Negative experience: Bethany was the absolute WORST ever! After 11 years of being a loyal customer of AAA she is the REASON we will be going elsewhere to spend our hard earned money. She needs to be fired.

Fantastic experience: If you have triple A it is a pleasure to be treated so nicely. Barely waited in line to do some business taken care of DMV stuff. Super friendly host and teller help me allot. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Lame. Asked for a triptik to Texas and they did not know that people traveling from California through New Mexico had to quarenteen even when traveling through. Found out when I was driving through. Could not visit family due to having to isolate in a hotel room. Got a bunch of books and maps that were not useful. Threw them away.

Positive experience: Very good customer service. Towing service should be an option not forced on customer to buy. 7 miles of free tow. Whoever came up with that number probably owns new car never used the service.
