Negative experience: I signed up to receive assistance on booking a vacation. The representative helping me was very punctual and easy to get a hold of. After a few weeks the representative was a no show and never responded to my calls or text messages. I gave the representative time to respond but never heard back. Unfortunate as I had high expectations from reading previous reviews.

Fantastic experience: Excellent trip to Italy! Our trip was seamless from Florence, to Rome & Sorrento. Hotels got progressively better ending with a palace of a hotel in Sorrento. It was a little cold & rainy in January but Rolando warned us but it was still amazing! Food, sights, transportation & guest services was top notch! Rolando did an excellent job planning & giving us plenty of options.

Negative experience: not helpful, takes a long time to respond. I had to make book all the activities and restaurants after waiting 2 months for him to. Been waiting 6 months for more info on my vacation, still haven't heard anything. Makes me think all these reviews are his family/friends

HOWEVER, Rolando Galvez has been nothing but helpful and I could not find a better price. We were very indecisive about where we wanted to go, because of Covid. He continuously quoted us multiple places at our request and we actually ended up deciding on a place based on his recommendation. Last year my husband and I took a cruise from Galveston and Rolando made the process very easy, he was always available to answer my questions. This year we booked another cruise with the kids which required different accommodations to fit our needs. This year's reservation was more complicated and Rolando did an excellent job handling my many requests. He was available after business hours, he found a great airfare deal for us. On both occasions he has been VERY patient and I know I can be quiet difficult when it comes to making travel reservations.
