Fantastic experience: The trip Anna planned for us was amazing! Every detail was carefully thought out. All of our rides and tours were on schedule and there were no issues. The guides were knowledgeable and kept our entire family engaged. Our kids loved the tours, especially the Colosseum and Vatican. The cooking class, golf cart tour of Rome and private boat tour around Capri were also favorites. We stayed at three hotels, all of which were well located, comfortable and had great service and amenities. We are grateful to Anna for planning such an amazing trip that our family loved and will remember forever!

Fantastic experience: Anna was able to pull off a magical trip for us to North Italy at the last minute. Her recommendations, suggestions were all on point as she really tries to get to know you before planning an itinerary. The whole two week trip was seamless from one stop to the next with experienced guides, drivers and the right amount of things to do everyday. It left us with enough time to relax and soak in each city, location and town. Lake Como and Bellagio were amazing, taking a boat to a local restaurant that she had arranged was a highlight and learning history about each stop was awesome. Anna planned our Scotland trip before with similar results and she is our exclusive agent for all our vacations.

Fantastic experience: I just returned from Anna’s women only small group Venice trip. This trip exceeded my expectations. I travel a lot and I am not usually a group travel person, but this being a small group travel, it was intimate and we were able to experience things you cannot experience in a large group. Fantastic experience: I just had the pleasure of spending a week in the beautiful and charming Andalucia region of Spain with a group of wonderful women all orchestrated by Anna at Olegana Travel Boutique. Anna was wonderful to work with and I especially appreciate that she goes to every location herself to assure she selects the most amazing guides, experiences and accommodations. She was in full communication with us throughout the entire process to assure we were having an amazing time and had everything we needed. The Andalucia Spain trip was so well planned and had such a diverse range of immersive experiences that were well balanced throughout the week- history, UNESCO World Heritage sites (Alhambra, the historic center of Cordoba, the Catedral de Sevilla, and Alcazar), wine tasting at a restored convent, lunch and boating on the Mediterranean Sea, a cooking class, sangria making, olive oil tour & tasting and much more. Our local guide, Marta, was wonderful - so enthusiastic and knowledgeable - she made sure we were all happy and having the best time. All of the locals that were part of our journey were great and it was apparant they had such pride and joy in sharing their culture and traditions with us. The small group allowed us to have a more intimate experience and some flexibility that you would never get in a larger group tour - it felt like traveling with a group of close friends. Fantastic experience: Thank you so much for planning such a wonderful trip for us! The apartment worked out great and the location was perfect! Our days out with Dawn and Kim were the perfect speed for us and interesting for everyone! I thought the kids did so well and they really enjoyed it. Even little extras like going to Paddington Station and taking pictures with the statue were great! Fantastic experience: Anna is incredible. Well over a year ago, I started to plan a multi-generational trip to Italy--grandparents, parents, and my children. After a couple of months, I realized that I needed someone to help with tours and trains and, well, basically everything. I did some research and found Anna online, and after speaking with her for a few minutes knew she was an expert and would be a perfect fit. And she was! In the end, Anna planned our Venice, Florence, Rome, Sorrento trip and it was absolutely flawless. Each tour was better than the next, and everything she suggested for our large family was spot on. She checked in constantly to make sure everything was alright, and when my son's flight was canceled to Naples (he was traveling separately), she swiftly booked a car service from the new airport to get him to us quickly. What would have taken us hours to resolve on our trip, took her no time to fix, and she did it with kindness and enthusiasm. Most important, my parents have not stopped talking about the tours and how organized everything was, and she truly gave us the trip of a lifetime. As an aside, we had even booked a VRBO in Florence, and she noticed that the Tour de France was coming through the city the morning of our departure and that we would need to leave earlier to make our train--that's not something she was even hired to do, because we had booked the VRBO on our own! That shows you the level of attention she pays to the trips and how much she cares about the comfort of those who hire her to plan. As far as I'm concerned, if Anna can handle planning for our multi-city, multi-generational trip, she can handle anything! There's no doubt we will use her for trips for years to come. Fantastic experience: I traveled with Anna's women's group on the Outlander Tour of Scotland. From beginning to end I was thrilled. The itinerary was so well planned I can't think of what could have been missed. The hotel choices were excellent. Our tour guides were well informed and entertaining at the same time. Fantastic experience: A friend and I just returned from our first trip to Italy a few days ago. We were part of a small group (10 women) trip planned by Anna Fishman. I am not usually a fan of group tours because they are more structured than I like. But I decided to try Anna’a trip because it looked like it had some options to see and do things I might not have an opportunity to do on my own. 100% this trip exceeded my expectations. Anna also assisted with the planning of tours, hotels and transfers for our first week on our own in Rome and Florence. Everything was extremely organized and well done. I would 100% recommend Anna Fishman and Olegana Travel whether you choose one of her group trips or if you are traveling on your own and want help planning the arrangements.

