Negative experience: Still do not have my title 1st time was lost went back second time still nothing has been over 6months.

Negative experience: The employees I dealt with are not very knowledgeable. They also talk down to their customers. (Not me, just something I saw over and over while waiting) I was sent away and told they don’t do camera cards, only to be sent back by the DMV. The employee (Devon) did not know her password upon returning. A simple camera card took us 3 hours total. Go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time.

Positive experience: The person I worked with (Abigail) was beyond helpful and personable. There were some glitches in the our transaction and she was more than willing to be my advocate to set it right. I am glad I went.

Fantastic experience: I find my AAA membership excellent value for money. On the occasion of this visit I needed several photocopied documents notarized, which Abigail did with ease and the price was very reasonable. In the past I have used AAA services for Passport photographs, Notary work, and also for a vacation booking to Punta Cana in 2015.

Fantastic experience: My auto insurance carrier doesn't have good towing/roadside assistance. I called AAA and had all I needed within a few minutes and at a surprisingly low, affordable price.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, responsive and professional staff with a neat facility. The most important thing is that they will help you get things done. They are so experienced that they are able to advise what you may have not thought about yet. Will recommend to anyone.

Positive experience: During the pandemic AAA has you by the short and curly's to take care of any PennDot business. It's 25 bucks per PennDot transaction if you aren't a member. So let's call it what it is. Extortion. Other than that, the woman that helped me with my PennDot mess was very helpful and I appreciate that.

Fantastic experience: We didn't need an appointment, as we were just having a title transferred. The office is large, clean and professional in appearance. We were able to walk right up and get started. The associate was knowledgeable, friendly and quick about her task. I've had titles transferred at various AAA offices and they normally know what they're doing. This was one of the newest, nicest offices I've been to.

Negative experience: Lies, lies, lies!!! Stood in a hot parking lot with my daughter, for now over 2 1/2 hours, who was locked out of her car. We were initially told 30-45 minutes, then after an hour and fifteen minutes, no more updates. We were never given a link to track the service driver. We called in and we were told the driver was 3 miles away. An hour later and we are still waiting. It’s 85 degrees out and just lie after lie. Not a reputable business and shame on them for lying.

Negative experience: Rude woman spoke so fast it was hard to understand her. Then, when I asked about purchasing a guide book she got a bit condescending when I told her I wasn't a member! I might have considered purchasing a membership if she had better customer service skills, but not now!
