Negative experience: I have been waiting on a promised call since last Friday and nothing! I cannot even give one star! I am constantly being bombarded with calls from the timeshare Tradebloc stated I would be released from! I been calling your business and all I get is 'The person is on the phone.' I have scanned all the texts and emails I keep receiving from the timeshare and no response from your company. If you had the same tenacity like the Timeshare who calls Monday-Saturday at 8 :06 am and home and cell, I wouldn't be writing this review.
Fantastic experience: We were tricked by our time share company into buying a lot of travel points and our payments were very high. We are unable to travel very much because of our business and we wanted to get out of the time share. We went to a Tradebloc seminar and decided to sign up with them. Their service does cost a fee but, by canceling our time share payments, we have already saved much more than enough to cover their service. The time share company turned our account over to a collection agency and it was reported as past due balance on our credit report. We let Tradebloc about the bad mark on our credit report and they got the past due notation removed from our credit report. We are not totally out of our time share contract yet but we are well on the way and feel confident it will work. We recommend Tradebloc to anyone who wants out of their time share.

Fantastic experience: We have been extremely satisfied with the service and performance provided by trade bloc’s timeshare exit strategies. They have performed everything within our contract agreement. The process was easy and they kept us informed where we were at in the process. In addition to their exit strategies, they also provided a credit monitoring program which I highly recommend. There is an additional cost, but well worth the money. Fantastic experience: Back in October of 2024 I went to a seminar with Tradebloc at first I was somewhat skeptical, there are so many scams out there these days. They told me of the perpetual clause in my timeshare, I went home and found my paper work and there it was just like they said. I guess I’m one of the lucky ones my timeshare is paid off but the maintenance fees go on forever. Due to my age and my health and that of my wife we are unable to travel much. We don’t need any more expenses. I checked out the reviews and decided that I would go with Tradebloc to rid us of our timeshare. They have been professional in every way and keeping me informed of all the necessary paperwork they needed from me. I am able to track progress on the Tradebloc website as well as emails and phone calls. We are awaiting our final paperwork.

Fantastic experience: When I contracted with a law firm during 2018 in an effort to exit my timeshare, Tradebloc's credit repair services were included in the package. I was instructed to stop all payments and to ignore any phone calls and mailings from the creditors and collection agencies. Tradebloc mentioned that, as part of the process, my credit score would take a hit but also that it would eventually recover. That's exactly what happened over the next year or so. In the interim, I began to forward copies of correspondence from collectors and to update periodic reports concerning the almost daily phone calls (never leaving a message) I had been receiving. Periodically, Tradebloc would request that I obtain updated reports from the three credit reporting agencies. After nearly seven years of working with these agencies on my behalf, Tradebloc recently informed me that all three had finally eliminated all creditor information regarding the original timeshare debts from their respective reports. I should also note that after about three years, the law firm closed up shop and dropped out of sight. I was unable to contact anyone again; however, Tradebloc stuck with me to the end. Kudos to all these fine folks!

Negative experience: We were told that our timeshare was returned, almost a year ago. We were advised not to pay annual fees, and that we'd be covered if anything showed up on our credit report, then ghosted. Our unpaid fees are going to collections, the timeshare company says that we still own the timeshare. We have asked Tradebloc, continuously, for proof that the transaction actually happened... No response, at all, from Tradebloc. Emails and phone calls go unanswered.

Positive experience: I forget exactly how I found Tradebloc but they are in the process of getting me out of two timeshares and maintenance fees that I no longer want. Granted it is a little expensive and it is taking quite awhile but they are keeping me in the loop and protecting my credit until the timeshares are discontinued which hopefully is soon.

Negative experience: First of all, unless you’re signing up for the services, you’ll never reach a customer service representative. Second, It’s been well over a year and the company has not done anything other than collect the alleged paperwork needed to exit the time share. This company is a scam and will only take your money. One star, only because I have to give it one to review it.

Fantastic experience: We were contacted by Tradebloc who informed us of the perpetual clause in our timeshare contract. Although our timeshare was paid off and fees up to date we just couldn't leave this item forced on our children in the event of our deaths, especially with consistently increasing fees. The entire process only took a few months as we followed the instructions they provided. We were kept in the loop as far as our progress was going by each department. I received our final paperwork filed with the Orange County clerk of court releasing us from the property today.

