Fantastic experience: Professional, trustworthy, and reliable – that’s how I’d describe Dynasty Vacation Club. They made our holiday planning completely stress-free and enjoyable.

Negative experience: Yes the negative reviews are real. I am in the process of requesting a refund. I did not seek out Dynasty they called me. Because of the conversation with the sales group, I thought this would be a good thing. Unfortunately, what they say and what is written and signed are two different things. Again you called me and persuade me with this fantastic offer. I tried to book a vacation, but it requires me to book a hotel for two. I called the booking department and spoke to the receptionist and she said she could answer some questions. So, i did ask and was told i could travel alone to the destinations i choose. I wanted to go to Thailand. To bad I did not record that conversation. So, I signed the contract thinking , i can travel alone. Your represptionist mislead me into signing the contract by telling me that i can travel alone to Thailand. Do the honorable thing because you called me looking to do buisness and I was willing to doubt your bad reviews.

Negative experience: I can't pick a negative number. I booked a trip to Costa Rica through Dynasty. I have all the approval and confirmation emails. Even got my transfer voucher about a month before my trip. I arrived in Costa Rica to be informed by the resort my trip was canceled. They blamed Dynasty. Dynasty blames Breeze. I had to pay again out of pocket to secure accommodations for the time I was already booked. Dynasty has now washed their hands, said dispute with your credit card company. Breeze is holding they canceled, so I'm out the $$. Dynasty said, we'll add another trip to your package. Why would I ever travel again through Dynasty if I have no confidence that I will arrive and have secured accommodations? I've never been so frustrated. Well, let's be clear for everyone. My contract was with dynasty vacations. Your contract was with island breeze/condovac. And you have not gotten my money back. Not have you provided the additional documentation that I have requested so I can continue to pursue a dispute with my credit card company because of Dynasty's failure. Giving me another vacation means absolutely NOTHING! I will NEVER travel with Dynasty again!

Negative experience: Big SCAM, Beware. I purchased a vacation package in April of 2023. I was 25 at the time. The salesman on the phone was saying anything and everything to get me to confirm the purchase that day. I had my doubts, but decided to give it a shot. I like to travel, and 3 vacations for $500 within 5 years seemed like a low risk option. I was wrong. When I went to book my vacation, they told me that the resort (and many others) didn't accept single travelers traveling alone. You had to be married. In addition, they said I needed to be at least 30 years old to check in to any resort. Where was this important information when you were taking my money? I was 25 at the time of purchase, why in my right mind would I purchase a vacation package that I am too young to use? When I told them this, they stopped responding. I will follow up with the Better Business Bureau so that this company can be investigated. And take my advice; If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. *Edit In Response to Reply* The fact that you would sell a product or service to someone that is too young to utilize it is extremely deceptive and dishonest. This is further proven by your lack of follow up to the texts and emails I've already sent.

Negative experience: Update: to 3/17/2025, Now they are not offering the 6 days and nights cruise I originally signed up for. not they are offering 5 days and 4 nights instead. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I bought a package with (2) all inclusive resort and (1) non inclusive with a cruise. I spoke with Jonathan who assure me this was for a party of 4 since we have 2 children’s. When I decided to book the cruise I talked to ultimate cruise who told me children are not permitted per the terms only adults. I contacted Dynasty vacation club and talked to Mathew who is supposedly the manager. He went to tell me the policy change and it’s only for adults only but he could booked me a land resort instead of the cruise. I asked for a refund and they denied it as well. Apparently these people are telling you lies just to get you to buy the packages. Bad bad experience.

Spoke to someone to book and they gave me extremely limited choices and tried to upsell me for “better” resorts. Then told me to book online using their website form. I’ve tried multiple times to book and filled out forms online and have yet to hear back. Now I try to speak to someone and nobody ever picks up. Complete waste of money and time. Don’t use dynasty

Fantastic experience: I booked my trip to Dreams Sands Cancun through Dynasty Vacation Club and had an amazing time. The booking process was smooth, and their customer service was great. The resort itself was beautiful and was right on the beach. I'm picky about food and I loved theirs- and the service was first-rate. It was a perfect getaway, and I’ll definitely be booking with Dynasty again.

