Fantastic experience: We travelled with Maggie last summer for my grandparents 80th celebration! Maggie helped us organize a separate party and included us in some of her activities with the quinceañeras. We were a group of 45 people and everyone was extremely happy. Negative experience: During my trip I was denied pre booked make up and hair service because she overbooked herself, and I had to insist for weeks to receive a refund. Things are very badly organized and the people within this group have bad attitudes because of it. The activities planned got in the way of my family being together and the outcome of them wasn’t even worth while. Maggie’s cold demeanor and arrogant personality made my families celebration unnecessarily negative and I would not recommend this travel group to anyone.

En raras ocasiones escribimos reviews (ni positivos ni negativos) pero queremos agradecer infinitamente a Maggie y su equipo por el impecable trabajo realizado. Nuestra experiencia con Travel Angels no pudo ser mejor desde el día cero cuando los contactamos para obtener toda la información del viaje hasta la última noche en el crucero. La información previa al viaje y durante la estancia en el crucero siempre fue detallada; Maggie, Gabby y Michelle respondieron sin falta cada pregunta de los padres con precisión y prontitud. Las actividades en el crucero, incluyendo las excursiones, fueron muy divertidas y estuvieron muy bien organizadas. La gala de celebración de las quinceañeras fue hermosa y mágica, algo que nuestra familia jamás podrá olvidar. También queremos destacar el excelente trabajo de Osleivy (redlipsmakeupartistry), quien demostró ser una makeup artist muy experta e hizo lucir a nuestra quinceañera como una verdadera princesa. Por último, pero no menos importante, quedamos extremadamente complacidos con el fotógrafo Baron DaParre (305quince). Baron, con mas de 40 años de experiencia, es muy ingenioso y sabe cómo lograr los mejores shots, inclusive con las niñas más tímidas. En cada sesión de fotos pudimos constatar que es alguien que ama su profesión, que trabaja con mucha dedicación y entrega. En general, Travel Angels superó extraordinariamente nuestras expectativas de lo que sería este viaje de celebración de quinceañeras, los recomendamos 100%.

Fantastic experience: Mi familia y yo tuvimos la mejor experiencia con travel angels. Supero las expectativas. Decidimos celebrar los quince en crucero para hacerlo sin esfuerzo y así fue. Desde el día que llame para apartarlo, el señor Frank fue muy claro con la explicación y me explico todo el proceso. Contesto todas nuestras preguntas y nos dio las mejores y recomendaciones. Iniciamos el proceso y cada vez que llame por mas preguntas el servicio fue muy bueno. Luego maggie afino los últimos detalles y fue siempre clara, excepcional y con la información precisa. Fantastic experience: I traveled with Travel Angels for my Quinceañera 9 years ago and had a phenomenal times - many memories that I still remember. 9 years later, we travelled again with them for my cousins Quinceañera and once again did not disappoint. Maggie and her team do an excellent job in getting the family/friends involved and making sure everyone is having a great time. We just returned from the cruise and didn’t want to leave. P.S. Maggie has also planned vacations for my family and I several summers and they’re always too notch.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but nice things to say about travel angels. I did my 15s with them back in 2016 and it was the best week vacation of my life. Everything was perfect and they make sure to give clear instructions and a weekly schedule with all the information you need to know. In 2017 my sister also had her 15s with them and the experience was just as magnificent. And lastly last year my cousin who had gone to every other cruise also had hers with travel angels because she saw how hard they work to make this the most special week. They make sure to be very accommodating and I can assure this because the 3 times I went I had 50 of my family members going. I wouldn’t hesitate to pick travel angels over any other travel angency.

Constant emails with itinerary and booking information months in advance to prepare us for our trip. Very professional and reliable company. Every event well organized and started / ended on time. We have done over 10 trips including 6 quinceñeras with them and would book it again in a heart beat.

I planned to have a great family trip which was based on all lies and terrible work ethic from this entire company. The employees need training on how to BE ON TIME with events scheduled. It is not ok to set false expectations to families just to get a pay check. It is not ok to have an unplanned agenda and freestyle a sorry excuse for events. I planned this event thru this company with plans on proposing to my girlfriend but the experience was so bad that I didn’t want to tarnish a great proposal with a BASIC Mickey Mouse operation ran by Travel Angels.. more like Travel Idiots. Do yourself a favor if youre read this just take it.. believe it and read the other 10000 TERRIBLE REVIEWS!

