Fantastic experience: We just returned from a 3-day, 4-night stay at the Walt Disney World Resort. Elyse Goslin was incredibly helpful and communicative during each stage of the planning process. She sent timely emails when deadlines approached for making dining reservations or booking transportation, assisted with making decisions regarding lightning lanes, and provided a detailed itinerary that was personalized to our experience (we were traveling with a toddler, and she included lists of all the best rides for a 2-year old at each park!). She made what could have been an overwhelming process both easy and fun. I highly recommend using Elyse to help plan your next Disney vacation!

Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to Heather Faight for reaching out and helping out a flustered parent and her Disney reservations. Though I had purchased my vacation package through Disney, my tickets were not showing in my MDE account. Heather saw my post on a FB group and offered to help though she wasn’t my TA. While we weren’t able to immediately fix the problem, we reviewed MDE and she called her TA to give me some reassurance that the tickets would show up in my account before our trip. This is the kind of help, compassion and tenacity you want in a TA! I appreciate Heather and no doubt in my mind that anyone would be in good care with her service! She cares!! Fantastic experience: Hola, viajamos con Floppy a Orlando en junio y la verdad que fue un antes y un después. Ya habíamos ido varias veces a Disney y no aprovechábamos bien el dia. Floppy nos ayudo a utilizar la app y el genie. Nos enviaba todos los días la info acerca del parque, los juegos, desfiles y shows. El asesoramiento previo al viaje también fue excelente en la elección de hoteles. La verdad que Floppy es un 10! Sin dudas, de volver a Orlando, la volveríamos a contratar, ya que pudimos aprovechar mejor los días. Todo lo contratado fue excelente y sin contratiempos. Super recomendable! Muchas gracias!

Fantastic experience: Hola a todos! Esta es mi tercera vez que viajo a Disney con la asistencia de Floppy! Es excelente. Antes viajaba comprando directo de la pagina de Disney, reservas, y demás, y obvio era un lio. Ahora con sólo pedirle lo que quiero a Floppy, por arte de magia (como todo en Disney) ella lo hace realidad. En 1 minuto te comenta de la mejor disponibilidad de hoteles de acuerdo a tu presupuesto y preferencias! Viajé con Floppy con mis mellis cuando cumplieron 1 año, a los 3 años, y ahora a los 5. Siempre una recomendación particular teniendo en cuenta la edad de ellas. En cada viaje me recomendó el orden para ir a los parques teniendo en cuenta la demora de las atracciones en cada día, e incluso me armaba la recorrida dentro de cada parque para poder aprovechar el tiempo. Y para más, estando en Disney siempre se comunicaba antes y durante para asegurarse de que todo esté conforme lo planificado! Y si algo no sale como lo previsto, siempre nos da una respuesta alternativa para mejorar la situación. Floppy definitivamente es parte de la magia de Disney! no se la pierdan!

Fantastic experience: Booked a 5 day trip to Jamaica with Rosemary and it was such a smooth process. Rosemary was patient, understanding and informative. She was responsive and extremely helpful. Fantastic experience: Nosotros viajamos con Floppy, y fue la mejor decisión que pudimos haber tomado, fue una excelente experiencia, nos ayudó muchísimo tanto con los preparativos previo al viaje como asistiéndonos a full estando allá. Incluso compramos el memory maker algo que si no me explicaban y me mostraban bien de qué se trataba ese servicio, nunca lo hubiese contratado y estando allá me hubiese arrepentido porque realmente es un muy lindo recuerdo. Fantastic experience: Cuando comenzamos a planear nuestro viaje, había muchas dudas por donde comenzar. Llegamos con Floppy y desde el primer momento entendió nuestras necesidades, lo que queríamos hacer y como hacerlo. Se encargo de escucharnos uno por uno y con toda la información nos armó el mejor viaje a Disney/Universal que uno puede imaginarse. Todos sus consejos, recomendaciones funcionaron a la perfección y si algo fallaba, ella estaba ahí para asesorarnos como continuar con la mejor experiencia. No dudamos en volver a organizar un viaje con ella. La recomendamos con los ojos cerrados. Eso si, armarse de paciencia para sus interminables audios, video llamadas de varias hs, pero vale la pena cada minuto, porque no deja nada al azar. She helped my family and I make it to Disney after many barriers of Covid and flight cancellations and hurricanes get to have the Disney vacation of our dreams. Fantastic experience: Heather was so helpful with our trip to Disney. We had so many questions about the parks with genie+, lightning lanes and virtual queues. She was very knowledgeable about all of the systems and effortlessly guided us. She gave us so many great tips to make our trip even more magical. When our flights were delayed resulting in changing our plans for our first day, Heather was available for us and quickly changed our park AND DINING reservations before we even checked into the hotel. Fantastic experience: We worked with Heather Faight. She was amazing! She helped us coordinate 2 different reservations (our family and my mom and step dad) and it was so easy with her. She booked our virtual queue for us as well (I completely forgot so that was a huge help!!) Our kids had an amazing trip!! They are already asking to go back lol. Not having to worry about the little details helped me be able to relax and enjoy the trip more. She also helped us stalk out a Tusker House reservation for 8 super short notice! Super sweet, easy to get ahold of, always patient with questions, and even was available while we were at Disney for any questions that came up!!