Positive experience: So happy we are finally free of our Bluegreen Vacations timeshare. Initally BG demanded 10 years of future Maintenance Fees to exit, Tradebloc was able to negotiate a settlement of 3 years of MF which we had to pay in addition to initial fee to Tradebloc. During the process BG turned us over to a collections company for 1 year of MF even though we had an accepted and paid settlement offer. During all this Tradebloc worked to keep our credit rating protected with the Credit Bureaus. The entire process took 22+ months total. It did seem that there was a long period that nothing was happening until after the 18 month guarantee period was ended.

Fantastic experience: TradeBloc was very helpful with us exiting a timeshare. It was a bit costly upfront but not as costly as staying in a timeshare we never used. Towards the end of our exit we did have to pay the timeshare company money to get out of the contract. We figured that was the price to exit something we haven't used for a few years but we still payed yearly maintenance fees on. TradeBloc kept us informed as to the process and how things were going. It took roughly about 5 months for the whole process to be completed. Our credit rating has not been effected so far and they are continuing to monitor our credit score. If I ever felt to need to exit a timeshare again they would be my first call. Thank you for your work.

We have all heard the radio commercials telling us how they will get you out of your timeshare contract, but how do you know who you can trust to do it? After our Bluegreen Vacations got bought out by Hilton Grand Vacations in January 2024, we were notified there would be a ‘potential restructuring’ of our annual maintenance dues over the next few years, and we began to regret having bought it to begin with. In March 2024 we were invited to a local seminar in our area about timeshare ownership and that’s where we discovered Tradebloc. What a GODSEND!! Their presentation was very enlightening, informative, and easy to follow. The terms of their contract and the cost to assist us in exiting our timeshare were reasonable and come with a money back guarantee if they are not successful in doing so. Fantastic experience: 5/8/2025 We attended a seminar for exiting a timeshare in mid-January in Franklin, TN, where we spoke with Zach Justice. After having an evening to discuss the opportunity to exit our timeshare, we entered into an agreement and began the process. As of May 6, we are no longer timeshare owners. We were told that the average timeframe we might be looking at would probably be six-18 months; but our process only took about four months. The communication we had with Tradebloc during these months has been professional and prompt. If we had questions, we emailed them and got quick responses. We also always answered emails/requests within 24 business hours. This process cost a few thousand dollars, some on the front end (to Tradebloc), and some at the end (to the timeshare company); but it was worth it. Our vacation needs and timeshare availability changed over the years, so we needed to exit. We had an excellent experience with this organization and highly recommend Tradebloc for timeshare exit processes. It is worth noting that we had contacted another “timeshare exit” company which advertises quite a bit, and they actually told us they hadn’t had much luck with our timeshare organization and declined taking our business, so we are very excited that Tradebloc took care of us in this matter. Negative experience: Beware, this company is fraudulent. It is a scam. I paid $4350, and in return, they were to get me out of my timeshare and protect my credit. This dirty company did neither and bailed on me when I got a tax bill. I asked for my money back, and now I can't even get them on the phone. Where is Congress? How can this scamming company get anyway with stealing money. They are worse than the timeshare.
Fantastic experience: We hired TradeBloc to get us out of a timeshare in Las Vegas. The timeshare was not as advertised, and unusable to us. TradeBloc communicated with us each step in the process and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We had a few ups and downs when their deals fell through with buyers, but they followed through and ensured we did not pay any extra money during the process. We had 2 maintenance dues during the process and they handled them. Our experience was great and I highly recommend spending the money on them to get out from under useless "ownership" money-pitts!

Fantastic experience: Recently, my husband & I went to a presentation with Tradebloc Inc in Tulsa, OK to get out of our timeshare !! Although skeptical leading up to presentation, enough info was presented for us to follow thru with offer !! The only thing missing in the presentation was the extra fee we had to pay for deed work later in transaction !! We had already committed, so there was no backing out !! Think this needs to be presented in future presentations !! Price went up considerably !! We are very happy with Tradebloc & their work to get us out of our timeshare !! Positive experience: I admit I was skeptical about whether Tradebloc would be able to get us out of our timeshare. The meeting I attended was kind of “hard sell” (ironically like a timeshare meeting), but I decided to pursue it anyways because we were just going to continue to lose money as we basically didn’t use our timeshare at all due to health issues that developed shortly after we bought it. It’s far from painless as you have to spend money to get out, but finally we are free of it and won’t have to worry about it anymore. It’s an expensive lesson, for sure, but hopefully we’re finally free.

