Negative experience: What has happened to this location with lack of customer service, disinterested reps and non customer centric?! The team that used to be part of this location were phenomenal and cared about communicating with customers and assisting. It has gone down the crapper!!! I called and was told they were at lunch and would follow back up. I have heard NOTHING back days later! I was trying to get a new car added to the policy. I have called several times in the past prior to needing a vehicle added to my policy would transfer me to the call center!Now shopping for a new provider! Get a new team for this location!! Do NOT recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Went here for fingerprint at 9am left 15 mins after I was the only one there really good service friendly most of the reviews I see are one stars but form my experience 10/10 recommend going at 9am when they open
Negative experience: Sadly, had a negative experience here trying to get fingerprints. Made a 9 am appointment, no one was there. When the women working the front desk finally showed up around 9:10, they ignored me. When I asked about my appointment, I was told that no one had a password to use the equipment and they had to call tech support. Finally, 20 minutes later I asked if they were able to reach support, they said no. Made an appointment at another location and was in and out in 10 min. Get fingerprinted elsewhere.
Negative experience: I have cars and home insured with AAA since 9 months. In Sep, we had wind storm in our area, a few shingle came off our roof. Two roof contractors went up and both reported that the roof is in bad shape and need replacement. AAA inspector came, and declined the claim stating the damage was cosmetic. In Dec, I added another car which caused my premium to go up by $400/mo! I planned to sell the other car I was using shortly and the agent helping me stated that the premium would likey down by the same amount once I sell and remove the other car from coevrage. However, upon removing the car the premium went down by only $40/mo! Around this time, my son driving one of the insured cars hit another car in the parking lot and had a minor fender bender. A claim was opened by the other party. Now it has been over 8 weeks and I have spoken to various AAA agents (in AAA office and on tel) about my premium and why is it still so high, they say there is an open claim and they can't acces my account in teir system and hence can't help me with anything. They direct me to call the adjuster. She says, she is only dealing with the claim and can't help me with the premium issue. She can't tell me when the lock on my account in their system will be removed . Its been almost 8 weeks and no one in AAA is able to help. I am beginning to seriously regret changing my insurance to AAA.
Negative experience: Hate this location! The most unprofessional AAA I’ve ever been to! I came with my boyfriend an hour early to get his fingerprints they made him wait the full hour although no one was in front of him The girls up front were eating, cussing & goofing off There is CLEARLY no one managing this location! Do better ! Hire better staff Trash as a unit! I understand my appointment is with identigo & not AAA BUT if this is a representation of AAA I will never do business with them!
Negative experience: It doesn't even deserve a star, I've never felt more humiliated, the girls at the fronk desk are horrible, disrespectful, irresponsible, the worst costumer service. I went by fingerprint since they provide the service to that company, there was a problem with the system, they solved it 5 minutes later and told me that they closed in 10 minutes and that they could not attend to me. Why do you accept an appointment so late if you close 5 minutes later? It's impressive how terrible the place is, I work in costumer service and I would never treat a person that way.

Negative experience: The customer service here is awful. I had a time sensitive item that I needed from my agent and she was nowhere to be found for weeks. Said she would do something and did not follow through. When I finally got ahold of another agent, she dragged her feet promising to send the documents. I had to call 5x after to get her to do her job. Lydia and Mary are not helpful and I’m disappointed by their lack of customer service. Please do better.
Fantastic experience: Emily and Janna were so quick and professional with both my AAA experience and Identogo appointment! Lamar signed me up and was so pleasant as well!
Fantastic experience: Adrien was amazing! She was super friendly & helped me setup my International Driving Permit. She explained everything to me throughly & it was a seamless process! If you need any assistance, ask for her!
Negative experience: Would not accept employer business credit card for identogo services. Cancelled appointment. Had no problem at separate location.
Negative experience: Every time I time I call Lydia She never returns my calls. When I do get a hold of her, she brushes me off to somebody else. I don’t know how she’s made it there so many years, her services abominable!
Negative experience: Incompetent! Somewhat snobby and glueless. I was redirected somewhere else when I asked about my life insurance with them. They said, we don’t have a life insurance broker at this location. Further more, someone mistakenly down graded my policy. And if this isn’t enough all rates have gone up! Sadly, I’m only five minutes from this location.
Negative experience: I use to love tripple A , but they have gone bad ever since covid. They will have you waiting for hours just to tell you someone isn’t coming , they people they contract with no longer take them serious they cancel at the last minute I do not recommend
Negative experience: How true the previous negative reviews are and had issues with the same person- LYDIA MORENO! I worked with her for my auto policy and got it for 1 year, paid in full. Now AAA is charging me more for unknown reasons and possibly due to their system error that the paid in full discount did not apply. Now only Lydia can fix the issue, I followed up with her, failed to get response after few attempts and tried to contact her Manager, Donovan Knighten. He responded back with false promises to fix the issue and further stopped responding as well. I am now forced to make extra payment than agreed or cancel and switch to a new insurance company. Just so much pain, waste of time and energy to work with these guys only to be left in limbo. These guys will go above and beyond to get your business (Lydia called me late evenings and early mornings to buy the policy) but will abandon you once the purchase is made. AVOID THIS BRANCH IF NOT THE INSURANCE COMPANY ALL TOGETHER.
Negative experience: couldn't agree more with the other's review about Lydia Moreno. She is the worst agent I have ever dealt with. Quotes were fine. but her communication is dead cricket. She won't call back, text back. I had to call the 1-800 number and then have them reach out to Lydia; Also I had to call her manager and get her to respond back to my quotes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARTICULAR AGENT - "LYDIA MORENO"
Negative experience: Not this specific AAA but the membership number I called was irritating. It's almost 2 Am and I been out in the cold with my mom who has to be up for work in 3 hrs. 1st they dispatched the wrong company which was out of north east tx. Then I specifically asked them to make sure the tow truck brings an impact gun. Which they did not do also. AAA IS OVERATED

