Fantastic experience: The Eastern Europe Tour with Jayant was exceptional. He was a very attentive, fun, and friendly tour guide. We enjoyed it very much. The food was amazing and as were all the sightseeing spots/cities we got to see. The hotels were of amazing 5 star quality, except for maybe the first one in Vienna - still a decent hotel of course and only stayed for a day. We covered so much ground in 8 days! I would totally book with this company again and again. This was a great first experience for us. Additionally, Jamila, the person who connected us to this travel group was amazing. She answered all questions and treated us well - we were so glad to have her as our booking agent

Fantastic experience: We booked grand Europe tour with Akshar Travels for my parents. Sales agent Ms. Jamila was very informative and very well Knowledgeable about the tour. She assured us a piece of mind till the 1st day of travel then the tour manager took over. Tour manager was excellent with all of tour accommodations including all of their hotel stays, everyday meal, transportation, all of the attractions during the tour. The tour manager/tour guide is Very knowledgeable and informative as well. The whole trip was very well organized. My parents had zero complaints. Overall great customer service by Akshar Travels and we will be using them again for us and our friends and family.

Fantastic experience: we got good value for the money we paid for the package. from airport pick up to drop off. Dhagash bhai was available all the time to help us out despite time frame difference between europe and USA. I contacted him from europe with a question i forgot its 4am in usa and he still helped me out. the food was good, guides were nice, especially Sanjay bhai from london. i highly recommend akshar travels to my family and friends. Fantastic experience: My husband and myself we went to USA west coast tour with Akshar Travels New Jersey from 15th to 21st July 2025. We had great experience with Ms Jamila our tour coordinator. Our tour was a memorable one. Akshar Travels arranged the tour exceptionally well. 1.Mr. Tejinder Singh our driver cum tour guide was exceptionally good driver with beautiful and comfortable vehicle. As a tour leader he was knowledgeable and engaging, giving us the history and information about all places and the roads. 2.All hotels selected by tour company were good. 3.Tour schedule was managed very well. Indian Restaurants chosen for lunches and dinners were overall good, provided us delicious food. Lunch pack was also good. 4.Activities like helicopter ride, cruise and rides in Universal Studios were enjoyable. We experienced excellent customer service from staff at Akshar tours, including prompt responses to questions and requests. Any group tour can be enjoyable when the group consists of people with same interests , same culture and food choices. We were lucky to have gotten the best ever group. I thank everyone in the group for respecting each others’ time and specially for helping us (senior citizens)everywhere. While the tour was enjoyable, perhaps offering more time at the Universal studios and Yosemite park would allow for a more immersive experience."
 Highlight of our tour was optional add-on Grand Canyon tour. It is a wonderful experience to visit there. I suggest that it should be included as an itinerary. For this Grand Canyon Tour , lady driver cum guide, bus, complimentary food everything was too good. Areas of improvement :- 1. On day 1 tour should start early. 2. Tickets of Universal studio with QR code should be given to guests. We wasted precious time there. 3. Dosa house food in SF was very poor quality -avoid this place for dinner. Overall our tour was a great and memorable experience. I surely will recommend Akshar travels and tours for planning group tour .

Positive experience: We started our journey with Akshar Travels through an inquiry made via Dhagesh. He was very supportive, trustworthy, and helpful throughout the process. He guided us well and made the booking experience smooth. We booked the Gala Trip, which covered Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Niagara Falls, and New York City. Being a group tour, the itinerary was quite packed, and a lot of time was spent on the bus traveling between destinations. While this limited sightseeing a bit, the trip is well-suited for senior citizens or those who prefer a more relaxed, less physically demanding style of travel. The hotel bookings were excellent clean, comfortable, and well-chosen though we were mostly there just to rest for the night. The food provided was good. The guides were okay and kept things organized. Being a group tour, it is okay, but younger travelers might enjoy the experience more if they choose to customize the trip with Akshar Travels, as they also offer customized travel plans. Overall, we appreciate the professionalism and support from Dhagesh and Akshar Travels, and we’d recommend them for those who prefer group tours or want hassle-free travel arrangements.

Fantastic experience: I recently did Canadian Rockies tour with Akshar travel, Edison NJ. I loved the service and staff is friendly. Dhagash helped us with out bookings, Anupriya helped us with logistics on our first day. Our bus driver Michael and tour guide Abhishek were excellent, patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Food was really good and yummy with variety of punjabi, chaats,south indian, gujarati flavors. Our bus ride was very comfortable, we got really good time to spend at every stop and itinerary was great. They were really accommodating. Thank you Akshar travels for making this trip memorable for us.

