Fantastic experience: We rented a 2BR condo in Orlando from Resort Share and I couldn't have been more impressed with the experience! The place was immaculate, big enough for 2 adults and 3 children. This place had several towers, at least 6. Each had a huge pool with fantastic water slides, 2 hot tubs, great places to eat, free parking. The staff was super helpful and friendly, best vacation to Disney yet! I usually rent from an owner via airbnb or VBRO, but next time we are booking directly with Resort Share, I am sold!

Negative experience: DO NOT TRY TO CALL THEM BECAUSE THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE.

Negative experience: Biggest scam ever for those who allow them to lease their points. They do not tell you what they rent them for and the money you get is FAR under market value. They used my points for 4 days at Wyndham Smoky Mountain. As I was growing suspicious I checked rates for that location and days and 7 travel websites. Lowest nightly rate was 139. They are supposed to split the rate with the timeshare owner after the booking fee charged at travel websites which THEY TOLD ME can be as high as 30%...Using that number and even lowering the daily rate to 120 120x4=480 x70% thats 336 divided by 2 = 168. I got a check for 90 When I called they of course would not disclose what they charged for the room

Fantastic experience: We found ResortShare through Airbnb and booked with them direct for Margaritaville ST Thomas USVI. The booking was quick over the phone, room as advertised in a great location, and overall a top notch experience.

Negative experience: This place is horrible, they over charge under deliver. They booked it totally incorrect and charged alot of high fees

Fantastic experience: My group had a great time at the hotel. We initially reserved a 3br condo, but that changed a few weeks prior to departure time. The change was quickly made, and I might say it turned out better to give everyone plenty of space. The location was perfect, the hotel amenities were way better than expected, and we loved the hotel. Thanks so much, and we look forward to booking again soon.

Cleanness is high on my list, supplies provided in kitchen & bathroom etc was great. Our entire stay at your resort was Awesome, no complaints whatsoever, everything went even better than planned! Fantastic experience: We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Kauai, HI at the Wyndham Ka Eo Kai. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with fantastic views of the golf course and the ocean and was perfectly situated to explore the north and west coast of Kauai. We had a great experience with ResortShare. Bailey was very helpful, any questions or concerns were addressed quickly . I wouldn't hesitate book with them again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with this company! They saved me a ton of money on a room at a resort where I was attending a wedding. The wedding block rate was much higher then the rate received by Resortshare! Communication was excellent and Bailey from Resortshare contacted me upon my return and offered me a future discount! I would not hesitate to book with them again!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience during our stay. I received multiple communications (both email and phone call) prior to our departure letting us know what to expect when we arrived. The location (Wyndham Canterbury Hotel) was central to everything and was nicely decorated and appointed. It was a perfect space for our family of four. We would definitely go back!!

Fantastic experience: We booked an apartment at Wyndham Beach Walk in Honolulu via ResortShare. Before booking we had a number of questions, and these were all answered promptly and in a very friendly manner. A special mention to Bailey who not only helped with all our questions leading to our booking, but also emailed after our holiday to check how things went. As for the apartment (that was part of a hotel) it was exactly as we were promised. It was ample to sleep 6 people (including a comfortable sofa bed), very spacious with large rooms all over, all room amenities that you would expect for an apartment and nicely decorated. The location of the Hotel/apartment was ideal - close to the beaches and lots of restaurants etc. We didn’t really use the staff at the hotel as we like to do our own thing, but observing others they seemed great too. All in all I would highly recommended this property and the service supplied from ResortShare.

Fantastic experience: We booked our accommodation through Resort Share and had a great experience. We worked with Bailey and she was outstanding. She was able to make special requests at our timeshare after our initial booking. She reached out to us before and after our trip to check on us. Never have I had such personal service booking accommodation. I would use them again to book our accommodation.

Fantastic experience: We used resort share for our trip to Disney. The unit we stayed in was very nice. It was a big unit, very spacious and super clean. The resort had great amenities and close to everything . The customer service from resort share was excellent and we had no issues. They even called before our trip to make sure we were all set and see if we needed anything! I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Austin Texas was very comfortable and a great location to all the 6th street Resturant’s and bars. The balcony view of the city was wonderful as well.

Our view was incredible overlooking the river; this was a fantastic location and enjoyed all the amenities of an excellent property. The room was very well appointed, comfortable, clean and almost new. We will definitely use this service again - the staff at the property was very attentive, offered all sorts of support, concierge services and the value for the proposition far exceeded our expectations. Fantastic experience: I booked a condo through ResortShare at the Wyndham Grand Desert in Las Vegas. The pricing was straightforward and transparent. The representatives were very easy to work with, and I appreciated the phone call before my stay to make sure I was all set. The room was exactly as described and checking in/out was painless, even at a timeshare property. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.

Fantastic experience: This resort was just what I needed! There was a great mix of activities and relaxation. The staff was accessible and very accommodating. I had a question during check in about charges and was able to speak with the resort share representative immediately. That was great and reassuring because usually, you have to leave a message and wait for a return phone call. Not having to allowed me to not stress and enjoy my vacation. I would, without doubt, recommend booking through/with ResortShare!

