Fantastic experience: This is by far the best place I ever stayed. The location is great, 5 min walk from the supermarket. 10 min drive to the best restaurants. The condo is clean, the pool is heated. The decor has a Tulum vibe. The water pressure was amazing. The view from the 5th floor pool built into the balcony is stunning. The beds were very comfy. We felt very safe due to 24 hour security. The only complaint I have is, the place is so nice, you’ll hate going back to yours.

Fantastic experience: Mike and his team spent so much time and effort in assisting us find a solution in NY that's right for us with all our specific conditions, despite the fact that our check-in was less than a week away. Other companies that I had reached out to made it feel like our booking and budget were unimportant, with slow and vague responses and little assistance. We are extremely grateful for Furnished Habitat's professionalism and kindness throughout it all and all the beautiful proposals that they sent. For last-minute changes from our end we couldn't end up booking with Furnished Habitat, but we will definitely book with them next time. Thank you Mike and Jason!

The house in Miami was just like the photos, 4 clean and comfortable bedrooms, nice pool, and dining table for 8.. I really appreciated the assistance from their office with local recommendations. Negative experience: I do not recommend this organization 100%. They are scammers, no customer service. We were 5 students and spent 5 months in one of their apartments in Midtown. Everything was a complication, our arrival was delayed two days, the apartment was in a terrible condition, dirty, things missing or broken. Mike / Micheal would not communicate with us or only by email, did not take us seriously because we were young. We had two visits from 311 (house departemental police) who confirmed that the apartment was not up to standard and that the management of our rental was clearly not up to the price we paid. From A to Z our stay in New York was altered by this apartment and the problems that accumulated. To this day we don't really know who we signed a contract with. I hope you will read this review before committing to them.

Negative experience: If I could, I would rate this business 0 stars. Their listing was removed from Air Bnb due to them not following Air Bnb guidelines. They called me directly stating "Air Bnb was full of it" when in reality it was this company. They SCAMMED me out of my money and will not answer my phone calls or reply to my text. 1400 is what I'm out of while MIKE & FAZIO/FASIO are ignoring me, a paying customer. They are the worst and I do not recommend! I did not cancel my trip, I had plans of still coming, Southwest cancelled on me due to severe weather and had no other flights available. Now, the right thing that AIR BNB would've done is refund due to something uncontrollable but instead when you book through someone directly, they SCAM you out of your money. This is why your listing isn't on AIR BNB any longer, SCAMMER.

Fantastic experience: I think this business is truly great. It is very hard to find places that they are not only clean, but places that help to make the NY experience unforgettable. These places are kept nicely and very clean. Locations are a huge plus as well. Highly highly recommend this to anyone around the world.

Fantastic experience: Location, location... only two blocks from Times Square! Many restaurants, theaters, & clubs all within close proximity. Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and tons of shopping are just a short walk away. There are also many subway stations nearby. Furnished Habitat's place is awesome, very spacious for a NYC apartment. The place is well laid out and clean. We stayed with our two adult daughters. Privacy was great, the bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable. The master has a king size bed, large walk in closet and an on suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom is a few short steps away in the hall. Both bedrooms have TV’s as well as the main living area. The kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in the apt. too! If you need groceries, there is a small grocery store around the corner. The check in was quick and easy. Their Associate help us carry our luggage up to the second floor. The owner, People from Furnished Habitat was very attentive. They were quick to answer questions and offer suggestions during the months before we arrived. Their messaged us after the first night to see if we needed anything and thanked us for staying after we checked out. We would definitely reserved with Furnished Habitat again! Claudia Ibanez

Fantastic experience: Great expereince both times I used them. Once in Kentucky when traveling for work and then again in NYC. Very professional team and both homes were clean and matched the pictures accurately. I will use them again next time I am traveling. Much better option for extended stays then hotels - felt like an actual home.

Furnished habitat offered us a place close to the center of the city. The unit was clean, well decorated, and beds were comfortable. I would definitely rent with furnished habitat again.

Comfortable and well equipped studio with lots of light. I requested something with good closet space and the company found me what I asked for.

Negative experience: I rented an apartment through Flipkey that Michael Eisenberg manages. During the time that I had possession of the keys, but had not yet moved, the apartment was rented to someone else. When I arrived and found someone else had been staying there, I immediately called, returned the keys and asked for a refund. I was told by his employee that I could have a partial refund and then the next day was told that Michael had refused, accusing me of "being incorrect". Do not trust this business or this man.

Fantastic experience: Rented a two bedroom on the upper east. Apartment was clean and delivered just as the photos Showed. I came from California, so needed a place without physically seeing it. Mike sent me a video of the unit so that I knew exactly what to expect. I was there for 2 months and then Mike helped me find a permanent year lease..

Fantastic experience: 5 Star experience.. Needed an inexpensive apartment and Furnished Habitat showed me a few good options in Manhattan and Brooklyn. I went with a unit on the Upper east. The apartment was delivered in clean condition. The bed was comfortable. Wifi and TV ready. I plan on using them again when I come back to NYC.

Fantastic experience: I rented an upper east side studio apartment through John. Found the process to be quick and easy. The apartment itself was delivered clean, comfortable bed, and the office was avail with any questions i had.

Negative experience: Unscrupulous and sleazy. Stay away if possible. I was forced to go through this company because the place I had paid for months before became suddenly "unavailable" on the day of my arrival from outside the USA. With nowhere to stay and my payment directly transferred to Furnished Habitat, I had no alternative but to deal with them. Took several hours to find another place and ended up paying a lot more than I intended. That was just the beginning. I was persuaded to sign for an extra month lease because I was told that they could rent it to a third party should I wish to terminate early. I gave 5 weeks notice but the place was not rented out, and I had to pay a full month extra rent. After I moved out, I was double charged for cleaning and items with no invoice.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience. I was stuck without an apartment for a month before my new permanent apartment lease started. Mike showed me three places and I signed up for one and moved in the same day. He was a life saver. Was quick and easy process. Have already recommended furnished habitat to a friend.

The process was smooth and easy and the apartment was great . They had everything they needed . Best part were the costs. I searched around and they were by far the most reasonable . Fantastic experience: I rented a two month furnished rental located in Midtown East. The apartment was a "ready to move in" furnished apartment with furniture, cookware, linens towels. It was cozy, pleasant and comfortable. It was an easy process to get approved. No hassle. Would recommend to people who are looking to relocate to Manhattan or just visiting.

Fantastic experience: Had a positive experience. Rented a two bedroom apartment in midtown west. Thought I got very good value for what I paid. Was def the most affordable apartment I was able to find during my search. The company delivered the apartment as promised and took my phone calls whenever I had a question. My security deposit was refunded and I've referred them to 1 friend already.