Negative experience: 1. Out of 55 Guests, we were the only two guests from Akshar travel. When we book a tour, you should let us know that if there are not enough guests, we will sell you off to some unknown "Global Tours" with hafty commission. I requested Dhagash two days prior to departure to provide a list of other guests joining us. He denies for privacy reasons. What privacy? Other tour operators arrange a Video Conference a couple of days prior to departure. 2. Dhagash had given in writing that group size will be 40. There were 55 Guests in a bus of 57 seats. (two or three seats loaded with bags) Because of the large group, the manager has to Difficult to fit in all bags in the luggage area, Every day, the Coach captain struggles to fit in bags for 30 to 45 minutes. We had to travelle sitting on Bus floor, Picture I sent to Dhagash Manage bags on seats and in the bathroom. Some time can not open back door, every break will be extended by 10 to 15 minutes, which time will be taken away either from attractions or lunch/ dinner time Total members in group and Some info of other members. -Answer from Dhagash - We cannot share the information due to privacy reasons and the average group size will be 40 . 3. Day one, the airport transfer was confirmed. There were only two families - 4 guests- Manager asked us to wait for Driver, We waited for 45 minutes. He asked us to walk to Terminal one from Terminal Three with our bags, because the driver refused to come to Terminal three. Manager says you can go by taxi, and pay your own. Literally after fighting with him, he paid for a Taxi. After 20 hours of journey, we had wasted almost two and half to three hours in Terminal Parking. 4. Everyone expects to go to Lords (Mecca of Cricket) when they go to London, You also have given in writing. Without giving any reason/ announcement, the manager took us to the Oval. WHY? 5. We are excited for Top of The Europe, Jungfrau. He took us to some unknown, cheaper mountain. 6. He cancelled the Vatican Museum and Sistine church. We had paid months ahead, why can't you book tickets ahead of time. If you try tickets on the spot, it may not be available. You had a confirmed list, every one paid in advance, Why can't you book tickets in advance. 7. As per your Itenary, we expect one Gala Dinner. Sorry, Big disappointment. 8. We were thrilled to experience World's first rotating cable car, sorry, we had no luck. 9. Bus broke when we were moving towards Vanice. Manager took the bus to the service station, ask us to wait. He did not care to manage our waiting period. We waited on the roadside on our own for three hours with the Sun on our heads. Yes, the bus may break, but he should manage our waiting safely and comfortably. 10. At Least three days, the Air Conditioning was not working, so he compelled us to travel by bus without Air Conditioning. When we told him that we would call local authorities / police, he managed another bus. You guys Cheated us just for your commission at the cost of our precious time and money. We will never ever recommend someone to trust you.

Negative experience: Our parents are on tour right now and they use CRAPPY HOTELS. LOW BUDGET BUSSES, DO NOT GO ON ANY TOUR WITH THIS COMPANY

Fantastic experience: Nicely planned trip to Croatia with 6 couples . Akshar travels followed up on a daily basis and also helped book private catamaran transfer to each of the island . All excursions were also very well planned . Highly recommend to travel via Akshar tours and travel .

The reviews were too good that he at once booked the slot for 7 days...We completely enjoyed the trip ..the hotels and restaurants they chose were excellent ..our tour guide Mr Pankaj was so caring and explained to us everything in detail ..he was joined later on by Aman and Amy who also did thier bit wonderfully..in total our experience with Akshar travels was awesome!!!!!..

Positive experience: JAPAN today’s the best #1 country in leading Technology in the world. But sorry the bus we are traveling for next 8 days have no WiFi and no usb charging stations in that bus. We reach at Osaka airport on April 1st.2025 by Akshar Travel. The tour guide Mr. Dhagesh was an energic young man very aggressive and down to earth friendly.his all preparations were well prepared. The tour was excellent to see the places. Entertaining,enjoyable and educational of history. Nice to travel with mr.Dhages Shah, Mr. Pradeep Kumar in Japan and Jena in South Korea. Thank you. Positive experience: Recently we used Akshar travel LLC to visit Japan and South Korea. Our trip was overall okay. Cherry blossoms was awesome. Pratik Sharma our tour manager is excellent tour manager. He was taking care of each and everyone. Some of the hotels and locations were not to the par. Once the tour started, tour manager should accompany until trip is over. I would be more fun if they offered some more traditional costumes for pics. Japan to South Korea flight was not manage properly and not informed very well even though company bought the airline tickets. Local tour guides were also good and very knowledgeable about history and countries. At the end they gave us a chance to taste Shashi in Japan.

