Fantastic experience: Very professional people Fast service
Negative experience: I’m using AAA for the last 5 years. I had issue starting my car and requested assistance for battery jumper. The customer service assisted me and connect me Texas roadside assistance in Plano, which then the technician came from little Elem. The technician was so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL as if he was threatening me, even he can return without providing the support. I had multiple interactions with AAA technicians but this one is a different level.

Although my English is very bad, he is very patient and very helpful.. this company is very lucky to have such an employee.. I have my three cars and a house insurance from this company just for this man because he helps in everything.

Negative experience: You pay to have passport photo taken in AAA, but it makes you like a person just out of jail. And when you discuss with them about how to take a better photo, they don't even care. Good luck y'all!
Fantastic experience: I would like to add a new Review for AAA for 2024. I have changed back to AAA...My other insurance doubled when I added my son. I called AAA, they were so helpful, and beat the other pricing by $1500. People are very nice.
Negative experience: Even this one star is too much for the worst kind of service I am getting! My car was in an accident and it was a total loss. AAA is not taking it off the policy and is charging me premium and it's been 2 months now! They keep promising that they will fix it and refund the money but nothing has been done so far! Meanwhile, we got another used car and added it to the insurance. They have doubled the premium and when asked, they said it was an error and that they would fix it and refund the excess! Nothing has been done so far!! I think I will have to file a complaint with BBB and also with the State Insurance Regulator!

Fantastic experience: This AAA location was doing TSA Precheck enrollments and I had an appointment. The staff were helpful and all appeared to enjoy being there, and the appointment was quick. We also got $100 off vouchers for AAA travel for visiting. There is a waiting area with free coffee and snacks as well, which is a nice touch. It seems they often offer similar services and should I ever need travel services again I’d go back willingly. As mentioned in some reviews as well, this location is now at 1900 Preston Rd, Suite 313.
Negative experience: It's not here. Take it off the map
Negative experience: This review if for AAA: It has been FOUR weeks since your client crashed into my brother's car. The car was totalled, and my brother and mom suffered concussions due to the severity of the incident. There has been NO effort from the liable partied to get this resolved. The car is not drivable, has been towed to a lot, and no rental car has been provided even though my brother was found not liable. My brother has contacted the insurance MANY times with no answers from the insurance. It has gotten to the point where a lawyer had to get involved. This is unprofessional and needs to be resolved immediately!!
Negative experience: Terrible waste of time. First of all they don't have the correct address, their old location is vacated. Second of all why even tell me to drive to the other location when I specifically asked you for a service and once I arrive after all that driving, you tell me it cannot be done. Are you serious??

Negative experience: Their roadside assistance program is trash. While it helps keeping claims off your insurance, it's not worth it. I requested a tow and the 1st company said we don't do unattended tows but you have the classic policy so u get 7 miles free then it's $15 a mile which would be over $150...that's RIP off prices. Then when I got back into town I put in another service request. Driver called 15 min later said he would be there in 5 min. I waited over an hour and he never showed up and never called, they just cancelled the request. I then spent over an hour arguing with customer service for AAA because they were trying to tell me they don't do unattended tows, yet I was there for over an hour. It's easier to just file the claim.
Positive experience: They officially have no idea how drivers licenses work in Texas. No driver's school offered, no recommendations, or even local listings. That's four stars down. On the other hand, AAA has a well working roadside assistance program. That's two stars up.
Negative experience: This review is for AAA not for this particular branch. So after giving 10 calls to AAA about my car mileage issue. I have decided to write a review. I turned in my mileage in December 2021 (which now AAA doesn't have) on which basis AAA issued renewal quote and as per that quote I drove one car more than what it was in the policy which is totally wrong. I was told to give a call back on March 26 so that they can run the 90 days analysis, guess what! I was told to give a call back in June 28 for the 90 days mileage analysis again. I even provided my car inspection reports which proves that in last 6 months I only drove that car for 2 miles. And definitely if this issues isn't resolved during this week then I am gonna switch to different company even if I have to pay more.
Negative experience: This Branch of AAA at 7200 Independence Pkwy #224, Plano, TX 75025 simply bullies people who come for notary services. I went for a simple notary of an oath , first of all the lady keep saying at least 6 times there is no place to sign , until i had to take the paper and put my finger to show where it is written Notary officer to sign. ill literate. Then I kept passport on counter and in front of her when she agreed where she will sign , I did my sign. Immediately she said she can not do now because we signed before she tells to sign. even though I kept passport in front of her, I showed her where I am signing , where she will sign, she read the paper for 2 mins then gave back But still she said she can't do because we signed before she tell. This purely harassing and bullying to deny a service that AAA says they offer

Fantastic experience: I went to AAA today to have my renters insurance updated because I am moving out of my current apartment at the end of the month & am moving back to the apartment complex I lived in before I moved here. I messed up and should have remained at the apartment complex I was in before.I never should have moved to the apartment complex I am in now. The rent is too high & they charge a fee for valet service which is something I do not need.

