My husband and I have not traveled out of the country since childhood so we were in the dark.. all we knew was we wanted Italy. Michael tailored our trip to exactly what we were looking for (Venice, Rome, sorrento) with excursions along the way. He helped us have the vacation of a lifetime. From start to finish we felt like king and queen. The hotels were amazing and the transportation was easy— there was not one hiccup. Fantastic experience: Working with Robyn at Dream Makers Vacation Services was fabulous! She was attentive to our needs and had everything ready for us (transfers, room info, excursion opportunities) for our trip to Cancun at the Hard Rock Hotel. Robyn was able to get us the junior suite adjoining rooms that we were looking for at a very nice price. His intake information was thorough and as a result he provided the trip that met all of my needs. During the planning phase of the trip, Michael shared detailed information and provided suggestions to make my travel plans go smoothly which they did. He was extremely responsive to all of my questions. I stayed at the Verandah Resort and Spa and was very happy with the accommodations. Two lovely beaches to spend time relaxing and/or do some water sports. It was so peaceful. I took a 1/2 day trip arranged through the Resort with Pink Panther Safaris to do some sight seeing. Fantastic experience: Audrey Hess booked us a trip to Cancun, Mexico and we stayed at El Dorado Royale resorts. She was a vital resource in making our vacation memorable! She helped make booking simple and helped give us first hand advice on what type of room to pick and what restaurants to go to! She was familiar with the resort and arranged our transportation to and from the airport as well. I feel that we purchased the trip at a lower rate than if we had booked it ourselves. We had a great vacation at the resort, which was all inclusive. Highly recommend the Fuentes dinner experience if you go!

My husband and I were late in planning our honeymoon after our wedding and Kayla was very helpful and quick in responding to my questions when they came to mind. Fantastic experience: I haven't used a travel agent in 20 years, I've always booked my own travel. However, this time, I was a little overwhelmed with all the rapid travel changes/prices and I wanted to travel to a new location that was all inclusive. Amy McHugh was recommended to me by a friend so I thought I would give it a go...She did not disappoint! I had A LOT of questions due to my inexperience with travel agents and she always put my mind at ease with her explanations. She was very knowledgeable about the resorts and steered me in the right direction. During my decision making and booking process she had to leave for a trip of her own. But never fear, she seamlessly passed me on to her husband, Mike, who completed the booking. Together they did a phenomenal job and sent me, my husband, and two older teenage daughters to Dreams Macao Beach in Dominican Republic. We have since booked our second trip with them for just us girls this summer!

Fantastic experience: We had previously traveled to Sandals several times on our own and decided to use a travel professional for this trip and chose Mike McHugh of Dream Makers Vacation Services based on another trusted travelers recommendation. Fantastic experience: My mom and I decided to take a trip together in March and reached out to Amy and Dream Maker’s Vacation Services. We started the planning process in the fall and knew we wanted an adult only, all-inclusive, white sand, and blue water experience. We completed the online thorough questionnaire to get started. Amy responded so quickly with a welcome email and starting out with some options for us. All options were close to our budget, some over and some under, and in different countries. I appreciated the four options so I didn’t feel overwhelmed by choices but enough that I could compare what I liked and didn’t about each. She included the price, what options were available, which of my “must haves” were there, and a personal opinion about the resort. The amount of information on each option was perfect! After a few emails back and forth, we decided to go with Secrets St. James. Amy made the payments easy and sent reminders for the low down-payment and the final payment. When I accidentally didn’t complete the payment correctly, I received a call helping me complete it correctly. I appreciated the patience and commitment to ensuring everything was booked. In the months leading up to our trip, Amy would send details and helpful hints for our travel plan. In the week leading up, we received all documents in the mail and electronic with some super helpful tips. The trip itself was incredible! We had an easy flight and transfer to the resort that was set up for us. When we arrived, we were told we were upgraded to Secrets Wild Orchid, which shares the same area as Secrets St. James but has a different entrance. We were hesitant to trust this but reached out to Amy who told us we were upgraded…YAY! Our room was gorgeous! It was clean, stylish, and comfortable. The view was the best in the resort no doubt! We overlooked the beach and saw some amazing sunsets and sunrises and had close access to the beach The beach/pool: a very narrow beach but beautiful! Light soft sand and clear water. The swimming area isn’t huge. Lifeguards are present and there are some cabanas for shade. The lounge chairs were pretty uncomfortable but grabbing a pad and extra towels helped. Staff delivering drinks were wonderful! The pool was refreshing and clean with a fun swim up bar. Restaurants/Bars: I enjoyed the Barracuda Bar for the swings at the bar and the amazing drinks. The piano bar was also neat for the ambiance and great service. The restaurants were all wonderful with plenty of options. The international buffet was great for breakfast with all the options! Entertainment: We went snorkeling in the morning with a guide who was incredible! We went out for about 45 minutes and saw so many amazing fish, corals, and sea-life. He dove down to find a huge sand dollar for use to keep and would inform us about different things we saw. He picked up things to touch such as a sea brittle, an urchin, and even had a puffer fish inflate that we could hold. Highlight of my trip no doubt! We also partook in a Jamaican cooking and culture demonstration where we tried local snacks, learned some fun words and culture, and grilled jerk fish. Soca, “Tiny’ and “Chef” were staff who made it fun! The class was an hour and a half so plan accordingly if you’d like to go. We also enjoyed the laughs from the Mr. Wild Orchid contest at the pool. Overall it was incredible and Dream Maker’s Vacation Services is the way to go!

