Fantastic experience: Met with Ashley from Liberty Travel of Cherry Hill. She patiently went through all of our questions and educated us on all the options we had for our trip. She covered; currency, insurance(trip and health), transfers to/from airport, cell coverage, Credit card usage and more. She is very knowledgeable, personable and thorough. Can't wait.
Fantastic experience: The plans made through Nikki Joyce and Liberty Travel was the best. The hotel was perfectly located to walk around old San Juan and the forts. The beach and pools were fun and the on site restaurants were very good. The advice provided by Nikki was perfect in helping us arrange a tour to the rain forest that was fun and educational. We look forward to another trip arranged through Nikki and Liberty Travel.

Fantastic experience: Nikki Joyce from Liberty Travel helped us plan our first family trip to Costa Rica. She did a wonderful job in booking travel and accommodations for the 5 of us, recommending splitting our time between La Fortuna and Tamarindo, both of which were great locations for us to use as starting points for various activities. After exploring different options, she selected hotels in both locations that were perfect for our style of travel and needs. Nikki's communications throughout the planning process and the trip itself were spot on. I highly recommend Nikki and Liberty if you need travel planning assistance in any way, or just want to enjoy the ease and benefits of working with a professional agent.

Fantastic experience: I have been blessed to travel to over 22 countries during my time in the US Air Force and as a defense contractor but had never traveled internationally as a civilian. Liberty Travel was a true blessing. Nikki Joyce is one of the most down to earth and knowledge travel professionals I have ever dealt with. From our initial email communication to phone calls to the completion of the actual travel arrangements she was the epitome of professional and personable service. What was most appreciated was her authentic nature. She answered questions clearly and efficiently. She shared insight from her experiences and didn't hesitate to suggest smarter ways to travel. Her guidance on choosing a quality experience, visiting Secrets at St Martin, was uber helpful. During the trip we were impacted by a tropical storm. Liberty Travel's emergency support was right on it. They handled flight changes and ensured our leaving was safe and timely. She worked (very patiently) with us to understand our travel budget and our interests and the trip she booked for us was perfect...things could not have possibly gone any smoother!!! Positive experience: It really wasn't a like or dislike, I was looking for vacation packages on line.
Negative experience: We booked a cruise with Liberty Travel and the agent was less than competent. We are landing at Marco Polo airport so She booked a hotel in Venice because we were coming in a day before our ship was departing however she fail to notice that our ship was in Ravina over 100 miles away. I had to cancel the hotel in Venice and book my own place in Ravina. Cost 346 US dollars for transport. Our agent was unaware of this important detail. Second, she failed to inform us that we were able to chose our seats ahead of time. She said we chose seats for both ways when we booked the flight but because of an equipment change those seats were cancelled. For both flights? This seems like she was trying to justify her failure to let us know we could pick our seats at any time. Our initial airline reservation information for the flight did not indicate a seating choice. Final result is we do not have preferred seats going, and coming back we had to pay for preferred seat and we are not sitting together. I called AA to verify the information and was told that they try to assigned passengers to the same seats if there was an equipment change, they also verified that initially the seats were never chosen which goes back to a failure by the agent. So if your using Liberty Travel of Cherry Hill verify, verify, verify. I will not use them again.

