Fantastic experience: AAA Greenwood / Southport Office continues to be a fantastic resource! Our membership has served us well over the years, and my recent visit was no exception. I stopped in to get an International Driving Permit for an upcoming trip, and the process couldn’t have been smoother. Scheduling online was simple (though it turns out appointments aren’t required), and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even took the passport photos right there—quick, easy, and professional. What really sets this location apart is the sheer range of services they offer. Whether you’re planning a vacation, handling insurance needs, or looking for travel essentials, they’ve got you covered. From foreign currency exchange and mobile tire services to theme park tickets, TripTik routings, and notary services—it’s like a one-stop shop for travel and auto support. Negative experience: It's a scam. We paid for it for the year and then when we ordered a tow it took almost an hour to get a hold of.someone to order the tow bc they kept saying use the app that didn't work. Then when they came we had to pay the tow truck drive $40 bc you have to pay for the tow when you first sign up. Even though we paid for plus you get only basic the first 3 days. It doesn't say that anywhere when you sign up. I cancelled my membership. I will just call random tow companies. Easier to get a hold of

Fantastic experience: Our travel representative, Lauren Goodpastor has been nothing, but very responsive and attentive to our needs for our upcoming Royal Caribbean cruise this Spring. She has made our planning less stressful and we both feel so at ease with the upmost confidence of preparation for this trip. Lauren is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We will always do our planning with this travel agency. If you want a pain free trip anywhere, request Lauren and she will guide you from the start so you can focus on the fun you're going to relish with many memories!

Fantastic experience: Came in to apply for an IDL and walked out with it less than 15 minutes later. Super quick process and everyone there was a delight to speak with.

Negative experience: They never answer the phone only on an occasion . You usually have to leave a message buy they don't usually return your call. They don't follow uo with you and they could do alot better at recommending vacation ppackages. I'm a member but I have to use a different travel agent!

Positive experience: Great deal. If you drive a vehicle over 4 years old this is a must have. ESPECIALLY if you have kids away at college. Trust me, this will save you tons of cash and keep the kids safe.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and solved an account problem with courtesy. Many, many years I've relied on AAA Motor Club for all my travel needs and have used the roadside assistance when needed. They're always reliable and keep you informed every step of the way. I think they're absolutely great! Every car owner should be a AAA member - they won't you down!

I called them in a panic broke down on the highway and the lady on the phone helps me get a New membership on the phone.(At a Great price)The gentleman that come out to help was absolutely professional and very efficient. Concerning as well..He even walk me to my car door and told me I should wait inside the car since it was on the highway. Thanks Guy you were the best! All of this was done in an hour in a couple minutes and I was on my way.. Thank you AAA u gained a member forever that day!!

Fantastic experience: I had a doctors appointment yesterday at IU Health University Hospital which I was very nervous about. I accidentally and unknowingly dropped my keys in my seat as I got out of my car and locked the doors. When I came back from my appointment I was upset I couldn’t get in my car(and I live over an hour and a half south). I called AAA and realized our membership was no longer in service. The lady on the phone who’s name I don’t remember was kind enough to go ahead and send a driver but informed me it would be a cash sale which was fine. I received a call about 45 minutes later from the driver who’s name was Evan. The young man showed up in about 15 minutes and had me in my car in probably less than 30 seconds. He was so kind as he put me at ease; I think doing a service for someone is his calling. The price was very affordable and I will be making sure I reinstate my AAA membership solely on these two individuals kindness!

Positive experience: I called a few times to see about AAA coverage. I got their voicemail every time I called. After I left a message it was several hours before they called back. By that time I had already called another office Ahmed gotten the coverage I wanted.

Fantastic experience: We live in shelbyville ind. And drive to Franklin ind, because, the employees are friendlier,the service is better,the place is just so much better. Shelbyvilles restaurant help slows all restaurants desirability.

Positive experience: When we planned our honeymoon with them, they were great. We LOVED what they did for us. I don't remember our agent's name, but she was helpful and zi added a star for her. Recently, I feel like our membership isn't worth it. Wanted to plan a trip to Japan a few years later. They would only book through certain companies and were so expensive. We wouldn't even be able to do what we wanted over there. We went through a different company who was cheaper and was able to make all the reservations we wanted and helped us visit the cities we wanted. Went to look at buying Disney tickets a few weeks ago. The auto side couldn't answer my question about the tickets and 2 people told me conflicting things. I ended up contacting Brooke, a travel agent. She helped me figure things out so I added a star for her. The AAA discounts to places tend not to be useful. Usually it's cheaper if I pay for something up front so even that "benefit" hasn't been great.

Fantastic experience: Great. Additional coverage with Travelers for over $1200 less yearly. Ed Benedict is a great agent, very knowledgeable.

Negative experience: May I say that Brooke Aikman a travel agent who helped out with my Disney trip several times that it was a joy to work with her she is excellent and you should be very happy to have a person as dedicated as her on your team

Negative experience: The 2 ladies in the office were not friendly at all. The one that helped me seemed bothered by having to help me. She was not helpful at all. I won't go back.

Negative experience: THEY HELPED ME PLAN MY VEGAS TRIP. IT WAS A PERFECT VACATION. HELP WITH PLANE RESERVATIONS, HOTEL, SHOWS ETC. I'LL BE USING THEIR SERVICE AGAIN.

Fantastic experience: My driver #208 was amazing. Got to me quick, and also helped another lady near my car set up her car jack and fix her tire after asking me if I had time for him to do so. If that isn't going above and beyond I don't know what is. 5/5

Fantastic experience: We have booked three vacations with Nic Wycoff and he has done an outstanding job of assisting us in identifying choices and helping us make the best decisions. On the Alaska Land & Sea we took the longer trip through Dinali at Nic's suggestion and it made all the difference! We see Nic when we are ready to book and it is basically all done in one session. No appointments so you have to wait your turn but it has been worth it!

Positive experience: Nicole was very helpful. One other woman there, though, was not very courteous.

Negative experience: Don't expect a call back from them. Over the past 2 or 3 months I've only gotten 2 return calls after about 20 calls. Cindy brand hates her job and has lied to us about lower rates through carnival cruise line. We will never use them again for travel. They really need a 0 star option because they suck.

Negative experience: Called and stressed to the person on the other end that it was important that the agent call me before they closed. No phone call.

Negative experience: One star is too high. I have been on 2 vacations booked through this office and both of them were botched. The first was not a big deal and we made it through, but the second time it was just a miserable experience. We were literally booked on the wrong vacation to a different resort than we were sold on and when I emailed to inform them of the error, our agent Michelle had the audacity to say that's what we requested. My friend and I both had paperwork detailing where we were going and when we were leaving. When we got the final documents, they were different. We questioned it a little at first when our travel dates were off, but it didn't really hit us until we got to our destination and none of the amenities and activities were available that we were expecting. When I got home, I looked up the paperwork that I was given after booking the vacation and sure enough we were booked to the wrong resort. We made the best of it and had a decent time, but when I informed Michelle of the error (not requesting any refund or compensation), she deflected the blame onto us and said that is what we chose. Horrible customer service and incompetence in my opinion.

Positive experience: Always received good service without any wait. Decently priced insurance policies.
