Fantastic experience: A group of us used Cruises International for a Greek Isles cruise last year. Catherine Simpson was our agent and she booked and handled all the details of our vacation. We flew into Rome and stayed for a 3 day land excursion and then onto the ship for the cruise. Everything went perfectly. She is in the process of booking an Alaskan cruise next year for a group and I am sure it will be as memorable as the last one.

Negative experience: I would have liked to have worked with someone from here. I sent 2 emails before anyone responded. Sheryl responded and set up a phone call for this past Monday (11/20) at 11am. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for the call. Disappointed

I have booked with Cruise International a number of times .. they always take care of my requests & it is great to have great customer care & someone specific to call if there are any complications. Negative experience: Very disappointed in the service or should I say non-servise I received. Both Cate and Bonnie didn't call back when they said they would. It took many phone calls to finally get answers to my questions. I will not use this business again!

Fantastic experience: Update on October 23, 2022. We live in Boston and continue to arrange all our cruises with CI. That tells you in a nutshell how very pleased we are with their service. Under unforeseen circumstances, our regular CI agent could no longer handle our account. Bonnie Green stepped in seamlessly, added us to what I’m certain was already a full client list, and helped us through a future cruise credit situation. She answered all our questions via both email and phone calls (remember, we live in Boston), and even steered us toward an excellent cabin in a need-to-be-quick situation. Her voice and emails exhibit what I’m certain is a smile in person. We couldn’t be happier with Cruises International’s excellent, patient, and friendly service! An additional call-out to Sheri McGowan who handles all the accounting, and payment scheduling. I can’t imagine the patience and expertise needed in calculating so many future cruise credits and payment schedule changes during the pandemic. She is fantastic! PREViOUS REViEW: Can’t speak highly enough about Cruises International!!! In these pandemic times, with cruises cancelled and having to work with rebooking, refunds and/or future cruise credits, Linda Halpern has been on top of it all and superb to work with. We were first introduced to Cruises International in 2012 when visiting relatives in the Chicago area. We live in Boston.Here we are nine years and many cruises later, still living in Boston, and still relying on Cruises International for all our ocean and river cruise vacations. Why look for a travel agent closer to home when you’re already working with the best?!

Fantastic experience: Travel Agent, Kathy B., is always willing to share important information with her client and response as soon as possible. When she is out of town, she has someone else get back to the client.

Fantastic experience: I have booked several trips with this company and I'll book several more I'm sure! They will do a much or as little as you'd like them too ( such as a Disney experience). They get every little detail taken care of, add helpful hints or give you an added bit of experience advice or just answer any and all questions you may have. I have not one complaint and I'd highly recommend them whether booking an international cruise or a trip to Universal or Disney!

Fantastic experience: When a last minute trip to Texas was required due to family illness,, we reached out to Mary Clegg to help us with our flight and rental car plans since we needed to leave in just 2 days. And this was during the quarantine. Mary did an outstanding job finding airfare and a rental care for a better price than anything we saw. What a relief that was, taking that off of our plate and putting our travel plans in her capable hands. I can't say enough about her level of customer service! She even followed up with us after the trip to make sure it went smoothly and to see how our relative's health was doing. Very sweet and caring for sure and we all need more of that during these uncertain times. I highly recommend Mary Clegg for any of your travel needs!

Fantastic experience: I love dealing with my Travel Advisor , Kerry Langland, of Cruises International. She has a lot of Patience and Knowledge on any subject you ask her about Cruising. Although I haven’t met her yet in person, I could see that she is very Professional while handling her customers. Every time I ask her a question, she gets back to me with an answer whenever she has time. We always choose Royal Caribbean Lines every time our family go on a cruise. I love their big Ships. There’s so much thing to do on Board. This should have been only our 4th time cruising with the RCL but we’re looking forward for more RCL Cruises in the future and definitely with Kerry Langland as our Travel Advisor.

She finds us the best deals, gives good advise and checks from time to time to see if we can get a lower price. I don't know what I would have done without her during this pandemic! She took care of everything! The small fee that she charges is so worth it!!

Fantastic experience: We have been have been using Cruises International since 1995 for our cruise vacations and have booked 32 cruises through them. They have taken excellent care of my wife and I and some of our friends and relatives. We have been using Kim Perry as consultant for many years now and she has been excellent. I know she has our best interests in mind and we always get a great value for our cruise vacations and know everything is taken care of for a no problem vacation. Rite now with Covid-19 we have had to go through the process of changing cruises that had been cancelled and Kim has taken us through the process and made everything so easy like she always does. We have 5 cruises booked rite now and we know Cruises International and Kim have everything taken care of. If you are looking for great land or sea vacations contact them, you will be happy you did.

Fantastic experience: We have been using them for 19 years and couldn't ask for friendlier, professional folks. No matter who you get on the phone, they are willing to help. Today my TA pulled off a miracle on a cruise that was cancelled because of the COVID19. So many others said it couldn't be done, moving it to 2021. But not only did Ms. Kathy B do it, she did it and it didn't cost us any more money! I do a lot of self arranging, flights, hotels & excursions, but I am so glad Cruises International was handling my cruise. I'm sure I would not been able to pull this off, but because she knew the rules in the small print,she was able to make it happen. Yes I'm sad we won't cruise to Hawaii in September, but now I have May 2021 to look forward to thanks to Kathy B. Now, back to my happy dance! :)

This time around it's been invaluable to work with Josie through the COVID-19 cancellations. She's been super responsive, even though she's busy with all the cancellations, and she's continued working hard to exceed our expectations and handle everything so we don't have to. Fantastic experience: We have used them for one huge Mediterranean cruise and for help organizing a trip to London. Both times they were very helpful with suggestions and recommendations for sights, vendors and even had a handout from an agent who just went to London with handy tips. They were able to find flights we couldn't find and for better times than we could get on our own. For the cruise, they gave us some perks we couldn't get on own own so the small booking fee was more they offset. We will not hesitate to go back for the next big trip.