Negative experience: We began working with this organization in fall of 2024- We were very skeptical and extremely nervous about paying 1000s of dollars to tradebloc, but after numerous conversations they appeared legitimate. We were apparently very wrong. Kevin Friel along with other representatives instructed us, to not pay anymore money to Hilton, assuring us, it would not affect our credit. Tradebloc further told us, we shouldn't hear anything more from Hilton, but if we did to let them know in that they were handling everything on our behalf. Our maintenance fees were due last fall, and in following the direction of Mr. Friel we did not pay them. It was before Christmas that tradebloc reached out to us with what seemed like an answer to our prayers- If we would agree to pay $4000 (more) we would be released from the timeshare contract, as we have met all the legal criteria for this. We did. We entrusted this company to do what they promised and paid them in excess of $8000. March 2025- We received a bill from Hilton for our past due maintenance fees, and threats of absurd high interest rates linked to late charges. We began trying to get in contact with Tradebloc about this issue. We have called, numerous times, left messages, sent emails, and tomorrow certified letters will go out. We have informed tradebloc several times in several ways that we will be filing a criminal complaint against them, involving our lawyers as well as the USAG and others to whom will handle this type of fraudulent actions. The stress of this ordeal has caused health issues that were in remission to come out with a vengeance. It's truly astounding how any person/persons can commit such fraudulent acts. Perhaps what's even more astounding is that they believe that their getting away with it. Civil and Criminal charges are heading your way Mr.Friel and all those involved with this scam against American citizens, especially many of whom are seniors.
Positive experience: The meeting we attended to get timeshare exit information seemed great, but they left out details that initially made me regret my decision to proceed. I have been told this issue has been addressed. We ended up paying more than what we expected to, but after 2 years, we are now released from Bluegreen. Negative experience: We have been SCAMMED! They have drug out this process for over 2 years and we paid them over $8k to get out of a timeshare. They promised they would protect our credit during the process and to rest assured and wait for maintenance fees to be due for the following year for everything to conclude and receive our funds back. I have emailed/called for weeks with no reply. I call during business hours and no one will pick up. This is absolutely frustrating after families work so hard to earn money and put their trust in this company. This will come back at some point to this company. Positive experience: We were looking to sell our timeshare which simply put was a money pit. The maintenance fees continued to increase each year and then there were additional suprise fees levied. Out of nowhere, we got a call from TRADEBLOC to attend an introductory meeting nearby. We went to the meeting and learned about TRADEBLOC. We signed up with them to sell our Timeshare. They were very easy to work with and our timeshare was sold. We are delighted that we could sell it. We recommend putting your trust in TRADEBLOC like we did.
Fantastic experience: Tradebloc and Resort Deeds just helped us find a new owner for our timeshare that we have owned for over 20 years, and only used four times. The process took 3 1/2 months (maybe a record short time we were told) and the communication along the way was excellent. After Tradebloc contacted the resort, they returned to us with 4 options. One was the resort's 'fair buy out' transfer settlement offer, one was to have Resort Deeds handle a quit claim deed, the third was a strategic default with Tradebloc protecting our credit, and the 4th was do nothing and face years of phone calls and back and forth disputes with the credit monitoring agencies. We chose option #2 and although we did have to pay an additional fee to Resort Deeds for their legal help, the amount was less than a quarter of what the resort's transfer settlement offer was. All in all, we are happy to finally be free of our timeshare and so relieved that the deed will not pass on to our kids and saddle them with yearly maintenance fees and fear of collections if they can not keep up.

Negative experience: There is something that calls my attention, if you can see that the owners only respond to those who make a satisfactory report about the Tradebloc company, something strange seems false to me. I think that as a company they should care more about negative reports and give an explanation to the client to calm their anger.