Fantastic experience: This is the only AAA office at West Plano. The office is vey big. During COVID I have visited and they are very organized to give best safety experience. They offer all AAA services from there and have free maps for members available there. They offer remote help for various insurance and member ship renewal. For service like passport photo, notary, license purchase, etc. they are allowing propels to visit the property. They are ensuring the general COVID protocol for customer and AAA employees.
Fantastic experience: AAA Checks each person for Covid exposure at the door. The agents are very helpful. We moved a cruise to a later date and had great help from Amanda, an excellent travel agent.
Fantastic experience: Everyone is helpful and amicable. We went there for Notary. If you have AAA membership, notary is free.

They don’t try to keep their customer happy....this is the only branch which I’m not recommending at all

Positive experience: They had exactly the maps and tour books to help me dream about traveling to Arizona. They all had masks and one met me at the door with some safety questions. I was even given extra brochures for some possible side trips. And, of course, they offered to help me save money with my car insurance.
Negative experience: Do NOT waste your money on this insurance! All is good until you have a claim then you are on your own. Your agent will not communicate with you, absolutely THE Worst customer service ever!!
Fantastic experience: Very nice staff. I went to get a International Drivers Licence. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, including pictures. I'll be back next year when my license is up for renewal.

Negative experience: Worst insurance company ever
Negative experience: The insurance agent I talked with in this office (a gentleman btw) is incompetent, impatient and rude. Stay away from this place which used to be ok.
Negative experience: Almost impossible to get a human to answer the phone .. Their phone tree has options that are dead ends and there is no way to press "zero" to get someone.

Negative experience: May be it was slow because I visited here on Saturday, but had to wait for more than half hour for the agent. There was only one agent available.
Negative experience: Worst and the most expensive!
Negative experience: Very bad experience. They are inconsistent with explaining information to customers. They do not give accurate information. Their records get misplaced and information gets mixed up. Just a very bad inconsistent company and would never do business with them again. The only benefit is the Membership and everything else just costs you more money than you should have to pay. Do not do the Safe Driver Discount because I can tell you that will not save you anything. My policy went from being a little over $1300/starting for an entire year to well over $2000/renewal for an entire year. No accidents, no violations, was told I had the good driver discount but as you can clearly see it does not pay to be a good driver. I went with another company. Saved over $750. Take a second thought before continue renewal. Oh, and do not buy a newer vehicle because you are only going to get a MASSIVE increase on your policy if you do. You would think by presenting a lower offer from another company (with Documents to show) would have them take another look at my policy and make some adjustments but no. When transferred to the save department the young lady I spoke with said their would be no way that another company to offer me insurance at a little over $1100 for an entire year with a 2017 vehicle and kept questioning me an how I could get such a low rate and was I giving them the right information. Well yes I did and of course when you input your social, DL#, and vin # of the car everything pulls up...soooo just saying. You can't really tell a lie can you. Just a very impolite individual. AAA only cares about the money and not the customer.
Positive experience: I got my home insurance with my car insurance here. AAA offered cheaper price compared to my previous insurance with USAA, but customer service is far better with USAA. My agent had never picked up her phone, and she stopped working one month later after I signed up.

Fantastic experience: Had a significant drop in my Home Owner Insurance and most importantly its not some one yeat teaser rate. I was going from Insurance company to Insurance company every year because they would back the policy 20% even with zero claims/accidents. I have my home and 3 luxury cars on my policy. They also paid out a roof replacement claim with no issues.
Negative experience: The lady working at road side assistance dept is so rude. Trying to get some battery warranty information, her reply was not helpful at all and sounds like she got up the wrong side of the bed this morning.
Negative experience: One of the worker there hit my car while at a Walmart neighborhood helping someone. Ask for his information refused to give it up because he said it wasn't a big deal. There was clearly dents and scratches on my driver's back side. Talked to the boss and he was so rude about it. For a insurance company ya sure are horrible! Still waiting for them to reply back 3 days later!
Fantastic experience: Very helpful to me..helped map out my route for vacation. Gave me State maps as well so I could see all the little towns in between my long stops.