Negative experience: I wish I could give them a 0 star!! The worst experience EVER!! We tried to book w/liberty travel and was speaking to Agent Marie Matias..Horrible she would barely get back to us, and then said would email us some prices..She emailed 1 basic thing another couldn't open bc needed company email that she didn't have?? Horrible!! She caused us to waste time bc we kept waiting & waiting and hardly nothing from her. Even asked if we can come into office bc it was starting to get frustrated with barely getting emails but no response. We will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH LIBERTY TRAVEL IN CHERRY HILL!! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Negative experience: After having a cruise booked for over 3 1/2 years, Liberty Travel gave us 15 minutes to pay an additional 433 dollars 2 days before sailing. It seems Royal Caribbean made an accounting error 14 months prior. Frustration sets in when Heather P and Nikki J in the Cherry Hill office, run you in circles. More Frustration sets in when nobody in a supervisor capacity works from a office, you must wait for a return call in 24 to 48 hrs. ( more like 72 hrs) Liberty Travel was once a high regarded cruise outlet, not any more. Help yourself and book elsewhere.
Negative experience: Stole my money. That's it. Called in about it several times. No one had ever reached back out regarding it. Its a shame bc I'm getting married and thought about using them but nope.
Negative experience: Lady tried to force me into getting something I didn't want like 2 days park pass. Soon as I said I didn't want a 2 day pass. She told me she had to go. Cause she had an appointment. Which is strange cause I was one of her appointments. All I wanted was a 4 day trip with a one day park passes but I guess I wasn't spending enough money for her..♀️
Fantastic experience: Great place
Negative experience: Me and my mom booked a trip to Italy with Danielle. At first we thought she was helpful but that was not the case when abroad. We were left with an itinerary lacking contact Information or contacts whose phone number were that were no longer in service and were stranded finding our way around Italy. She scheduled us for unnecessary transportation that simply did not need to be booked. Although we thought we paid for a travel agent to do all the planning for us, we ended up booking a lot for ourselves with out of pocket costs. When we got to our hotel (where we were supply to stay a majority of the trip) we found out they never confirmed for us and ended up having to find and pay for a new place. Although they did refund us, they did not fully compensate for the loss of a whole day when dealing with this issue. Danielle was not reachable at all. It took multiple emails and phone calls to reach her. She was rude and even hung up on us. Even after talking to a supervisor (Heather) they were no help. These people are not qualified to plan a trip for you. Do not book with them!

Negative experience: Booked a trip for 4 people to Aruba with Catherine Gallo. She was always unavailable or out of office, we asked for an all inclusive resort and we ask for a date where we could make payments from January to june 2022. She emailed ys and said we had to finush paying in may because she was going on vacation. When we got to aruba she didn't book us for all inclusive and we have to pay 1100.00 more for 2 people the other two couldn't afford it and it was a big mess. When we complained she never responded her supervisor responded after a week and told us she did nothing wrong. I filed a small claims suit for ruined plans
Negative experience: Dont believe what they say , as for payments they DO NOT EXCEPT any type of checks , so dont get caught putting a down payment , and exspect to b able to pay by check or routing money ( as they count that as a check ) , even tho they say they accept that type of payment

Negative experience: Make sure when you book a travel, be aware if you need to cancel by any reason and you can get your money back. You won't. I booked a trip and because of covid I had to posted it. When I tried to used the money I had put down for another trip they told me I had to book it through them. However, you are only allowed to use it under what they have, which mean you are going to pay full price on top of what of the credit. You won't be able to get any discount on any flights or hotel. You are going to pay full price. You are not saving anything. I was not able to use it on any reservation because I had to pay extra money, which mean they a ripping you off. Not worth it. Make sure you do your search before booking with Liberty Travel. I learned my lesson.

Negative experience: The agent wasn’t helpful.. the agent did not communicate . I reach out multiple time to get information and was send automatic emails but not with the information I ask for when call they either wasn’t in the office or no answer .. the last call I talk to a Sarah she was unprofessional.. she told me it was my fault no one was helping me which I’m confuse. I will never book with them again .. the way Sarah talk to me was horrible ..!!

Negative experience: Wish I could give 0 stars. Called several times trying to book a vacation for my family. Was told they get back to me the next day and they never did. After waiting 2 days for a call . I called someone else.
Negative experience: Very poor and rude customer service! Were interested in a trip to Washington, but the lady did not give us proper info and lied to us about everything! We wanted to tour the Mint and the Library of Congress and she said its Not possible and that it is reserved for school trips. That's technically not true but they require security clearance. Why didn't she say this? I honestly prefer private travel agencies where the agents are professional and more 101. I will NEVER EVER use a corporate travel service again!!
Negative experience: We have always used liberty travel but with so many offices shutting down it’s hard to continue using the company. Just drove a hour away to be told I needed an appointment.