Fantastic experience: Tradebloc was able to exit our timeshare in about 11 months. It did require a fee which was a one-time fee unlike the timeshare maintenance fees which continue to excalate and would have gone to our adult children after our death. We are now free of the yearly bills from the timeshare. Thank you for your help and the communication you maintained with us.

Negative experience: radeBloc did get us out of our timeshare but it took 2 years with lots of money. Communication with Resort Closings was poor and miss leading. Never did find out why it took so long to get this done. We are happy to be out of the timeshare which was our goal but service could have been much better in telling us what was happening on their end. We thought they were getting us out the timeshare by negotiating with the timeshare owners. Instead they resold it for nothing. We did not get any of our money back for the extra maintenance fees we paid because it took them so long. And of course the timeshare was paid for and we did not get any of that back with their sale. Be careful!
Hello Kendra, you were given login credentials to Resort Closing that you could see all communication to the progress of your case. You opted for a Transfer of property which we handled for you. You were required to pay the maintenance fees and was never told you would get those fees back as that was a requirement for the Transfer. This process began on 10/11/23 and was completed on 10/29/24. We are happy that this process worked and you are out of your timeshare! Thank you.

Negative experience: Misleading and Ineffective Timeshare Exit Service My experience with Tradebloc has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. My wife and I signed up for their Timeshare Exit Assistance service in December 2022, with the understanding that they would actively negotiate on our behalf to help us exit our timeshare with Holiday Inn Vacation Clubs. We were assured that if no satisfactory settlement was reached within 18 months, we would receive a full refund. However, after 1.5 years of working with Tradebloc, it has become clear that their service is not what they initially presented. Rather than actively negotiating with the timeshare company, it appears that Tradebloc's primary function is to address negative marks on your credit report. This approach might be effective if you have outstanding payments or negative credit reports tied to your timeshare, but in our case—where the timeshare was paid in full—it proved completely useless. Tradebloc failed to provide any documentation or evidence that they engaged in any meaningful negotiations with our timeshare company. Despite our repeated expressions of dissatisfaction, starting just eight months into the process, we were told to wait until the 18-month mark to request a refund. Now that we’ve reached that point, our refund request has been flatly denied, with the blame placed on our continued payments and lack of communication—both of which were decisions made to protect our financial standing in the absence of clear guidance from Tradebloc. Their service is misleading, especially for those whose timeshares are paid off, as there seems to be no real effort to negotiate an exit unless there are negative reports to credit agencies. This is not what was promised to us, and I feel that we have wasted time, money, and energy with no results to show for it. I strongly caution anyone considering Tradebloc’s services to think twice and ensure they fully understand what is actually being offered. If your timeshare is paid off, as ours was, you may find yourself in the same frustrating situation we are in—still stuck with your timeshare and no closer to a resolution.

Negative experience: When I received the phone call inviting me to their seminar, they stated that the condos I own a timeshare at had committed a consumer rights violation and that they would be covering that at their seminar. My condos have not committed a consumer rights violation, they were unable to provide me any proof of such a claim, and the entire seminar is about getting out of your timeshare, which I have no desire to do. For people that would like to do that, I'm sure this is very informative and helpful. But they probably shouldn't lie to people to get them in the door in the first place. This was an astronomical waste of my time. Know what you're getting into before you go, they are not honest or upfront. Just as bad as the leaches that sell the time shares in the first place.

Negative experience: My husband and I hired Tradebloc to assist with our timeshare. We were promised in the initial meeting that if they were not able to help us we would get a refund. My husband became very ill and we requested the paperwork via mail several times and never received it. I also informed them I did not know where to get some of the documents as my husband handled it and he was not able to help me anymore. Never did I get any help. We ended up resolving the issue on our own without tradblocs assistance, but had to take a hit on our credit. As guaranteed in the initial meeting they are refusing to refund any of the money. In my belief they are a scam. They tell you stuff up front to get your money but do not follow through and assist their clients as needed. I would not recommend working with them.

Positive experience: Here’s a update… 5/15/24 2:05 CST I’m very happy to report today that although I was highly upset with assumptions based upon miscommunication/non-communications our timeshare has been cancelled as promised. Today I received a letter of documentation from Tradebloc to the timeshare company directing them to cancel our ownership as well phone calls from the President and corresponding emails.
