer the personal services that SkiDaddy has. Mike and his team are professional and prompt. A special thanks to Kelly as well for her hard work to keep our trip running as smooth as possible. Both trips were awesome with Ski Daddy. I am glad we have them as partners in ministry. We will be booking with Ski Daddy in the future, no doubt.

The accomodations we had this past year at Crested Butte were First Class, for a reasonably price. We stayed at the Elevation Hotel, it is beautiful inside-out. Ski In/Ski Out, Free Valet Parking, Ski Vault, Spa, Indoor Pool, Indoor & Outdoor Hot Tubs. Ski Daddy was extemely helpful with quotes, reservations, rentals & lift tickets. They are a one stop shop. The payment plans are great for groups. They have a very user friendly website for group coordinators. I would strongly recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I just recently took my youth on a ski trip to WInter Park, Co. I used Ski Daddy and it was the best choice I could have made. I'm the type that has tons of questions and wants as much information as possible and Ski Daddy did just that for me. They know each resort personally because they have been there themselves and they have worked with groups for so long, they knew exactly what I needed. They were also willing to work with me on the price and deadlines for getting money in which was HUGE!! (if you're a youth pastor you know what I mean)....We had an amazing trip with literally NO hang ups. I will use Ski Daddy every time I decide to do a ski trip!

April, mike and the gang made it crazy easy. They knew what condos were group friendly, and if I had an issue the shops and Winter Park base staff actually knew who Mike and Ski Daddy were, and respected them, and that helped us quickly resolve issues (such as changing from snowboard to skis, or adding a camper to the lesson group). Fantastic experience: I have been using Ski Daddy for a few years now and they never disappoint! Mike and the gang make it so easy to take a trip that all I have to do is get my kids to register online and take their money, Ski Daddy does the rest. Fantastic experience: Ski Daddy did a great job preparing a ski trip for our group of 10. All of the staff were incredibly helpful, and we feel that we got a great deal on our 5 night stay with 3 days of skiing with lift tickets and ski rentals. The online registration and payments online were easy to use. We loved the ski in/ski out feature for our trip as well as great bus service around the town. Thank you everyone at Ski Daddy for a great vacation. We will definitely be using you guys again!!!

Fantastic experience: When our high school youth group arrived at the Elevation Hotel & Spa, we were greeted by a wonderful staff. They helped us with the unloading of all the luggage and getting it up to the rooms. We had reserved a meeting room for each day and the hotel let us have the use of it all day at no extra cost. This was great for having a place to feed our teens and hold nightly devotions. We rented our equipment from Flat Iron and the staff there was great to work with. They seemed very knowledgeable about making sure everyone was well fitted with the equipment we rented. They were willing to work with us when the teens wanted to make last minute changes on the type of equipment they wanted to rent and then when some of our youth decided that they wanted to go from snowboarding to skiing, there was no problems with the teens wanting to make these changes after one day of skiing already. As for the mountain itself, Crested Butte is a very fun and challenging place to ski. There is a nice place for teaching beginners how to ski and then being able to progress in difficulty as the skier starts catching on how to ski. There is a wide variety and difficulty of trails to ski on whether you are a beginner skiing on the green trail or an advanced skier skiing on the black diamonds. The presence of ski patrol was everywhere always being there to make sure that someone who has taken a fall is alright or in helping someone who has made a wrong turn and winding up on a trail above their ability to ski. Overall the staff of the hotel, flat Iron ski rental, and the mountain staff were very professional and very nice. As a youth leader at our church, I would recommend staying & skiing at Crested Butte to other youth groups.

Fantastic experience: This is the second season I've used Ski Daddy to plan our annual ski trip. Last year I had a huge group (50 people) and this year I had a small group (12 people between two different trips). On both occasions, I've had a great experience working with Ski Daddy. I am always super busy and can sometimes be difficult to get in contact with and I appreciate the diligence and patience Ski Daddy has with me. Our trips have been successful and enjoyable and working with Kelly and April have been a treat! We'll be back again next year!

In less than one week we had details planned and coordinated for a 30 member ski trip with lodging. Fantastic experience: SkiDaddy has got to be the easiest way to plan a group ski trip. I've used them two years in a row just planning for a group of my friends and it has been great each time. Their staff is super nice, they maintain communication with you throughout the entire process, and make sure you have all your questions answered. I will continue to use them each time I go.

Fantastic experience: Ski Daddy has definitely earned their reputation as the Daddy of ski trips. The entire crew at Ski Daddy is knowledgeable, friendly and available. They make it easy to plan a ski trip because they think of all the details and make sure everything is in place for the group. In addition, their connections make it much more affordable to use their services than to try to cobble something together on my own. I won't ever plan a ski trip any other way.
