Fantastic experience: I booked two trips for myself, my husband, and two young adult sons to the Saratoga area.. Rob, Rod, and Nancy are so helpful and respond promptly to emails and any requests you have. They could book exactly the times and places I requested, sometimes with less than 3 weeks' notice. I highly recommend using them to plan a great trip because of their professionalism and relationships with the courses listed. The regions they cover are beautiful places to visit and play, especially for those who have not spent time outside the metro NYC area or live out of state. I gladly shared their website with friends and gave them 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: We had 16 golfers for a week in the Saratoga area and used NY Golf Trail to orchestrate the event. The package was communicated clearly, had a big variation in types of golf courses, had us in one hotel for the stay , and scheduled everything. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend New York Golf Trail. The hotel was excellent (Best Western Suites). The golf courses were great. Shadow Lake was in good condition, but the rough was a little high. Reservoir Creek was outstanding. The people were very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately we were unable to play Ravenwood due to rain, but it looked in excellent condition. We will be returning again.

Kennedy, my contact, replied quickly and accommodated all my requests. 4 nights 3 rounds of golf in Chautauqua county exceeded my expectations. The accommodation at Chautauqua Suites hotel was 5/5. A room with two beds with 1 full bath and 1 vanity bath was perfect for golf friends' getaway. The courses were much better than expected. Well maintained and challenging enough for mid handicappers. Overall, we were happy and will use NYGT again. YD

Fantastic experience: We've used NYGT twice. Last fall we went to the Finger Lakes and this year we went to Chautauqua. Both trips were easy to organize. We got the tee times we wanted and very good lodging all for a reasonable price. The courses range from ok to fabulous. The only thing I would caution is if you book during green aeration season, it might make sense to check with the courses to see when they're doing theirs, because this year, our first two courses had just punched their greens and although the courses were good, the experience was kind of ruined because of it. It really sucks to have to play punched greens during a golf trip.

Fantastic experience: Just completed a trip to the Fingerlakes region with 12 golfers. This is the 6th time using NY Golf Trail , and have never been disappointed! It helps to have great weather, like we did, but Rob, Rod and Nancy have always put together great packages for me! I can't thank them enough for the great job they do! Fantastic experience: This was a great 3 day golf getaway. Planning was easy with both Rod and Nancy looking at different courses and finding the best courses that met our needs. It was easy check-in at the hotel and not a glitch at all 3 courses we played. Weather co-operated for middle of September and we will certainly look at a similar trip again in the future!

Fantastic experience: Rob Fogel put together a great package with a (4) Night Stay at the Hyatt Place in Marlta, Sarasota Springs, NY with (3) wonderful rounds of golf at the Saratoga Spa with cart for my wife and me. The hotel with breakfast was lovely and the golf course conditions were 4.5 Stars for a public course. Fantastic experience: Used NYGT several times (group of 8 golfers) and have always had great luck. They handled everything making it easy and worry-free for you. Had been to several different regions, but Lake Placid is by far our favorite. Most recently we played Malone and Whiteface, both beautiful courses. Stayed at the brand-new beautiful Cambria Hotel, which was amazing, but lacked a continental breakfast found at most hotels, which was a little disappointing. We had an issue a couple of years ago with the course wanting to charge us for carts, called Rod and he called the front desk and had everything handled in 2 minutes!! Would highly recommend.

The hotel Best Western Inn and Suites in Victor, NY was amazing, the most friendly staff and great rooms. The golf courses we played, Blue Heron Hills and Shadow Lake were stunning! The surrounding area had so much to do. We will definitely be back next year!

Fantastic experience: Booked a 3 day golf trip through New York Golf Trail to Lake Placid and Malone. Started the booking in April for 3 days in September using their web page. I received a response two days after the submission summarizing what I wanted and details on accommodations, hotels and tee-offs. Everything looked good so I asked them to proceed with the booking. Throughout the process I did ask for 3 or 4 changes from the original booking request that were handled without any issues. We stayed at the Cambria Hotel Lake Placid which was fantastic. It is a new hotel that is only 8 months old and had a pool, weight room, restaurant, bar, huge patio, fire pits near the river and very comfortable rooms. The courses on day 2 and day 3 were in great shape but the day 1 course needed some fairway work. The entire trip went without a hitch and all the courses and hotels had all the information for our group when checking in. I highly recommend New York Golf Trail and will definitely use them in the future.

Positive experience: We visited New York to attend the US Open tennis tournament and included a 2-day golf excursion to Cooperstown as part of our trip. The process was great but we would have preferred better options for accommodations. Of the 2 courses we played, Leatherstocking was easily our favorite. Next time, we will try a different region in NY with better options for accommodations and golf courses.

They put together a 4 round package and 4 night hotel stay in the Saratoga Spring area that was within our budget and included the courses and preferred tee times. Positive experience: The people were great at NY Golf Trails and the golf courses were phenomenal! - Finger Lakes Region. They made things easy. Only negative - every course offered a senior discount and we never applied for it or knew about it. We also stumbled upon the Finger Lakes Racetrack and Casino (nice find) - had a great buffet. Two negatives - The Microtel was clean and breakfast was okay, but we all felt it was way overpriced. Also had a bad experience in that it is right next to the freeway (noisy) and the front desk was not responsive to younger people partying in the parking lot and making noise at 1:30 in the morning. I almost called the police. Check out the hotel you are getting for sure. This was the difference maker in making it a five star weekend.