Fantastic experience: Took quinceañera cruise 8/3/19 for my daughter and niece aboard the Royal Caribbean. Overall I can say it went great my daughter and 22 guests had a great time and that’s all that matters. During my planning I had cancellations of guests I had changes in rooms and so on. I never experienced rudeness from staff. I would even joke and say I know I call a lot but can you please help me. I went to all the meetings and they were somewhat crazy but many times I can say it was us parents fault being we wouldn’t be quiet when we needed to so we could listen to all the important info being given. As to the shirts I had one last minute guest and the shirt was available for me to pick up at the 1st meeting as I was told. As to the parties we had a great time. Did they start late I don’t know I was late to the 1st one and it didn’t make a difference to me or my guest. We know how to have fun no matter what. We danced we drank and my Quinceñeras had fun. As to the rest of the parties I can’t complain. Quinces party started a lil late ok and what all the girls and parents looked great. The rest was all fine and dandy. My girls never sat with me and I knew this from the start and was totally fine with it because they made amazing friends at the table they were assigned. None of my party of 23 had complaints. If us parents don’t want to be stressed and need more 1 on 1 attention then a cruise with a Quinceñera company is not the way. To go. Otherwise try it out it’s all worth it. Travel Angels will make it happen. Ask questions book ahead of time and you will be ok. Life is not perfect but your Quinceñeras being happy after the cruise is how perfect my heart needs to be.

Negative experience: To start the booking. Very rude and unprofessional. After I told them the exact room I wanted they still didn’t want to book me that room.. had to call 2 more time for them to understand how to book a room.. we were never informed of any of the events until after we arrived on the cruise. The first event was very unorganized. Who plans an event at lunch time for a few hours with no food!! We went to spend time and enjoy time with our niece and celebrate her quinceañera but never got to even eat dinner with her.. will never book anything with this company.

Negative experience: This company is HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. It’s shorter to talk about what they did right...NOTHING! Travel Angels desperately need training on customer service, professionalism, and how to run events ON TIME!! Clearly they have no clue. It’s much easier to create a positive experience instead of begging people to leave a positive review to try to even out all the bad reviews don’t you think?

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the experience. They are disorganized and unprofessional. There was no punctuality when it came to the private events. I was shocked to witness the lack of customer service.

Fantastic experience: i had my quince this year 2019. everything was magical. the staff are so nice and they truly are fun to be with. all the girls are super easy to get along with. the ship we went on was amazing. every party we went to were amazing. the gala was just like out of a story. i will never forget this trip ever. baron and red lips were also amazing. i 10000 percent recommend having your quince with travel angles.

Negative experience: Sometimes when I see bad reviews amidst good reviews, I think: “it’s just people looking to complain.” But to be honest, all the bad reviews this company has here are completely true. All the good reviews aren’t even real- it’s just Cubans sticking together. Everything about this company is completely unprofessional, basically ran by a bunch of teenagers who probably just turned 21. Everything was expensive - makeup for the girls cost $350 dollars which is ridiculous. And that doesn’t even include hairstyles. Quinceñera girls had to do their hair midnight of the night before the Quinceñera the company couldn’t do all the hair and makeup on the same day. Additionally, the girls couldn’t even pick their own hairstyles, they only had the options of a bun or curled hair. For the price of $350 excluding makeup, that is a complete ripoff. And it made all the girls hairstyles look completely the same and basic. In my opinion, if you cannot handle too many girls at the same time why take them all at the same time. In fact, this company took on over 35 girls and had to separate them into different groups to fit them into the tiny halls. The cruise line we were on - Royal Caribbean, luckily had its own salon that did makeup and hair for just $186 and you got to pick your own hairstyle. They even cancelled a photo session because the staff was apparently “too tired to keep going.” Again, completely unprofessional. The Quinceñera girls were suppose to have a video and photos of them walking around the ship in their Quinceñera dresses. The girls who paid for VIP went first in the morning and the rest were suppose to go in the afternoon. Well, this company only did a morning session and cancelled the afternoon photos and video. Usually I would never write a bad review online, if I have a problem with a service, I take it up with them. Which is exactly what was done but with these people if you submit complaint to them, instead of handling like professional CEOs of a company would, these teenage girls start throwing childish insults. All in all, not worth the money, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Fantastic experience: I’ve traveled with Travel Angels since 2013. Travel Angels does their absolute MOST to make sure each one of their quinceañeras has a memorable experience on their cruise. As a quinceañera I can say that I truly had a great time. I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Thank You Travel Angels