Fantastic experience: We had an incredible family vacation at Sandos Cancun, and the food and drinks were absolutely fantastic!

Positive experience: What a charming set up. The lands are beautiful and sunsets are spectacular! The bar lunch area is relaxing and is where you can, if you wish, talk with other travelers. Food is good. But right outside, across from the entrance to Karma is the local Pizzeria with a much bigger selection of food. Our accommodations were one of two rooms that were above the bar and were a bit primitive, but we weren't in our room much. The one draw back is we did not have a car and the ride to the train station was 20 min uber drive each time we wanted to go on an excursion.

Negative experience: UPDATE we are now at a resort in Italy and they charged us $900 additional to upgrade to a 2 bedroom!! The resort does not even have 2 bedeoom available for anyone who is not member of their resort! Even the resort said that this company has scammed us. They said they can not just offer 2 bedrooms this is not their company this is a third party who scam people out of a ton of money to book with them and have to pay massive fees for taxes, upgrades, certain days you can and can not travel. NEVER BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE SAVE YOUR SELF A HASSLE AND UNNECESSARY MONEY! I have never experienced such a disrespectful company. Literally had someone arguing with me via email. Telling me how i should feel! I called to request a manager and make a complaint and was told I needed to write a letter. The representative who asked what was the issue, as soon as I began talking, starts to cut me off! How rude and disrespectful. And your agent told me how i should feel and what I should know via email! Did you review that ?

Negative experience: This is long… sorry , but hopefully it will help save someone from making the same expensive mistake. If I could give zero stars, I would. Dynasty is a marketing company that provides “sales leads” to multiple vacation and timeshare businesses. They are unresponsive to communication attempts made through their own website, and they are all about the money. Once they have your money, they want more. What a great deal! BEWARE! DO NOT deal with them. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE Now folks, here are the two emails I got from them once they saw my first Google review: SORRY, PICS OF EMAILS DIDN’T COME THRU THIS TIME. FEEL FREE TO ASK FOR THE COMPLETE POST IF YOU NEED TO SEE MORE. IT SHOULD BE ENOUGH TO SAY THEY THREATENED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATIONS IF I DIDN’T REMOVE MY FIRST POST. I love it! So predictable! Charged us another couple hundred bucks and called it a “presentation guarantee deposit”. We were supposed to get that back after the presentation…but they also made sure to tell us we lose that and will be charged an additional $1250.00 if we wouldn’t show up for the “presentation”… A “friendly” notification that we’re not done paying yet, and then, this… THREATS to CANCEL MY “CONFIRMED” RESERVATION IF I DON’T REMOVE MY GOOGLE REVIEW!!! Positive feedback HA! HONEST feedback! YES, I removed the review, until now. And, YES, I didn’t post this review until AFTER getting home and everything was final and settled with these people. We never got our “deposit “ back, by the way! My wife jumped through too many hoops to make sure we got SOMETHING to show for the money we spent!! I didn’t want to risk getting cancelled!!! I don’t understand how any honest person with a conscience can work at this company and sleep at night. These people are CROOKS! I have to believe all the positive reviews are fake! Probably employees. Since they threaten to cancel reservations if you post negative reviews, … well, you can figure it out! RESPONDING TO THEIR NOTABLY DEFENSIVE REPLY: One lie after another with little pieces of truth interspersed…. Well done. I’m sure someone will think you are credible simply because you responded. Why is it resurfacing now? Because I have officially given up on getting my refundable deposit back. I have resolved myself to the fact that dishonest people will not all of the sudden become honest. Prove me wrong and I’ll remove the post again! (I won’t hold my breath) By the way, for a company that likely has hundreds of customers, why is it that Google only shows 94 reviews?? Wow They lie and cheat I was told I had to pay 100 to book with Westgate when I made a big fuss about it all of a sudden now I don't have to pay it then they call back asking for my husband information just to book it in his name & not mine when they have never spoken with this man! Scam the people that runs this! Do not spend a dime with them!!
