Fantastic experience: Thank You AAA, Aaron, truly came to my rescue to not only jump my battery, but also informing me of the clicks between it being the starter verses the battery. He also made sure that I arrived at my destination after the jump as well from purchasing a new battery. Time to get back on the road!!!

Negative experience: cancel your membership if you haven’t already. i’d give even less stars if possible. these people left me on the side of the road for 7 hours in the middle of the night with no lights on. now i get it, if there’s no truck available, there’s not one available. but they finally got me a lyft to get home at 7, and the tow truck driver called me at 7:30 saying that he was 20 mins from my truck and that he would be at the drop off location by 9am. well noon rolls around and i still don’t have my truck so i go looking for it, the driver dropped it 4 blocks away with the hood all bent up and the windshield smashed in because he didn’t close the hood all the way after jump starting it to drive on to the trailer. now not only do i have to deal with a split radiator hose (which is why i was stranded to begin with) , but now i have to deal with their claims department. if my experience already is any clue as to what’s to come, i have a strong feeling its going to be even worse trying to get them to pay to fix my truck.

Negative experience: There has been a woman over 65 years old waiting for over 2 1/2 hours stranded in the middle of the night. Multiple people stopping to check on her however, the wrong person stopping, could be dangerous to her in every sense. I'm so upset for this woman who doesn't even know me.

Fantastic experience: Quick, helpful, & Friendly. Went here for an international driver's permit on Saturday. There was no line and the process was quick. Jill was friendly and super helpful. They supply, maps, roadside coverage, international driver's permits. Surprisingly, they also have auto and home loan services too!

Negative experience: Not the same AAA we are used to. The staff and manager were so unprofessional I thought I had the wrong number. They told us this summer it would be the next day before they could help, they told our son and daughter the same thing. Not only are the people rude on the phone there is no service available. We will probably cancel our membership and the two memberships we bought our adult kids.

Negative experience: Tow truck never came, AAA couldn’t do anything. They recommended I don’t call the tow company because they are sensitive. Zero help from both my calls. One star is for how easy it was to cancel my membership

Negative experience: I found Lisa to be condescending and unprofessional. She asked me 'what my mother thinks' about my traveling internationally. She also implied that I am too young to be traveling internationally, and when I informed her that I am 28, she doubled down on her comment, saying that 28 is still young. Two stars because despite her interrogation and condescending remarks, she completed the task at hand.

Negative experience: Called at 1pm. They told me 45-1hr tops. It's now MIDNIGHT and I'm still up waiting. Also, the phone customer service was unkind and very rude (manager). They cancelled my 1st tow without any courtesy call after I already waited for 6hrs! They finally called a back up driver and now they can't get a hold of him. It took them 4 drivers in which I was not towed until 10am the NEXT DAY. Whats upsetting is I just renewed my membership earlier that same morning for $162!! Have a great day. #21Hrs #ImStillWaiting

Negative experience: Won’t let me cancel policy. The agent doesn’t sound friendly at all. My policy start April 7 therefore I make a call today April 5. There are 2 days ahead to cancel. I just don’t get it.

Negative experience: Would not recommend. The last two times I have used them, it took more than three hours to get someone out to me. This time I called around 6pm.. 930 comes around so I call again, only to be told that my request was never even put through (second time that has happened btw).. so rescheduled at 930.. 12 am comes around so I say f it and go to sleep. Wake up and noone ever shows up or texts or call me or anything. Called them again today at 930 am. They give the usual 60 to 90 minutes,. 12 pm comes and nothing.. not two minutes after canceling I get a call telling me that someone will be here within an hour. Now i dont have time because i have to go to work. Will be outsourcing a solution

Negative experience: Terrible service. Waited around for two hours for a driver to come unlock my car. Called around just to be on hold for 30 minutes and no one ever answer. No one ever came and I had to call elsewhere when I’ve already paid for the service. Would not recommend.

Positive experience: Good location limited hours no weekends so basically when you're working there open when you're not there closed.worth being a member lots of discounts and perks . Peace of mind when on the road if you break down AAA has been around since the beginning of automobile they have service providers every where your insurance company etc doesn't they've never let me down and I've driven this country east west north and south

Negative experience: I was not impressed with them at all.It was Christmas Eve, took them 3.8 hour's to come unlock my truck.Had to call 3 times and when they arrived it was a Prow Tow truck not a AAA.

Fantastic experience: More than roadside service, which has been fantastic none the less. Great because the couple times I’ve called for a tow the driver actually suggested a possible cause and even attempted a fix for no charge. His idea was right and O was able to do the job for $10, instead of several hundred at a mechanic. But aside from that AAA offers great rates on other insurance like home, auto, and life as well. They’ve been friendly, easy to work with, and are very responsive when I have questions.