Negative experience: Was told transfer services arranged for me were favors. I paid the exorbitant fees for them that Anna charged and was told they were favors after I encountered problems with what she arranged. I’m glad for the other reviewers that they had the times of their lives. My opinion of this agent significantly took a downturn when she behaved as if I had no right to expect her to be professional and remember that the services arranged are door to door. I did not ask for favors as I had already paid for a service that Anna said was available through her agency. It is too bad that she did not agree that the money I paid was for an actual service and not a favor.

Fantastic experience: Anna planned the trip of a lifetime for my husband and I to celebrate our belated honeymoon in Italy and Greece. She balanced the trip perfectly with activities and relax days, booked amazing hotels and private boat tours. She really took our preferences and input to heart and created an itinerary that was so organized, well thought out and fun!!! A well- planned itinerary, an excellent guide, and lodging and restaurant recommendations were excellent. We all got to know one another, but also had free time to explore our own interests as well. Fantastic experience: I was planning a trip to Florence for my kids and myself. I had already booked part of the trip but was stuck on the excursions I wanted to do while we were there. I contacted Anna and she did an amazing job coordinating and scheduling both the cooking class and our day trip through Tuscany wine tours. Fantastic experience: Anna helped plan a trip of a lifetime for me and my two teenage children. My kids are very different. One is a beach lover and one is into sightseeing. We were going back and forth about going because of covid and then waiting for a passport to come in. So with very little time, Anna put together an amazing trip of a lifetime for our family. To make matters more difficult for her, we also added Celiac and gluten-free concerns and wanted food tours. And I was patient with us. Booking a last-minute trip to Italy again during covid with extremely stressful and nerve-racking and she was almost like a therapist for us. Thank God we did this as Italy was empty of other foreign tourists and we had such an amazing time. The hotel's she booked were unique and beautiful and our view was always incredible. And our tours and tour guides were absolutely the best. We felt like rock stars and celebrities with all of the amazing treatment. And then she said had I given her more time it could have even been better oh, I don't believe that would have been possible. She did an amazing job and we were so appreciative. Fantastic experience: During the stressful wedding planning process, the last thing we had time to do was focus on planning the honeymoon! Fantastic experience: We had a very challenging project for Anna, who we "met" for the first time virtually through Yelp recommendations... send us to Hawaii... while we're in the middle of our busiest work cycle AND moving out of state. After much back and forth (cause I can't make up my mind) Anna was very understanding and cared more about getting the job done correctly above anything else. She treated my wife and I like family not a number. Fast forward to the trip...everything was perfect. When we need a transport it was there, tours where great and when we had an unexpected issue Anna was also there to assist even with the time zone difference. Fantastic experience: I used Olegana Travel when I was visiting Rome with my family. Anna was so helpful not only in getting us a great tour of the Vatican that allowed us to SKIP THE LINE and I repeat SKIP THE LINE! which was utterly necessary considering the line is huge, but also a tour guide who spoke Portuguese which was also necessary as we had people in my group who only spoke Portuguese. Looking online I couldn't find as great of an option in terms of price, tour guide, language options and skipping the line. For all of your travel needs, I highly recommend Olegana Travel!
