Positive experience: The experience with Ujala Vacations was great. I was brought in contact with Mr.Vijay by my agent in India. Mr.Vijay was very cooperative in everything. Eventhough there were a few mess ups during the vacation, but that was primarily due to the miscommunication by my agent in India. The transfers were top notch. It is important to the crystal clear as to what you need from Mr.Vijay so that he can provide you with that and confusions can be avoided.

Fantastic experience: I was recently in San Francisco on a work trip, travelling as part of a group. Mr Sanjeev Gupta from Ujala Vacations accompanied us and took us around. He coordinated things beautifully, and made sure we didn’t face any issues during the trip. He helped arrange transport, restaurant reservations, some tours and sightseeing, among other things, and was quite helpful throughout. Quite accommodating of the group’s needs, he was flexible, and also quite knowledgeable as well. Not just that, his energy and cheery demeanour kept everyone in high spirits. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Visited US recently and my tour covering East Coast, West Coast, Orlando and Bahamas cruise from Miami was well organised and taken care of by Ujala Vacations. MD Mr Sanjeev Gupta, joined by his Engineer son Bharat Gupta took good care of the entire trip and made everybody in our group feel at home in this foreign nation even though most of the members were visiting United States for the first time. The accomodation provided was in decent hotels and the Lunch and Dinner arranged in Indian retaurants was good. What i admire most is the personal touch and the ownership exuded by Sanjeev ji and Bharat from start of the tour till its end. Just to cite an example, In the night preceding the last day when everybody was to catch a flight home, one of the tour members realised that his passport was missing and all efforts, thereafter, in finding the missing passport went in vain. The member was virtually in tears and was not able to come to terms with the situation as there was hardly any time left to catch the flight to India. However, Bharat came to the rescue , explored all his personal contacts, accompanied this traveller to Indian Consulate in NewYork and managed to have the duplicate passport issued instantly so that the member could fly home the same day. My next visit to US will most probably be a customised trip rather than a group tour which I have already done happily this time but I will surely connect with Mr Gupta at Ujala Vacations for their expert help in planning the same

Positive experience: We, myself and my wife took a 10 nights tour with them and I must say that Bharat who was there to receive us at Los Angeles airport was extremely polite and took great care of us, infact whole group. Fantastic experience: USA packages are mostly the costly ones, and when the client is not just a client BUT a family friend one will have to search for the Right partners to handle the itinerary. My partners for the recent trip were Team UV, the fantastic people who have an eye on details, very friendly yet firm, having an approach from the client perspective...from assisting in finalising the itinerary to suggest hotels or sight seeing ... which one to include and which can be given a miss ... they are ever ready and have explanations to make sure clients find our decision good for them. This Booking first confirmed ... cancelled and then rebooked just 6 working days prior to departure ... as expected, Even though first arrival being the last minute ... Perfect and on time ... All docs printed and sent to their hotel ... call from UV team to ensure clients know that they have someone to Bank on for anything from suggestions for food to ask for any question they need to. They even kept a track on flight arrivals and departure for delays etc .... Their drivers (whether own staff or on contract) were good and the guides seem to be handpicked to suit needs on Indian clients ! As an agent I have an experience of not getting 10 on 10 in even south east or other destinations BUT for this trip .. the feedback was .. 10 on 10 to Team UV and 11 on 10 for me (1 bonus for selecting Team UV to manage the trip ) Having friends in trade matters, Team UV went one step ahead and made me part of family ! Despite the fact that we had a detailed itinerary already emailed to us - he used to WhatsApp us the night before every departure.