Positive experience: My husband and I stayed at the Wyndham Ka Eo Kai in Kauai, Hawaii via ResortShare. This is a timeshare resort so the pics you see on the posting may not be exactly what you’re getting, but at the least you’ll be getting a studio room which is a basic hotel room with a queen bed, bathroom, fridge, microwave, etc. The suite we got was the studio which was connected to a larger unit and we could definitely hear everything in the other suite. We were also on the ground floor and could hear everything outside, which I wasn’t a huge fan of. Otherwise, everything was great. Check in and out was quick and easy. Staff were really friendly - and the POG juice they offer is delish. It is a timeshare resort so if you attend a timeshare presentation (1.5-2 hours) you can get discounts on activities like boat and helicopter tours BUT unlike all inclusive resorts, they don’t hound you for a presentation. We did attend one tho, and got $200 off a helicopter tour which is almost a 2 for 1 deal! They don’t do housekeeping services but they do let you use the laundry facilities as well as gas BBQ grills outside, and they give you pool towels that you can exchange for clean ones. A rental car is definitely needed for this area. All in all, a great stay - would recommend.

Fantastic experience: It was great. The unit was awesome and the resort was anazing. Also I was very worried because the weather started to get iffy because it was hurricane season. I reached out to the owner about my concerns and they were great. I was very impressed with the response time and that they really cared. I would recommend them to everyone and plan on using them again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Truly a perfect venue for a large party. If you are looking for an easy, comfortable place just off the strip, this a a really good option. The bedrooms are very comfortable and clean. The large master has an en suite bathroom with a shower and whirlpool and king bed; the second bedroom with a king and the third bedroom has two full beds. There is also a pull out, queen couch in the living area. the second bathroom is quite large and there is a hall sink in addition to the sink in the bathroom. The kitchen is large and easy to work in. There is a shuttle bus which runs between the resort and Harrah’s on the strip. It runs throughout the day and came in very handy for us on trips into the main area. The pool and fitness center were very nice, clean and well maintained. We were there in September of 2018 with a large group for a bachelorette party and the condo worked perfectly for us. I would totally recommend this condo for a large group.

Positive experience: Well presented and equiped accomodation centrally located for shops, restaurants and transport. Staff very friendly and helpful, booking was easy with all questions and requests dealt with promptly. Good value given the median cost of accommodation in central San Francisco. We will use this accomodation again.

Fantastic experience: My family and i stayed at the Vegas one and We were beyond grateful for this place to stay. It’s a resort and it has so many activities to do. Especially since we got a 3 bedroom it was perfect for us 6! The place is clean and nice and the staff is super friendly. Our host was easy and friendly as well. Everything as far as check in/check out went smooth. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay even with a big family. Even though it’s not on the strip they have free shuttles or you can easily uber for $6 which is not bad. Would stay here again for sure!!!

Fantastic experience: This entire vacation was fantastic. We choose a luxury resort location in Williamsburg, VA from ResortShare as our location for a family reunion. With a multi-generational, international group of people, we wanted enough bathrooms, bedrooms and pull-out beds for everyone to be comfortable and yet have private spaces. The kitchen was a HUGE plus and allowed us to save money on breakfast and other meals and snacks. Check-in was easy, and the resort had such wonderful amenities. The kids and grandparents enjoyed the game room while Mom and Dad sipped a pina colada poolside in a quiet moment. It was a wonderful respite after sightseeing in the Colonial Capital and the pool was a great break from the heat. There were lots of other families there over Labor Day weekend, and we liked chatting with other resort guests. This was a terrific experience and we highly recommend ResortShare.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had a delightful stay last week at the Wyndam Flagstaff, a ResortShare property! The check in for the property was smooth, the staff was very efficient and friendly. The unit itself was well furnished, very clean and was in a lovely setting among the trees. This was a perfect get away from the heat of Phoenix for us and we love the location of the property. It is well situated near mountain biking trails, hiking trails and grocery store. Wonderful restaurants are nearby. We will definitely be back!!

Fantastic experience: We just returned from our vacation stay at Wyndham Bonnet Creek in Orlando and had a fantastic time! The resort is wonderful with more amenities than I can list. We booked our stay through ResortShare and I was thoroughly impressed with them on every level. They were responsive to every email I sent, very informative about the booking and check-in process, and they even upgraded us to a 3-Bedroom Presidential Suite! I would highly recommend ResortShare and look forward to booking through them again for future travel.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful time staying at Bonnet Creek Resort for our visit to Disney. Great accommodations with a kitchenette, plenty of space and very clean. Our daughter loved the pool, and lazy river. We were only a 10 minute drive from each Disney theme park, and this was a VERY affordable alternative to staying on the resort proper.