Negative experience: (Danielle) travel agent said she would get back to me with regards to a refund. I could never reach her. VM box was full, sending multiple emails, NOTHING. She send an email once a month basic telling me she didn't hear anything yet, then no response. Not good business... I won't be using this travel agency again.
Negative experience: First time I have ever used a travel agent. I'm not sure if my expectations were set to high, but I feel like I had to do mostly all the work in regards to this trip. they were very hard to get ahold of and sometimes took several emails or phone calls to talk to someone. I went on a trip to Mexico for a wedding with a bunch of people who used this agency and they all had similar experiences. I had an issue where my girlfriend was not able to go after I already paid for the trip, and purchased the travel insurance, so I contacted my agent to see if they could help and they just told me to contact the travel insurance company. I still have not recieved anything back from insurance company. Maybe its my inexperience with traveling, but I would expect the reason you use a travel agent is so that they can handle everything so you can just enjoy your vacation. I will never use this company again nor would I recommend them. i could have booked the trip myself and had less of a headache. I give them a negative 5 star review
Negative experience: My girlfriend went on a trip and convinced me to use her travel agent for our upcoming trip as well as my trip with my husband. Responsiveness was poor. We could never get her on the phone. Things were not detailed properly to us. I basically planned the trip myself. There were so many small details she missed and I was so unhappy with the service I wanted to cancel my trip with my husband. Our travel agent Julie responds to my request saying that I would lose $150 pp for the cancellation despite me asking her via email if there is a cancellation fee if plans changed or if I needed to cancel. She purposely did not answer those questions and took my money.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. Called a total of 3 times for someone to “call back” and never heard back. Every time I call and try to simply set up a vacation they are soooooo unhelpful. Wouldn’t recommend at all! Terrible customer service!

Negative experience: Been trying to speak to agent to get information [Heather] concerning cruise that was cancelled due to Covid. Call several times. No return call. I don't understand why I'm am not getting return calls. This has been going on since March, when the second cruise was cancelled.
Negative experience: I called to ask a simple question with the cherry hill location and spoke with the most ignorant person named Lori .. I think to have people like her work for a place that services the public speaks volumes about a company you would ever consider doing business with..it did not have an option for 0 stars because that is what they would have received.

Negative experience: I booked my trip with the Deptford location in 2019 to sail with the Royal Caribbean Cruise. This location is permanently closed and I’m not surprised. I just recently got in touch with my traveling agent after sending threatening emails of taking them to small claims court because they booked my trip that I never went on because of the pandemic and never heard from them. My travel agent is very unprofessional. She gave poor excuses as to why she wasn’t available after taking my money for the trip. Long story short..I have been bamboozled for my money and been told that I cannot get a refund and only can get a credit because they talked me into re-booking the trip. The traveling agent told me either way I was at lost for my money whether I rebooked the trip or not. The crazy part is no cruises are sailing so technically I have no choice but to not go on the trip and feel pressured into taking the credit. I will never choose liberty with any future trips. This will be the first and very last. I feel like I was mislead and wasn’t really treated right. As a traveling agent you are suppose to let your clients know both sides and let them choose not just be one sided in order for you to make money.

Negative experience: I booked my trip to Cancun through Liberty Travel and arranged a pick-up service through this agency as well. They booked my transfer through Olympus Tour. However, I was extremely unhappy about the pick-up service to and from the airport. When I got to Cancun, my pickup van did not arrive on time and I had to wait for more than one hour alone. I went to the pickup spot as instructed. There was no one waiting for me at the airport. No one from Olympus showed up. Other transfer companies' agents nearby kept saying that the Olympus agent had already left and would not come back that night. Thankfully, a kind person at the airport helped me get in touch with an Olympus driver and I was able to finally take the shuttle after waiting for an hour and 20 minutes. When I asked the Olympus about what happened and why I had to wait so long, the driver told me that Liberty Travel gave him the wrong information on my arrival time. Olympus was instructed that I would be arriving in the afternoon although my flight itinerary clearly stated that I will be arriving at 7:30pm! I found it unacceptable that Liberty Travel made such a rookie mistake. Doesn't Liberty Travel deal with customers all day long with regards to their flight information? I could not believe that they messed this up so bad.

Fantastic experience: Wow wow wow we plan a trip to montego bay for a wedding threw them and wow they was so helpful it was are first time flying and they made it so easy best thing was the meet and greet at montego bay think it was 80 per person but well worth it made it so easy to go threw the check points felt like VIP passing threw all those big lines next plan if possible is disney world again but want to thank amanda and the crew for helping me and my wife .
