Negative experience: not running anymore
Fantastic experience: Okay
Negative experience: In October Florida was in for another Hurricane and per weather in Florida NO ONE was to be on roads during the dates Inwas traveling from Orlando to Naples Cancellation fee SHOULD NOT be assessed when travel was only for Emergency Vehicles. The bus didn’t even make the trip so Greyhound made tons of money for the trip. Price gouging is absolutely ridiculous and outrageous for their riders!! I am not going to be traveling with Greyhound anymore and I was traveling monthly!! It’s just a shame in Greyhound! I will be posting this review EVERY WHERE so I feel people are aware of the RIPOFF racket your company is doing to passengers
Negative experience: Una estación sin estación . No hay donde esperar . No hay oficinas , solo te paras en la calle a esperar q un bus aparezca sin saber si es el tuyo o no. Nunca vi nada así.
Fantastic experience: Hello, how much does a ticket from Pensacola to Naples cost?
Negative experience: just pull there FED D.O.T. Permit and put them out of work
Fantastic experience: Super good
Fantastic experience: Vine cómoda de Miami a Naples
Positive experience: He was arrested...lol
Positive experience: Who’s idea was it to put a bus stop at a store. Wow
Fantastic experience: Publix is always the place to be is cleanliness anything you're looking for you find top quality they teach their employees there to have a certain type of attitude friendly always willing to come down and help you always with a smile I love Publix it's my designer food store I love it
Positive experience: Pick up and drop off is at a shell gas station it's ok but no shelter from the elements.
Fantastic experience: Good travel option on a budget
Negative experience: Our bus didn't show up and after nine and a half hours of waiting and calls with unhelpful personal we had to beg the driver of the following bus to take us to the next service station, where we sorted things out and finally after a twenty-hour-odyssey got from Sarasota to Miami.
Positive experience: Confort puntulidad
Fantastic experience: Very inexpensive
Fantastic experience: Good service
Positive experience: Came on time driver helpful.
Fantastic experience: Easy riding
Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service!
Fantastic experience: Amazing
Fantastic experience: Not all is nice
Fantastic experience: Some bus are clean
Negative experience: Absolutely filthy dirty.
Negative experience: Wet just a bus stop! Bit they have a picnic table.
Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. I had to wait all night for the bus.
Negative experience: Garbage.
Negative experience: This company is the worst. I purchase a ticket online because there’s no bus station open in Naples. In the morning when the bus arrived to the bus stop they won’t let us Inside the bus apparently because “ you have to print out the ticket” are you kidding me? We’re in 2017. Everything’s through your smartphone or apps now. I had my confirmation number with my name on it and the rude guy won’t even let me talk. He just refused to let me ride the bus and on top of that they wouldn’t refund the ticket!
Negative experience: Worst pocibility to travel. Bus comes only sometimes. We called Greyhount and they told us that they dont know when the Bus is coming. And tracking the Bus was also not possible. But they told us that it is normal. Bus tracking works only sometimes. At Bus stop waited a Taxi driver all the 3 hours we waited there. He said: "he only drives the same line as the Greyhound does. Nearly each day is one or more Buses not coming." Thats enough for him. So all in all I will never book Greyhound again. Better take a different Bus company. Also the Taxi driver told us that it is better to pay some dollars more for another bus service. One Star is to much.
Negative experience: Not even at this address thanks for easting my time
Fantastic experience: Tolle Reise
Negative experience: No body answer ...
Fantastic experience: Bus left Ft. Lauderrdale on time and arrived at destination on time. Price was very fair as driving would cost me more in gas. Service was good. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Fantastic experience: The best service
Negative experience: Today my daughter arrived at the station to find that the station was CLOSED until further notice. We had purchased a ticket online and usually print the ticket at the station with the reservation number provided at booking. With the station closed we were not able to do this and the bus driver arrived with instructions to accept 50.00 from each passenger that did not have a ticket in hand and held my daughters ID to boot. Now they have 74.00 (the 24.00 we paid online and the 50.00 we had to give the driver) of our money and my daughters ID. This is all because, when booking the ticket Greyhound failed to notify us that the station would be closed. If we had known, then we would have printed the ticket at home.. What's the point of taking a contact number or having a website if they don't update it or use the imforamtion to contact riders of these important facts. GET IT TOGETHER GREYHOUND...THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS!!
Negative experience: The guy there will not answer the phone!! I called for 2 days straight during the couple of hours they were spose to be open and got NO answer. He showed up 2 min befor the bus got there. And it was spose to open a hour before that. Greyhound is pathetic. With the worst customer service ever! I posted this review months ago. New review................1-26-17 there is a sigh in the door that said it is permanently closed! I had the unfortunate problem of trying to get my ticket there. NOTHING ON THE WEBSITE ABOUT NOT CONDUCTING BUSINESS. The other stations had no clue that they were closed!! GREYHOUND IS useless!! Do not go there expecting to by a ticket!! You can't!!!
