We have booked several trips through Raquelle and all have been wonderful. We have travelled to Cuba, Bahamas, Paris, Turks & Caicos, Colombia and London. She is currently putting together an itinerary for our trip to Italy. Although my husband and I are looking for different experiences on this trip, Raquelle is making sure to incorporate trips, activities and restaurants that will make us both happy. She is the best! Lastly, she has saved us hours and hours of research. Raquelle is the package deal. She planned out our flights, hotels, car rentals and chauffeur service, activities, spa services and restaurants/reservations. All we had to do was show up. So grateful!

I never really saw the point in using a travel agent until we used Rae from WE KNOW HOTELS she made us a week long itinerary from morning to night every day, she responded to all of our annoying requests and plan changes with lighting efficiency, and was super professional and kind, here are just some of the things they helped us with (yacht tours - Restaurant reservations - transportation - drivers - activities - spa reservations) also got us our hotel room for thousands less then stated on the hotels website. Bottom line if you need your trip/vacation taken care of these are the people to use.