Negative experience: As you can see they only comment back on good reviews. Not concerned on people that have gave bad reviews and that had bad experience. Only if I can give -negative stars Would be great. Horrible service. Lydia was the agent that was apparently helping me. Never get a call back from Lydia or her manager. Was one price and went up triple, and could not be told why, for over a month till I got a call back from Corporate,still didn't help me and still wants me to pay, for the ridiculous amount they want me to pay should have stayed with my agent for over 3 years then switching to AAA. They only care about you when they write your policy, but after they just ignore you.

Negative experience: I don't know why AAA online doesn't transfer to the closest Agent in my city to open a New policy, my policy was done over the phone with Lydia located in Dallas and I'm in Houston!!! And my policy wasn't done correctly, was quoted one price and it went up!!!! Now Lydia doesn't know how to call her client's back or answer the phone, to get a hold of her I had to call from a different number and still get the run round, I'll call you back. I say stay away!! Go with All-State or State farm.
Negative experience: Ive asked multiple times for a letter needed and i spoke with Lydia and wrote her a email and cant even get a response when its been days. I was better off with my former insurance at this point. I might just need to do that.
Fantastic experience: I called rep at the office (Karen). Very quick service for an International Driving License permit. They also provide photo taking for a fee, and application forms can be filled in person, so you don't have to run for finding a printer at last minute .

Fantastic experience: My sister has a policy with AAA and because she is in good standing with them. She was able to save me a bunch of money for having my car towed. (Free of charge) the really sad thing about this is my Own insurance company., Whose name I won't mention DIRECT AUTO INSURANCE. (DOAH) wanted to charge me between 80 to 100 dollars depending on which choice I went with, 80 dollars and the driver could be here in an hour 100 Dollars and it would take the driver an hour and a half to arrive. Now Get this. I'm SUPPOSED TO have Road side Assistance, where anything up to 15 Miles is SUPPOSED to be Free. Beyond that I would have to pay out of pocket. ( understandable I suppose) My Agent told me this over the phone when I inquired about it. However when I called the after hours people I was told the OTHER TRUTH. So My Sister told me to hold on and to let her check with her AAA people. Though I did call the shop where I was having my car towed to. As he knew someone who could do it for less than my So Called Road Side Assistance Plan ( WINK WINK ). Thanks for nothing Direct Auto insurance. BUT A HUGE Thanks goes out to Curtis. ( AAA Tow driver) and the young lady who assisted my sister over the phone in getting the tow all set up. And Thanks to the auto shop for offering to help out as well. Sorry Guys. Free towing beats having to fork out any cash at all.

Negative experience: Tried to call this local office for some towing help. No answer on any of the options available on their voicemail. Might as well call the 1-800 number. Why do you have a local office if you can't be reached. Worthless.

Negative experience: Just WORTHLESS!!! NO WAY to reach a live person. And AAA is TOO LAZY OR DUMB to know how to list their Defensive Driving Classes online.
Negative experience: This branch is running a scam operation. Make sure you check your account after you leave that you weren't signed up for programs and services without your consent. I went into the AAA office today to renew my international driver's permit. Nothing else was requested. Nothing else was discussed. When I arrived home, I found a slew of emails from AAA and AAA related third parties welcoming me to programs and providing me information I never requested based on my supposed "search." Not a word was discussed re: any of the things that I had received. This all makes sense, of course, given the fact that when I was there, what I surmise was the manager was giving the front office staff a lecture about cross-sales and the fact that the branch wasn't hitting their numbers. This seems similar to the Wells Fargo banking scheme, where unsuspecting customers were being surreptitiously signed up for products without their knowledge so they would hit their quotas. A complete breach of decorum and violation of customer trust. I'll be filing a complaint with the CFPB.
Fantastic experience: As a long time member, I have used AAA for other things such as roadside assistance ect.... However, I have never used AAA for Travel. My family was planning a vacation and I decided to try your agency. Brad Tey, our Travel Specialist went above an beyond. He was very patient with all our many changes and accommodations, countless phone calls and emails. Unfortunately the travel plans were out of my hands and my family decided to go a different direction. I learned a lot dealing with your travel service and wanted to let you know that Brad Tey's professionalism and PRICE could not be beat. Thank YOU so much!!!!

