Negative experience: Extremely rude, unprofessional, agents working at this so called business! I have been doing business there for years and always gave them the benefit of the doubt they are having a bad day or they are just going thru something, no more sugar coating this. Someone needs to train them on customer service and professionalism! ASAP

Negative experience: I booked a flight for my wife and 4 kids to Egypt, I wanted to upgrade the seats, they charged me $600 for upgrade. They put my wife and for kids at the exit row which you have to be 18 and over to set in that row, the flight attendant removed my kids and wife and scattered them all over the plane because by law they not allowed to sit there. I called Almanar agency to get a refund they told me the company don’t do refund, knowing that they screwed up. I lost $600 because of something they screwed up. Don’t do business with them, they are not professional.

Fantastic experience: I contacted them after giving up from another agency which members are very rude and not cooperative at all The ladies are very nice Hawraa booked our tickets everything was perfect and she gave us a great price while others were trying to sell us expensive tickets

They don’t answer phone calls. they tell you that they booked you the ticket then you go to the airport with your luggage and everything and find out that you don’t have a ticket then you go back home! I had an appointment for a surgery in my home country that’s why I booked my ticket but I couldn’t make it because of them! Please go find other travel angencies

Negative experience: The worst travel agency!!! Those people tell you that they booked your ticket then you find out at the airport the day you’re leaving that you don’t have a ticket at all !!!

Negative experience: Manara travel was the worst office to book a ticket at. We booked a flight and it failed and my friend booked one and went to the airport and took the weight of the bags and when going in they told her you don’t have a ticket so I don’t recommend at all

Negative experience: أسوأ تعامل و أسوأ خدمة فيزا بتطلع ب ٤ ايام اخدت ٤٠ يوم عن طريق هاد المكتب و بالأخير ما طلعت بس لانو كذبوا عليي و ما حكوا و قالوا انو هنن مكتب مو مصرح انو يشتغلوا بالفيز العائلية كل تعاملهن كان غلط و كذب و هاد غير الخدمة السيئة ما بردوا عالتلفون ولا عالمسجات الا بعد مليون محاولة حسبي الله فيهن و بتعاملن بنصح كل العالم لا يتعاملوا معهن بس من ورا الكذب والفيزا يلي قالولي ما طلعت لانو القنصل طلب فحص دي ان ا وهاد طلب مستحيل يكون حكا عنو القنصل طلعتلي الفيزا خلال ٤ ايام من مكتب تاني يلي كانت خدمتو اكتر من ممتازة و بروفيشنال مو متل هاد المكتب وصاحبو يلي سكر التلفون بوشي و حكا معي حكي مو طبيعي و نسي انو هو كل شغلتو انو يرد عالتلفونات الزبائن لانو شغلتو هالشغلة ما بيستاهل ولا نجمة

Negative experience: I have contacted them multiple times since March because the flights were canceled due to COVID-19. I was told I would get a refund on my umrah visa, I emailed and called over and over and I have gotten no response. The experience with them was good in the beginning they were very helpful but I was very let down by them now that they still haven’t responded to me regarding this.

Fantastic experience: I have used Manara Travel many times over the years. They are very reliable, Raqia provided an excellent and most professional customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Negative experience: They do not deserve a single star. Worst service, very shady people, they took advantage of my parents who are seniors.United Airline cancel the flight on 01/18 and refund them on 1/22 and It took them 2 months and several visits to give us back the refunds and they actually did not return the full amount, they kept 84$. Raqia is the worst, she was impolite, unprofessional and rude.

Negative experience: السلام عليكم نصيحة لكل شخص يريد ان يتعامل مع هذه الشركة لا تتورط معهم فهم لا يهتمون بك وسوف يتسببون بمشاكل لك بالسفر . أنا الان اكتب لكم وأنا في مطار دبي والمكتب لم يقوم بالحجز الفندقي علما ان انتظاري في المطار اكثر من ١٢ ساعه وكلما نتصل على الشركة لا يهمهم العميل بعد شراء التذكرة فنصيحة لكم لا تتعاملون مع هذه الشركة

Negative experience: My family used this travel agency twice and I personally used them once. I have family that lives in Saudia and other Gulf countries and I booked my own ticket. At first the agency refused to let me only get the Umerah visa and requested me to get the ticket through them, then they changed their mind and charged me $150 per person for the Umerah visa which I am ok with. I was told that I need to pay $100 per person for transportation from the airport in Saudia to Makkah. I was told that in Saudia my passport will be held until a local driver comes in to pick me up from the passport control which is weird. I paid the $100 per person. When I got to Saudia, my passport was released just like any other country and I waited over 1.5 hours for his driver to come which he never showed up. I tried contacting the agency from Saudia, but I believe the agency was closed. I ended up finding my own taxi to Makkah. I contacted them the next day and spoke to one of the agents. I was told by the agent that he will help me get my money back when I come back to the States. When I came back to the States the same agent was on my side, but Maher the owner told me the driver came and couldn't find me. His agent (Jazah Allah khair) assured Maher that I wouldn't lie and eventually got my money back. I only gave them 2 stars, because I got the transportation fee back. The agent that helped me no longer works for Manara and I wish him luck. They refuse to give quotes over the phone which is stupid. They come up with their own fake rules like last year when I tried to get my mother a Umerah visa, I was told the Saudia Consulate requires the travel agency to book the flight which is a lie. As long as you have a flight booked, you just pay the visa fee and a visa can be processed. I use a travel agency in San Francisco now or Chicago. I won't name the agency I use because I don't want whoever reads this to think I am bashing Manara to advertise another agency