In S. Korea we had a different meal experience of korean lunch - excellent. Fantastic experience: Overall the entire trip was extremely smooth and met all expectations. Timing of all events and communications were in a timely manner. Let me provide suggestions for next trip, provide in detail the program in writing to all stating the events and associated instructions such as walking distance and other conditions. Food arrangement and service can be improved. It will be good to be judicial for senior people participation considering health and associated concerns. I have sent my parents who are in their early 70’s a little hesitant because of their age in a totally new continent. But Dhagash bhai made me feel very comfortable that my parents were in great care and had nothing to worry about. My parents went on the 13 day Europe Tour and my parents can’t stop talking about much fun they had. Everything from The pick up and drop off, food, stay, meeting new people, and new experiences. I can say my parents enjoyed their time in Europe. I am so glad I was able to send my parents on this trip. Also a huge shout out to the Tour Manager Manish Rathod as my mom was very afraid at points because of her situation but Manish encouraged my mom to take chances and enjoy the moments rather then being freighted and it’s been the best decision as my mom overcame her fears. Fantastic experience: It was our first International tour to USA. My son has organised east coast tour of USA through Akshar Travels, an indian based travel agency. We were group of 22 people all from India enjoyed lot. Tour Manager Dhagash Shah and co-ordinator Mr. Dehit Trivedi, and their entire team at back end made an excellent arrangement throughout the tour of hotel. Food at every Indian restaurant we went was delicious indeed. Overall tour arrangement was excellent. We recommend Akshar Travels as a travel agency for international tours.

Fantastic experience: We recently enjoyed an 8-day trip to Greece, perfectly planned by Dhagash shah. Our journey included Athens, Santorini, and Mykonos, with exceptional accommodations and well-organized tours. Highlights were a private Acropolis tour, a sunset cruise in Santorini, and beach-hopping in Mykonos. Dhagash shah made our Greek adventure seamless and unforgettable. Fantastic experience: Akshar Travel Co. We used for Japan and So.Korea tour in March/April 2024. This was the Best tour we ever had so far. Tour Manager - Mr. Dhagash Shah was very pleasant to work with and he accommodated every body’s requests to his capabilities. We were 43 seniors and I don’t know how he handled us to our satisfaction. The food was good, all Indian restaurants. He had 2 local guides, 1 in Japan and 2nd in So. Korea. We will always travel with this tour and will also won’t hesitate to recommend to our friends & families. Mr. D Shah made our tour memorable and lively. Positive experience: Japan tur trip was a really enjoyable and. Dhagash is valuable asset for Akshar. The guides chosen were very good. Sightseeing schedule better plann but little schedual arrange carefully and checked weather forecast then we shouldn't missed pleces like Fujee mountain andblakevAgashi. . Choice of restaurants was not great. Restaurants were very small for large groups to accommodate for buffet lunch and dinner. Food was same for Lunh and Dinner I'm Morning we have enough breakfast so lunch time it should be light food like Upma/ Pauha, in this tour most of Seniors people and understand well though lots of time west in shopping and due to large group takes time consuming for washroom so size should be reasonably little smaller .otherwise everything was good and appreciated. Fantastic experience: It was a great experience with Akshar Travel to our trip to Japan and Seoul. Our tour manager Dhagash Shah did an excellent job and kept everyone happy. Food was good with different varieties. Due to weather related there were some changes but no problems at all. I know it is very hard on him to keep 40 senior citizens happy but he kept his cool and answered all the questions to the best of his capabilities. I really give him 5/5 stars for that. We will take some more tours with Akshar travel in the future. Thanks a lot.

Fantastic experience: I have used Akshar travels twice now . This most recent trip with a family of 10 to Abu Dhabi and Dubai . Dhagesh bhai from Canada and Hardik Bhai from Dubai were amazing . Always a phone call or message away and replying instantly . It’s not easy trying to satisfy all requirements of different members in the group , but this team went above and beyond . we went for the festival of harmony and opening of baps Hindu mandir in Abu Dhabi and when our plans had to change , Hardik bhai was very flexible . The team ensured that we got our swaminarayan friendly , no onion/garlic food at all places . Every restaurant they picked for us , was fantastic . I will continue to use Akshar travels for thier attention in satisfying us , not getting frustrated with us ;) and being so flexible .

Negative experience: We r still in our trip right now paid for 5 star hotels but they gave some of them 3star very bad communication never never book with Akshar travel they say they will try but they expect u to work with hotel then why I need travel agent if I have to do work. My advise never book any thing with this company very disappointed we r on family trip my kids are very disappointed. Take my advise DO NOT book with this company

Fantastic experience: We recently went to panama with a group of 55. The service was great. From booking they were very hands on. Handling such a big group is not easy but they did it with ease. We were picked up in a bus with all our luggage securely stowed by the drivers, when we arrived at the resort we were all checked in and we got our rooms within minutes. We did Panama Canal and they worked with us to book the bus for transportation and the boat as well which was explained ahead of time. They were always a phone call away in case u needed something. Great service and very informative. Will definitely choose them again for travel plans. Neelam is the best to work with.

Fantastic experience: It was a great experience working with Akshar travel. We initially interacted with Meet and he was very co-operative and understood what we were looking for and made the arrangements accordingly. Later on Neelam took it over and she was very helpful as well . All the hotels were amazing and the best part was pick and drop offs so you didn’t have to worry about arranging taxis from airports and ferry ports. The app they used to communicate while in Greece was very helpful and kept us informed at all times.