Positive experience: This place is perfect for a week long business trip. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, come with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The only complaint I have here is that you can generally flip a coin on whether the coffee shop is open in the morning (gotta have my morning coffee) or not, and that the elevators were out or under maintenance with no explanation one day, but all in all a good and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely recommend it. It is also close to the strip and across from Top Golf, which is a bonus

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved my stay at the Canterbury! I was in town for a conference and the location and amenities were perfect. Mini kitchen with a microwave and toaster was convenient. Roomy bathroom with plenty of towels. The room was spotless and the concierge very helpful with nearby restaurant suggestions. Definitely will stay again.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I stayed in Durango Colorado for 3 nights, we made our reservstions with Resort Share a few months early and it was such a smooth and simple process, even though we had to change our dates it wasn't a problem at all. They answered every question we had and were so accommodating. The hotel staff were wonderful from the staff at the front desk to the housekeepers to the maintenance people. The room was more than we could have hoped for, this was one of the best experiences we have ever had if not THE best.We will definitely book with them again

Fantastic experience: What a beautiful and convenient stay in Vegas!! This place has great views of the strip, a daily shuttle to Caesars every hour, as well as the grocery store once a day. The staff here is great! Friendly during check in, and the member services staff helped us book a car which ended up being cheaper than if I did it myself! The pool area is beautiful! 2 large pools and hot tubs. Plenty of lounge chairs and there are also lawn games. The bar/restaurant is open it seemed from 7-7? Maybe 8-7? But they had breakfast and lunch items on the menu. The staff there are very friendly and courteous!! John checked on us multiple times while we enjoyed the hot tub, delivered our food to us and kept refilling our water pitchers. He really went above and beyond! The rooms are spacious and clean! There isn't daily room service but they will bring you linens if you call for them. I'd definitely stay here again!!!

Fantastic experience: Our stay at Wyndham Resort Kona (Hawaii) was wonderful, the resort timeshare was very spacious - (we took 2bed 2 bath) with all amenities included, pool was a good add on..Staff was very friendly and courteous, the location is very convenient to all activities near by. We had some good ocean view from the balcony. Overall excellent, myself and my family thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will definitely recommend this

I worked without Bailey who was very hands on, emailing to confirm and following up several times and even a phone call week prior to. She upgraded me to a unit with a partial ocean view and a king size bed free of charge. Easy check-in and check-out. The unit was spotless and well appointed with toiletries. The linens and towels were luxury grade as well which was a pleasant surprise. The property itself was beautiful and the pool was nice. All in all a great value for around $200/night during New Years week on the north shore of Kauai. I would definitely work with this company and Bailey again. Great value with a personal touch.

Fantastic experience: We recently traveled from Fort Collins to Durango to see a specialist that we heard about that could help me get my health on track. I haven't left my home for a year except to go to doctors visits, so traveling and staying somewhere unfamiliar was daunting. There was no need to feel anxious. We were greeted like family when we arrived and given a list of the healthy restaurants, a humidifier and a request to let them know if we need anything. Excellent customer service. Our suite felt like home, it had everything one could want to be comfortable, the bed.....amazing! It was a well appointed room with attention to detail. Great linens, high grade appliances and it was a corner unit, so it was very quiet. Walking distance to anything one may want like a French Bakery!! We are looking forward to our next trip there and will use ResortShare due to their commitment to make their visitors at ease. It was hard to leave our little sanctuary, it was that good! Highly recommend if you are looking for a classy, well kept get away.

Fantastic experience: I've used ResortShare (by way of Airbnb) to stay in Wisconsin Dells resort and had nothing but excellent experience from booking to pre-trip check in to post trip follow up. Prompt communication and all around great experience.

Negative experience: I booked through Resort Share as part of a wedding party group and the company didn't complete the reservations correctly. When we arrived at the resort, the resort had no record of my reservations (even though I had already paid Resort Share in full) and we were VERY lucky that the resort had space and gave us a room anyway (trusting us that the issue would be resolved the next day) but the process took at least an hour and was very stressful. I called and left messages for my contact at Resort Share and emailed them because it was after business hours when we were trying to check in. My phone call was never returned. I finally received an email later the next day apologizing for the inconvenience and saying that the issue had been resolved. However, everyone in our wedding party group who booked through Resort Share and checked in after us continued to have the same problem. We were also charged a hotel tax fee by the resort that we weren't told about by Resort Share (additional costs). The resort itself was nice and the price for the condo was fair but after this experience, I won't be booking through Resort Share again.

Fantastic experience: I used Resort Share for a Las Vegas trip and got a great room for a great price. They were able to answer all of questions and get me within walking distance to the strip, but far enough for me to get plenty of space when i needed it. Great value and great customer service.

Negative experience: My reservation needed to be modified. The part needing modification was before the 16 days. Booking. com as well as the resort agreed. Sakina, who answered the phone, stated she was the supervisor, as well as being the highest in authority at Resort Share, (how sad) refused. to accommodate a client. I may be stuck with them for these few weeks. however, there is no way I would ever use or recommend ResortShare to anyone, ever, in this lifetime Obviously, customer loyalty is not a priority.