Fantastic experience: I am a firm believer in utilizing a travel agency for all of our travels. Mike McHugh has been a huge help to us. On our recent trip we ran into an issue with the room we were given. A message to Mike was all that was needed. The room was changed as promised after 2 nights but with their help we were in it in just over an hour rather than having to wait till the 3pm check in time. Many thanks to both Amy & Mike for all that they do to make our vacations special.

Robyn Ayers helped with our Disney trip which these days is more complicated to ensure you make the most of your time and get the best value as Disney can get expensive. Our trip was amazing!

It doesn’t cost extra, and with Amy and her team on your side you’ll have someone with lots of resources to help you along the way. We’ve used Amy, at Dream Makers Vacation Services, for years. Amy returns e-mail communications quickly (including weekends), checks in with you before you leave on your “dream vacation, while your on vacation, to see if everything is to your satisfaction, and then follows up after travel. Fantastic experience: We have used Amy McHugh for many trips because quite simply, we feel more like she's our Travel Angel because Travel Agent just doesn’t begin to describe how awesome she is, but she went above and beyond on our most recent trip. My husband wanted to plan a trip as a birthday surprise for me so he reached out to Amy on his own to enlist her help. I normally take care of all of the booking details with Amy, so he had a lot of questions, but she handled every question about this booking as if it were her own vacation. She even made sure everything was in place and hidden until I opened my present. Even after that, she made sure that the resort knew it was a special occasion and followed up with them about all of the details and special requests. Everything was even more perfect that we could have imagined and we didn't have to worry about any of it. Fantastic experience: I worked with Mike McHugh, one of the owners of Dream Makers Vacation Services, more than once, either to book a single vacation or a group getaway, including wedding getaway for a larger group. What a dedicated agent he is!! I am truly impressed with his patience with me and my guests, knowledge, professionalism, working patiently and diligently on getting me best price (his price match and special pricing for groups!!), getting me numerous upgrades, and always replying in a timely manner. The wedding group, that Mike worked for me to send away to Dreams Riviera Cancun in Mexico, was a larger and complicated project. Guests were coming from many cities in US and Europe, many of them with different requests and different preferences. Mike accommodated everyone’s needs, we all received great rooms, and some upgrades that I wasn’t even aware of until I met my guests in the resort. He assured that everyone was transported from airport to the resort, also helped us to reserve time, place, and details for welcome party and a good-bye brunch. The wedding itself was not in the resort, but I have no doubt in my mind that if it was, Mike would also set us up with great wedding planner there, as he does have his own contacts and secrets on how to work with people in hotel industry. Another project of mine that Mike handled, was 60th birthday of my husband in Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit resort, in Nayarit, Mexico. That was the smaller group, but also handled to perfection. Everybody received great suites with gorgeous views, and let me add here that we got them for a great price, and our recently married daughter and her hubby got an upgrade to being treated like honeymooners!! It wasn’t really their honeymoon, but it turned out to be like one. They loved this stay and special treatment they received. He also connected me with party planner as we not only organized my hubby’s 60th birthday at this time, but also my grandson’s 1st birthday, which turned out to be a great party! Mike provided me with lots of help which lies in the scope and beyond the scope of travel agency’s usual service. It was another wonderfully arranged getaway. I highly recommend Mike McHugh!! Normally our trips are super smooth, but when the airline messed up our flights we ended up with two additional nights and nowhere to stay. Amy and Courtney had the issue resolved within 24 hours and were amazing! Fantastic experience: We have used Amy and Dream Makers Vacation Services for over seven years now. I originally found them thru a web board as a Sandals specialist travel agent. While they have now booked us on 11 completed Sandals trips (we have three more in the future) they handle much more. We have used them for Disney vacations and they are always available to answer questions or give suggestions. On several occasions I have sent emails for what would normally be considered "after hours" like nights, weekends and holidays to get a personal response within minutes. I'm active on several social media platforms regarding Sandals Resorts and often read horror stories from consumers that are entirely due to lack of knowledge about the products being recommended by a travel agent. All I can say is my experience has been exceptional. I still remember one of my first trips stopping by the Sandals Concierge Lounge to grab a water.