Fantastic experience: I have been using Castles and Dreams, Mary Ryan, for several years and we have booked several trips with them. Most of these trips were out of the country. Mary and her team are OUTSTANDING and I will not go anywhere else. I trust their judgement and advise because they look out for our best interest only and try hard to accommodate our needs. This last year was crazy with cancellations and re-bookings due to Covid. Mary was on top of everything and made sure we did not miss a deadline.

Fantastic experience: My daughters and I decided to go on a Disney Cruise. Castles and Dreams helped with the process. Shelly, our agent informed me of the choices in ships and ports of call. I discussed these choices with my daughters and we picked a Fantasy cruise. This was an amazing vacation! We had the best time and will do another cruise in the future. This year we have decided to do Disney World in December. Again going with Castles and Dreams as we know from our previous experience it will be another exceptional vacation! Fantastic experience: Taking four children anywhere on a budget can be a struggle. I am super appreciative of Shelly, our travel agent. It takes away the planning headache for me. She is super easy to work with, and provides multiple options for me to choose from. She even goes the extra mile to check on us and is easy to get in touch with if issues do arise. I find it reassuring that she has been to these vacation spots multiple times. I am a great follower and a terrible planner. I never went to Disney as a child, thanks to Shelly, my children were able to experience the magic! I am planning on Universal and then onto Sea World next! I am using Shelly for both of these! Fantastic experience: I’ve used Jared and Heather for many trips and I honestly have to say I will only use them. They worked with me on specific things I was looking for in my trips. One example is one of many trips to Disney.... they helped me book my fast passes to rides that I described I would go on like slow ones. They know that place like the back of their hands! They helped me choose which ones would suit us . They booked everything for us, I honestly didn’t have to do a thing except for enjoy my trip. They found me the best prices for what I was looking for! I can’t say enough great things about this dynamic duo! Only company I will use to book any of my trips! I’ve used them for at least 7 years or so! Very professional and met my needs to a tee! I’ve recommended them to all of my friends and family!

Fantastic experience: Mary Ryan is incredible. In February, we wanted to get to Disney for my birthday. And she set us up!!! She got us the best choices of rooms... we ended up deciding Carribean Beach Resort.... loved it. But I was so happy that she got us all the choices. And then she helped us with reservations. We are a family of five (3 little kids) and the responsibility of planning it all was a burden for this perfectionist momma. I honestly didn't even know where to start. Fantastic experience: I was able to call Mary Ryan and ask for information regarding a trip for myself, daughter and granddaughter to Disney Florida a few years ago. I cannot tell you how easy it was because Mary Ryan put together a great package with everything we could possibly need or want. She continued to find cost cutting ways to help us. Unfortunately, because of illness, I had to ask her to cancel this trip which she did. Here's the best part about Mary. She did all this canceling while she herself was away on vacation. She never complained or thought about herself. She just cared about her clients. I have recommended her to everyone who asks about travel. Thank you again Mary.

Fantastic experience: Mary Ryan has booked quite a few trips for me. From Jamaica to Mexico to Disney she can do it all. Our daughter got sick in the middle of the night. At four AM she was up with us on the phone helping to cancel our trip. When we rebooked with her later that afternoon all was well. She even called the hotel to check that we arrived and everything was okay with our reservations. I would highly recommend Mary for your travel needs!

Fantastic experience: Heather has taken all the stress out of Disney planning. Her knowledge of the parks and how to best manage our time there made our trip extra magical. We didn't have to worry about a thing and any questions we had Heather was able to talk us through. I've also booked smaller trips with this agency and it just makes the travel process so much easier. Already looking forward to a Mexico trip later this year!