Fantastic experience: Came in to get my international driving permit for my visit to Tokyo. Service was great and friendly. Japan still requires a IDP, so if you are looking to rent a car or more importantly pursue the karting superhero tour on the streets of Tokyo, you will need one. Cost was $36 ($20 for IDP and $16 for pictures).

Fantastic experience: This is great place to get travel and insurance. There are some great deals here in travel. Use them all time for my insurance and travel needs. The staff is very friendly and are always willing to help. Open 9 - 5 daily and 10-2 on Saturday. As a member I can also get lots of member discounts.

Fantastic experience: I needed an International Driver's Permit and this was the closest office I found for mailing it in. I sent a second check along with it for expedited shipping and I received my permit, overnighted. I think I mailed it out Monday or Tuesday and today is Friday. Super fast response time!

Negative experience: AAA member for over 20 years. Tried calling this office on multiple occasions to confirm if they had a notary in office today. No answer and every voicemail was full- made me remember why I always have to go into the office to get something done.
Fantastic experience: Fitz is an awesome representative, he came to our apartment community and took the time to set up a table to talk to our residents at one of our community events. I really appreciate him taking the time to come and educate our community about insurance and what it means to have a true and honest agent. I was so impressed, not only did I switch over my insurance to AAA, Fitz helped our entire staff to make sure everyone got the quote and even went over there coverage's to make sure everyone was properly covered with there insurance. I definitely Recommend "Fitz" be your guy if you ever have any auto/home or renter's insurance needs.
Negative experience: Worst center ever. I moved from Pittsburgh to Dallas and went to change my membership from AAA east to AAA texas, which is kind if weird that AAA is all over US but it's practically different membership based on your location (West/East/Mid-west). Anyways, coming back to point, rather than spending time in changing my membership the lady started registering me on AAA auto and renters insurance (without even acknowledging it in the beginning), just to hit her numbers. They also registered me on AAA onBoard program, installing a device that should beep when my car speed exceeds 75, which it never did as of now, as they have installed it incorrectly. I got a message this morning to return that device, to avoid unnecessary charges, as their system is not able to communicate with the device. I would certainly recommend visiting other center over this one.
Fantastic experience: I started new Service with AAA on Friday on Thursday and I cant be any happier, lower rate, great service in office from the agent and she even assisted me with travel. The office was busy so the branch manager jumped in and helped out as well. I felt like they listened to my needs and wants and accomplished my goal. I will only visit this office and it's agents from here on out.
Negative experience: I am completely disgusted with the service I have received from LYDIA MORENA. if you call looking for an insurance agent and she picks up the phone, HANG UP AND CALL AGAIN! she acts like the most responsive person..until you sign the contract. after that you have to literally harass her to get a response. i tried cancelling for FOUR months and finally had to talk to a random person in their office to get my contract taken care of. and since then it was been nothing but trouble. even though i submitted all the paperwork for cancellation they are still billing me four months later!!!! am at a loss of what to do at this point.
Fantastic experience: Best money I have ever spent to belong to AAA. I have been a member for years I have had to unfortunately call because of car situations, like flat tire, dead battery, locked keys in car. Honestly, I have been very impressed with the politeness of the towing company (Premier Towing) they use in Dallas, Texas and of AAA when calling for help. Premier Towing has been most polite, and have never addressed me with anything but yes sir, no sir, and are very fast when they arrive. My thanks to AAA and their partner Premier Towing in Dallas, Texas. Very grateful.
Negative experience: I'm sitting here for 30 minutes while some new guy trying to figure out what to do. Almost no help from his colleagues. Considering canceling my whole policy
Negative experience: Be careful with the agent there named Lydia Moreno! After getting you paid, she would just stop responding all your calls and emails! I couldn't get my policy document and membership card after paying the money until I complained to their manager! Very bad experience with that agent!
Fantastic experience: Chad helped me get keys made for my bike when I lost them and the service I received was well exceeded what I expected. Chad helped me and I am more then pleased to say I am a happy customer and hope more people will go to AAA.