Negative experience: I have been on several cruises but unfortunately this has been the most unsatisfying one. The communication was very minimal especially if you’re not from the Miami area. When we arrived to the port we never had our arrival shirts that we paid for in advance. All of the other quinceañeras had their shirts. We had to find the manager after we boarded the ship meanwhile everyone else had the shirts on. The quinceañera that we were with never had a “Happy birthday” sign on her door meanwhile over thirty other girls had their signs. We spoke to Maggie who is in charge of the cruises because we understand that mistakes happen and it took two days for her to put the sign up. When it comes to the events and the itinerary, all of the times are not accurate. When I spoke to Maggie about it she said the schedule is on “Hispanic time”. Cruises are very expensive yet they are very punctual.. to say that you run on Hispanic time is unprofessional. I am a Hispanic female and I am very punctual. I find it insulting to the Hispanic community to be considered as being almost an hour late to any event. I was telling Maggie that I’ve been on great cruises with Royal Caribbean and even carnival but one of her employees chose to interject and she said that “maybe you belong on a carnival cruise”. I said “Excuse me?” And she repeated that I belong on a carnival cruise. Then she proceeded to put words in my mouth with profanity when it was never said. Her manager didn’t even bother correcting her. If you want a great experience then I would NOT recommend this agency. Maggie never Gave us an apology for any of the inconveniences that we had to go through and she tolerates her employees insulting the customers. Unfortunately they are not very professional and the customer service is disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Made friends and memories I’ll never forget! Honestly speaking I wasn’t super excited about going on the cruise but those feelings were immediately turned to excitement and anticipation! Got to go to different countries and build bonds with new people and I wasn’t disappointed at all!

Fantastic experience: I wouldn’t have had my quinces any other way, the staff is absolutely amazing and made every single second of our trip special. I always had high expectations of how the trip would be, but they exceeded them by a lot, it’s an experience I will truly never forget. This trip gave me marvelous friendships too, along with being able to travel, just feeling like a princess for a week was beyond great. I HIGHLY recommend doing your quinceañera with Travel Angels, they definitely don’t disappoint :)

Fantastic experience: Went on my cousins cruise in 2014 and loved the experience so much that I did my fifteens in 2016 as well. Now 2019 we were back for my three cousins fifteens. An amazing experience to meet new wonderful people. All the parties were amazing and full of fun. The staff was very nice and helped me and my family in everything they could possibly do. Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for the best week of their life. Will be going again in three years for my other three cousins wouldn’t want any other company, to do quince cruises best one every everything was beautiful for all three quinces.

Negative experience: Travel Angels put together a cheap, corny set of events that not only started late every single time but also had you wondering if they were thought of on the spot. Incredibly unorganized, time consuming, and quite frankly boring. Every event started late which is annoying considering everything on the ship is on a very precise schedule and we aren't there just for the Quince experience. Multiple times they caused us to show up late for dinner because of how late they were, which resulted in missing out on evening entertainment after dinner. On top of that, prior to the actual cruise it only took them until 3 weeks before the cruise (after booking over a half year in advance) after 3 emails and 2 phone calls for them to send me the itinerary, with my room number and common but essential information needed for the trip. You can tell this agency is a group of unqualified people. Such a shame that people pay so much money for this and this is the service and result of such.

Negative experience: as being one of the Quinceañera girls, i can personally say that this agency is horrible and i would not recommend it to anyone. there is no organization, formality, punctuality, and the attitude is terrible. my family was treated with such disrespect over the phone and in person. the Quinceañera girls were always told last minute directions before we went on stage/in front of everyone’s family. it was a mess. announcements were not reached to everyone in which most were not prepared. overall, it was very disorganized, the people were rude & unprofessional. fights occurred with my family and staff which ended up with staff members insulting my family using profanity. very unhappy & disappointed. our schedule was very time consuming and this trip was not something to enjoy .

Fantastic experience: Very nice experience, very nice team, I just came back yesterday on the symphony of the seas agost 3 ( quinceañeras ), my daughter so happy and that's all about, this team take care about every detail, thank so much and will keeping recommended. Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: Our daughter and our family had a great experience on the Symphony - Jun 8th 15's cruise. These Travel Angels are "Ninjas". They work with all hands on deck and a wide range of talents. The entire crew including videographers and photographers show great team work to facilitate a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Best way to travel is with Travel Angels! There is nothing to worry about when traveling with them. They truly made my step daughter quince celebration a one of a kind. Spent a whole week celebrating instead of just one day back at home. Thank you Maggie and your team for making our trip special.