We chose our dates, hotel and courses and Kim took care of the rest. We played Greystone and Blue Heron (Finger Lakes) and the courses were in great shape and the employees couldn't have been any nicer. Fantastic experience: this is our 4th year going up to Saratoga with rod and it was another great time, we brought up 56 guys and everyone had a great time. the courses rod recommends were all great and the hotel Hilton garden inn couldn't be more accommodating. i highly recommend rod and the New York golf trail i give him 5 stars again this year as in the past .

Fantastic experience: Our foursome just completed a 4 day - 5 round weekend in Syracuse (May 19 to 22)! Nancy and Kim were great to deal with. This was our first time using NY Golf Trail and our first venture back to the U.S. post-COVID (last trip was spring 2019). We usually make the trip to Myrtle Beach from southern Ontario, but wanted to try something a bit closer to home. Other than the fact that golf courses in central NY are not open year-round, and there is a bit of a pause on getting confirmed tee times, Nancy kept us updated and everything went off as planned and was a success! Individual payments managed through the site great added value! Courses were for the most part in great shape - played Timber Banks (1), Radisson Greens (4), Beaver Meadows (3) and Green Lakes (2)... rankings in parentheses (IMO). Timber Banks greens very challenging! Green Lakes best scenery by far, but unfortunately hole 18 was closed and there was a temp par 3 set up instead. Not the end of the world by any means! Timber Banks a couple of 'odd' holes and impossible greens, but overall a good test. Radisson ranked 4, but we were not disappointed. We did attempt to play twice in one day and got rained out after 27 holes. Accommodations very close to all the courses and more than satisfactory. Will definitely use NY Golf Trail again in the future!

Fantastic experience: Great experience with the team at NY Golf Trail. I visited Saratoga region with a group of friends. Having the whole trip planned over 2-3 emails was amazing. We got all our preferred tee times and I could not believe how affordable it was. They even accommodated last minute adjustments to our hotel room and golf group. Overall great experience would most certainly use them again! We played Sagamore, Saratoga National, and Saratoga Spa which were all beautiful.

The group has been booking this annual trip to Victor NY since 2015 with Rod and Nancy providing exceptional service. We deal with no others!! Played Greystone, Ravenwood, Blue Heron and Ivy Ridge.

At each course, we were able to go out earlier than our tee times which was great and allowed us to play even more golf. It was just two of us on the grip and we were worried we'd be paired with other players, but we were able to just play the two of us at each of the four courses. When we weren't able to use carts at two of the courses (due to wet weather), we were refunded without issue. I would totally book through your service again. It was a wonderful experience.

Once we finally settled on a weekend she continued assisting with the payments from the group of 7. Nancy assisted when we had a minor mixup regarding payment at the hotel. She called me as soon as she got my email on a Friday night after 6 pm. NYGT should be very proud of these two reps for their professionalism and responsiveness. I would use NYGT again to plan another 3 day weekend somewhere else in NY.

Fantastic experience: Rod and Nancy ( N.Y. Golf Trail) did a super job of arranging our 3 day golf trip for 16 guys in the Finger Lakes Region. The golf courses were great and we had no problems at all in very different kind year. Thanks again can't wait to work with both again

Fantastic experience: Booked a three night golf stay with NY Golf Trail and the service and overall trip was great. Traveled to Saratoga Springs and played Saratoga National and Saratoga Spa & Golf. Enjoyed the courses and stayed at the La Quinta Hotel in Clifton Park. Very convenient location, comfortable beds, clean rooms and nice overall experience. Fantastic experience: This is our second trip booked through Golf trails, 2 years ago in the finger lakes, this time Lake Placid. Fantastic group to work with, every detail was looked after on both occasions. Finger Lakes accommodations were great, the golf courses not as great. Lake Placid the accommodations were not the best, but we didn’t go for the hotel. The golf courses were fantastic. I would definitely book with golf trail again, not sure where this time.

Fantastic experience: Our league booked a two day event at Greystone and Ravenwood, hotel, Best Western, and dinner at Otto's Tommato. All it really took was one phone call to Rod and Nancy of NY Golf Trails and they took it from there. Can't say enough about their attention to detail and never-ending patience with seemingly, never-ending changes from our league members. Fantastic experience: Great from the outset. Rod & Leanne were there for us at every turn, of which there were more than a few because of our eclectic league membership(24), from beginning to end. The selections were great, both courses and accommodations, and as flexible as we could ask for. On top of this, the prices were great. Been around awhile, and this was the easiest its ever been to have an absolutely terrific golf outing. If only lessons were included...but I digress... Talk to you soon...

Fantastic experience: 2019 Couples Golf Weekend This year we had our biggest group ever with 8 couples playing golf at the New York Golf Trail in the Finger Lakes. We started out at Ravenwood, then played Greystone and closed with a round at Bristol Harbour. All three courses were great, the check in was easy and we were well received at all courses. Our hotel was the Best Western Victor and it was great, had a very nice breakfast each day and all our participants had a very good time. Highly recommend this trip and using the New York Golf trail was easy and basically cost nothing to use their services, which made my job as the organizer very easy.

Fantastic experience: We have been to Victor New York in 3 of the last 5 years using the people at New York Golf trail and couldn't ask for better service. We made some changes late in the game and they accommodated us with no issues. We love the area, the courses are fabulous and motels and dining in the area is great. we will be back.