Negative experience: Usually it would take average an hour for a tow but called around 1 in afternoon, was set to arrive at 7pm so around 9:30 canceled and called the next morning at 10 am. Said they would arrive at 5pm. And finally showed at 11:30pm good thing I was broke down at a friend's house and not on the side of the road because you have to be present when tow truck arrives. Which is absurd when having to wait so long. Very upsetting.

Negative experience: I was out in the freezing cold! Just to be told they couldn’t come till the morning! It was 6:00pm when I called and eta was 9:00 am. My issue was a flat tire They said to requested assistance online! I had a perfect spare and just need to make sure there was nothing else wrong. I canceled the original request and just requested it to be towed to a shop so I could go home and be warm. Then when they called they then told me they couldn’t do it without my keys being present... like I would leave my keys in my car in a public location. Plus no one ever assisted me to do otherwise. I think they expected me to sleep in my car in this freezing negative degree weather.

Negative experience: I have had good experience overall with AAA. But this review is about one of their agents, Colin Brown. He is a complete Fraud. I communicated with him through phone and in person several times regarding my auto and home insurance with AAA over a period of about one year. This whole time he gave me the impression that he was handling my insurance policies. At one point I got a better rate from another insurance provider and decided to close my AAA policy. I talked with Colin Brown in a recorded phone conference along with the insurance agent from the other provider, where Colin Brown stated that he will close my AAA policies and I will get my refunds in 10 business days. I did not get any refund and more deductions were made by AAA in the following month. I called Colin Brown many times, but he never answered or called back. After pursuing many other avenues, I finally found out that Colin Brown was never handling my policies and he did not do anything to close them. He was lying all along and always provided me with wrong and misleading information. I have no idea why someone would do that to a client.. I feel terrified to think that a imposter like Colin Brown is working at a AAA office and dealing with valuable and sensitive information that belongs to the hardworking people of this city. I do not know AAA's policy towards its agents and how AAA maintains their accountability to clients. I would strongly discourage anyone (potential clients) from dealing with Colin Brown in that office regarding their insurance.

Fantastic experience: I was actually there with a friend. She needed to renew her passport and they were very helpful with the forms and setting up an appointment for the renewal. We also got some great information on some upcoming trips we are planning. Very friendly and knowledgeable there.

Negative experience: My mother is 79 years young has been w/your company for 19 years. she's was dissed because her car was VANDILIZED and she was informed that " WE DON'T DO WINDOWS IN FORT WAYNE!!! Because she was looking in to relocating !!!!! and that your company It ended up costing $450.!!!!! ARE U SERIOUSLY GOING TO DO THIS TO HER!!!! I SUGGEST YOU RECTIFY THIS WITH HER AS WELL AS FOR THE FORTITUDE OF YOUR COMPANY!!!! THIS IS BAD BUSINESS IF NOT!

Fantastic experience: Always a great place to get information before you take a trip. Very helpful staff. It pays to be a member of AAA. I have been for over 30 years! Tripticks help you plan your trip. You can deviate as you wish but you have a basic plan to follow as you wish. Towing service, change your tire, even get gas or a battery as needed and unlock your car are some of the services provided. Thank You AAA for your many years of making my trips successful when unexpected events happened that could have ruined my journeys!

Negative experience: Called about getting “discounted” Disney World theme park tickets and they’re over $30 more than the Disney official website. I called back to confirm what Sara had told me and she again stated ‘This is the discounted ticket price they give us.’ What is their regular priced tickets??! So DO NOT get theme park tickets from AAA, unless you want to get ripped by their so-called ‘discount’!

Negative experience: My wife has been a member for 35 years we only used road service 3 times,last tues I was out my wife 63 years old called me told me she had a flat in the driveway she called as a they asked her if she had a spare she did they told her to change it herself and take it to the shop. I came home found out the spare was flat called as a they sent out a flat bed for the car hauled it 5 miles and charged us 17 dollars as far as I'm concerned as a is a bunch of crooks

Fantastic experience: We have booked 2 vacations now with AAA travel and our family will always work with Lisa Williams for our travel needs. Her professionalism is beyond anyone else we met with. She listened to what we wanted out of our trip and made sure every detail was covered. We are not AAA members and it has been worth it to pay the $50 booking fee both times just to have the peace of mind that we receive working with Lisa. Price point is comparable and even lower than competitors and with AAA I feel there is no risk involved. Quality for sure! - Jennifer Stevenson
