Costa de Oro/Latinos Bus Line

Negative experience: Ranchea mucho, en un viaje de Tulare CA al aeropuerto de Tijuana supuestamente llega en 8 horas (Lo cual ya es mucho) termina llegando en 12 horas. El choper hace muchas paradas. No lo recomiendo.

Negative experience: Buen servicio solo el baño huele muy mal estaba lloviendo y entro mucha agua adentro del bus

Negative experience: Son muy dinereros por todo piden, me pidieron 50 dlls de sobrepeso cuando nisiquuera pesaron las maletas y no me dieron ningun recibo, aparte en la aduana pidieeron 30 dlls y despues se subio el chofer que no le habia alcanzado y pidio mas dinero, son muy tranzas ,aparte disen a una hora y llegan tarde

Negative experience: Compre un boleto para Tijuana y me toco la peor experiencia Te piden 10-15dlls al salir la frontera para que no declares maletas ni documento, ESO ES ILEGAL Sin contar: Baños sucios, no te dejan bajar al baño en las gasolineras que porque segun te pueden dejar, manejar demasiado rapido, no tiene aire acondicionado y los choferes manejan muy rapido y cortando a los carros Mejor uso greyhound o amtrak, prefiero pagar mas pero no usar Lineas como esta

Negative experience: One of your buses was driving about 80 mph on 99, did not care when lanes were merging and reduced down to two lanes, they just continued to plow through.

Negative experience: Rude drivers on the road. Cuts people off and driving 55 in a 65 causing alot of backed up traffic. #901.

Negative experience: I wasn’t on a bus; but had an experience with one of your busses at 9:15pm on Tuesday, 10/17/2023. I was on the 99 South Bound and we had multiple lane closures with traffic merging. I was behind a semi and was letting a car merge between us when your tour bus sped up and attempted to also merge between me and the semi. I did not (could not) let them in and they began blaring their horn and attempted to pass on the shoulder with a construction crew yelling at them. They almost caused a massive accident. Afterwards they aggressively (and I mean aggressively) veered into the number three lane as it opened up and began swerving at the semi and continuing to blare their horn at the semi. It was extremely unsafe and unprofessional. I am in the process of pulling my dash cam recording and will be turning it into the CHP.

Negative experience: If i could i would give no star. From madera to Tijuana was so far okay. Where i had a bad experience and worts of the worts was on my way back to Madera CA. My husband had bought my ticket a day ahead. So on the day of the departure the bus divers told me i couldn't take the bus . because they were to full and that my name wasn't on thier lits.i to wait for another bus .to top it off buss drivers were giving me a hard time.! very rude !

Negative experience: Pésimo servicio reservamos una semana antes los boletos todavía un día antes nos comunicamos con ellos y nos confirmaron los 2 pasajes y el día de la salida 20 min nos cancelaron q ya no llegarian por nosotros por q ya llevaban el camión lleno y nosotros con los boletos de avión para salir de tijuana y ellos se aprovechan de eso... querían q se fueran sentados en el pasillo... de verdad pésimo servicio no compren boletos con ellos

Negative experience: No recomiendo estos buses porque compramos un boleto de tijuana para llegar a Modesto California y el chofer no le dio la gana llegar a nuestro destino y se dio de largo asta stockton California , no es justo tambien uno viene cansado con ganas de llegar a casa y nomas por susno quiso dejarnos en Modesto alas 3:30 am y tubimos que desviarnos casi dos horas de Modesto asia stockton y de regreso a nuestra ciudad actual no se vale no compren a estos falsos sin verguenzas los choferes de las 5 pm hora de tijuana son personas que mejor no deverian de manejar autobuses porque se portan muy groseros con la jente y acen lo que les da la gana .

Negative experience: No los recommiendo. Agarramos nuestros boletos con tiempo y el dia que nos toco irnos no nos rejistraron. Nos dijieron que podian ponernos en el pasillo sentados en el suelo nada mas. Para no perder nuestro vuelo nos teniamos que ir ahi. Pidi un descuento para atras y no quisieron. Ultima vez que vengo aqui. No se los recommiendo.

Negative experience: One driver just ran me off the road in Bakersfield. Didn’t use blinker and got into fast lane where I was going much faster than the bus. This person driving should be arrested for endangering every person onboard their bus.

Negative experience: Bus 907 is behind us right now on Hwy 99S in Madera. He would not merge with traffic allowing cars to get in. People were getting out of their cars and yelling at him. It was a very dangerous situation.

Negative experience: Horrible experience not taking his birth again the bus drivers are super disrespectful to the people here to the customer when I took his bus from Tijuana the guy is so disrespectful he drove back to California he was yelling at the customers for us to understand that we can’t use the restroom because Dirty it’s super dirty he was also saying that we don’t understand to get an education super unprofessional they need hires new bus driver!!!!

Negative experience: Horrible experience overall from being to end, definitely the worst bus travel agency in the USA. if you ever ride Costa De Oro buses be prepared for the worst, seats are ripped half also broken windows and no Heater or A/C, they well leave you stranded with no were to eat for hours. And most importantly no communication amongst the travel agency to the passengers, we were left stranded for more then 6 hours waiting for the layover bus. Just a bad experience overall, future passengers need to know what there getting there self into. Beware !!!!