Positive experience: Good service
Negative experience: Terrible service
Negative experience: Very rude staff, but the rides and pretty cheap, compared to other companies
Negative experience: nasty area small station , hardly ever open
Negative experience: Worse service ever. Had my sister and niece come down, paid almost $250 for the round trip. When they got to the station by their house the woman that checked them in claimed that a childs ticket was up to age 11. I sent my sister a picture from Greyhounds website, and the idoit woman behind the counter said that we altered the picture (there is only a $14 difference between an adults ticket and a childs ticket. If i was going to lie about something it wouldnt be $14). They were at the station at 7:45am and their bus was scheduled to leave and 8:35am. 8:35 came and left and no bus, 9:35 came and left no bus, 10:45 came no bus, finally and 11:45 my sister and niece called me and told me that they were still not o the way down and that 3 busses had came throught the station and headed down to Orlando and that they were told that EACH OF THOSE BUSSES HAD NO ROOM FOR THEM. I called greyhound and got a run around and the Jacksonville station even hung up on the greyhound rep i was talking too. Finally i got throught to the station supervisor named Ted. He told me he was doing his best to get them on a bus to come down. Finally around 1pm my sister was told she can catch the 145pm bus (which had a 7 hour layover in Tampa) or that she can try again the next day. She decided to try the next day which she was successful at getting down. You would think that would be the end of the problems BUT no. She called to confirm the north bound bus was running on time and was told if was. She asked if they could GPS track it. The woman claimed she did and the bus was on schedule (which the bus was scheduled to show up and 835pm, and it was 30 minutes late. Which this was understandable due to the fact that whi ever does the schedule arrival time for the bus doesnt know the bus needs more than 30 minutes to drive 40 miles.) In conclusion my experience with the service and customer service was CRAPPY and hope greyhound goes out of business BOYCOTT GREYHOUND unless you want to get stranded in a unknown area.....
Negative experience: I usually never write any reviews even if I am upset but this was horrible. worst experience ever. Super rude driver, really bad customer service. First of all from Orlando to Naples they drive 9 hours which is crazy. I took a bus to goo to Orlando (RED LINE SHUTTLE) it took 3 and a half hour and driver was super nice and that was even cheaper then Greyhound. The hours were not comfortable for me to come back that why I bought the Greyhound. But the BIGGIST PROBLEM is that the bus is full of drunk people and people under drugs. The lady sitting next to me was completely drunk and was behaving really bad so I had to change my place and she was so creepy and all the time was asking me why did I change my place. And driver doesn't really look like cares. there were a lot of kids in the bus and I think it is not safe for them to be next to people who are under drugs and drunk. Then In Naples they drop off people in the middle of the dark street. Till I was waiting for my uber to come and pick me up those people from the bus drunk were so creepy and offering me to take home and being so loud. I was so scared standing on the street alone with those people and there is not even a small deli next to me so I can go in and wait. Next time I had better walk from Orlando to Naples but I will never ever eveeeer take this bus again. They have to improve their customer service ASAP. Cause they are just taking money and put you in a dangerous situation.
Negative experience: I called but no one picked up the phone Please see that you guys have good report. Thanks
Negative experience: I have left messages and they never call back! I called 3 times between fall of 2015 and Feb. 2016. It's like the hotel California down here! You can come but without a computer to pay for busfare to get your tickets. You cannot leave!
Negative experience: Lost bag. Said sending on next bus. Went to pick up this morning, not there. Bus it was on running 3 hours behind. Said they will call and Will send to station in Naples. No call. Called several times, no answer. Waiting. No bus 8 more hours later. Where the heck is my bag?!?!! Where is a number to call and speak to anyone?!! DKD
Negative experience: Called 10 times between 1 and 2 pm and the phone was never answered. Terrible service.
Negative experience: It's a dump, not even a station, just an office that's open like 3 hours a day. Good luck if it is raining...
Positive experience: Greyhound bus station. ...clean friendly service
Fantastic experience: Randy was very helpful, he shaved a day off my trip, and made it $10 cheaper. The new staff is very nice and polite. Definitely an improvement over the previous management.
Negative experience: Horrible. Station filthy. Clerk rude. If you absolutely have to use this service, make sure you book on line. ticket in station 40% more... Clerk said he had to support his daughter and that if things didn't change I wouldn't be able to catch a bus there soon. Tried to reach greyhound many times...they don't seem to be concerned. will post pictures of station on social media.
Negative experience: Greyhound is the absolute worst. The buses *never* leave or arrive on time, the ticket agents and drivers are rude, the seats are very uncomfortable and the lone bathroom stinks to high heaven.