Positive experience: Not recommended unless you have no choice !

Negative experience: I can't believe how bad this agency, they don't know the requirements for traveling to the USA? And once I paid for the ticket I found that Canada needs a visa so I called to change the reservation and ended up losing $120.00. This is the worst agency in Michigan and I advice against buying from them.

Negative experience: Do not go to Hajj with these people. I say this as advice. You will have a hard time at hajj with these people. Communication is horrible. They do not inform you of anything... Literally. Not even the slightest indication of where the kaaba is was given. You will either not be informed of bus arrivals and leavings, or be informed right before they arrive. We were kicked out of our hotels the day we left mekka and were left out in the lobby with no prior notification of this. I could give many examples on this, but it will take too long. I am doing this for the sake of advice, not to bash these guys, so I will keep it short and hope you accept my advice. I do want people to have an enjoyable and easy hajj. This is not possible with these people except by Allah's will.

Negative experience: . بصراحة . أظن نفسي مجاملاً لأن أنا اعطيهم نجمتين على العموم انا اكتب هذا الكلام من أمام الفندق وفي الانتظار الطويل للباص الذي لا أظن أن هناك متابعة من صاحب الشركة بالمتابعة كي يأتي بوقتة تأخرنا كثيرا في الوصول إلى منى وأيضا إلى عرفة وأيضا وصلنا بعد نص الليل إلى مزدلفة...ولم يأتي الباص لياخذنا إلى منى من مزدلفة . ومشينا مشياً من مزدلفة إلى منى ثم الجمرات ثم مكة( هنيئا لهم كم وفروا قيمة أجرة الباصات من ظهورنا) والان نريد الرجوع إلى منى كي أبيت . ولكن للأسف إلى الآن كل الناس ذهبوا إلا نحن.. انصحكم بالتفكير ملياً قبل إختيار هذه الشركة

Negative experience: Tried to call and get an estimate for a trip to be told that it could not be done unless I personally came in. I called three other places and got quoted over the phone. This place is a joke.

Got to the airport to find out the did not confirm my flight from Lebanon to USA on Qatar airlines after talking to them the blamed the airline for not confirming . I had to drive back home to north Lebanon at 1am and waited for them to rebook me for another flight the day after. They we very rude and unprofessional I will not deal with them again

Negative experience: One of the worst travel agency for hajj. What ever they gonna tell you in USA not gonna happened in hajj. Spoil the whole trip. Provided third class hotel which was promised at least 4star in USA. 5 people in one room. Ac was not working they trying to cut every corner once you sign in and in their trap. So US citizen pay little more some other place do not signing with them.dirty bathroom ac was not working and we paid a lot which all to to meher pocket and we are suffering. Third class services

Positive experience: Official agent of the royal Jordanian air line, offers nice vacation packages, sells plane tickets , great staff willing to help you as soon as you walk in , five agents on duty all the time , very helpful people

Negative experience: Horrible experience both times I went! First time they booked me and my kids double bookings and that caused me to almost miss my flight and when I called them to tell them they need to sort it out the worker tells me of you got a good price for you infant? What does the price of my infants ticket have to do with your mistake??? Second time I missed my flight because I wasn't able to board. My sons passport had a month until it expires and I specifically asked the lady when booking if that would be a problem and she said it would not , I get to the airport and they wouldn't let me go through and she had the courtesy to say "oh I never said that I don't remember "! Bottom line is I am never ever dealing with them.

Negative experience: The worst customer service ever!! Spare yourself the mental exhaustion and the hundreds of phone calls you'll be placing, no one will ever answer the phone especially after they receive your payment. Lesson learned next time I'm paying more and going with the always reliable dar-el-Salam. My family is leaving today and they haven't even received their passports yet and don't even have an updated itinerary. I've left multiple messages for Maher the owner and none of my phone calls have been returned. On top of it all there is an incredibly rude employee Rami, who told me I need to be quiet while he talks first. I've also requested that the passports be sent to two different homes seeing as two families were traveling and Rami said they aren't going to pay to ship two packages!! So after paying $10k we somehow can't pay for a $10 package, unreal. Never again
