Fantastic experience: Jennifer and her team are AMAZING!! Just returned from a 16 day, 7 destination trip to northern Italy and Switzerland. The trip was unbelievably organized for us, from the private tours/excursions to having drivers and tour guides meet us as soon as we arrived at all our stops. It made us feel very special and we knew we were in good hands which is comforting being in foreign countries. We had no worries throughout our trip. Wonderful hotels and amazing tours chosen for us. I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!!

Fantastic experience: We had a great time and the park excursions were planned perfectly. We did a lot of walking in the 4 parks. The dinners were great also and timed just right. Mears did a fine job taking us from and to the airport. The flight down was uneventful and on time. I'll have to think about the 7:15 AM takeoff though. The flight home was another story. It was on time but the landing at TTN was aborted suddenly when fog obscured visibility. The plane lifted suddenly and did a 180° turn. About 5 minutes later pilot announced the plane will be landing in Philadelphia. We Ubered to TTN to get the car and arrived home at 1 AM. The vacation was well planned in every detail. She was knowledgable about the resort we selected, quick to respond, and helpful with any questions we had. Booking for a group of 11 can be stressful, but Laurie made the process super easy and stress free. She handled everything for us and even sent us reminders for things we needed to do on our end! I definitely recommend using her services for big or small trips just so you can’t start relaxing before your vacation

Fantastic experience: I reached out to Five Star Travel Group and hooked up with Laurie Sheldon. She was FABULOUS. She was kind, responsive and reassuring to a timid traveler. Nothing was too much to ask if her. I've also interacted with Jen at the office. She as well went out of her way to help us when Laurie was on a well deserved vacation. All future travel arrangements with be through them. I can't say enough positive things about this group.

She made sure each part of my trip for my family of 4 went perfect she even checked in during my trip to see how things were and our day for magic kingdom when we needed to be up to fight virtually for tron lightning time she woke up and helped! She also got up at like 3 am when booking all our dining plans to be sure we got everything g we wanted and the times we wanted! Fantastic experience: Our family has used Cindy Carpino for years now. My wife and I have went on 2 cruises, a trip to Punta Cana, and a trip to Jamaica. The entire family also went to Turks and Caicos and Disney. I have to say that Cindy makes it an easy process. It always helps when your travel agent visits different hotels at destinations so she can help you make an informed decision on where/what to choose as far as location in the resort and room types. We have never encountered any issues on our vacations and without a doubt will use Cindy for our future vacations.

Fantastic experience: Working with Five star travel was an amazing experience from start to finish, we will never use anyone else! Planning with Cindy was so easy I gave her a little info about what we were looking for and our time frame and she quickly sent over 5 different options to choose from that included everything we asked for! Once we picked a destination she kept in touch with us to plan excursions, make sure we got our passports, and to give us any last minute travel information. She sent a text when we arrived to make sure everything was going well and also sent us a welcome home text. THE BEST.

I’m a bit of a control freak so I was kinda stressed about whether all the arrangements would work out as advertised. Turns out that was completely unwarranted. Everything - flights, ground transportation, resort reservation, etc - happened flawlessly and exactly as planned. Cindy and Jennifer are awesome!

We saw Pearl Harbor, Kualoa Ranch, Dole Plantation, went to a Luau, ate at some amazing restaurants, stayed at some beautiful hotels and had an overall great time.
