Negative experience: I have been with AAA for 3 years and moved 6 months ago, which required having to find a new AAA location to call and pay my bill because there is no nearby location available for walk- ins The first time I spoke with one of your agents, Brittany Whitlow, I asked if I could reach out to her for future services, as I prefer to deal with one agent. She said I could reach her by her number or email. The first few months I left voicemails and sent emails with questions about billing charges. She has never returned a phone call or replied to an email.

Positive experience: Good honest place to do business with.

Negative experience: Lady was super rude walked in and walked right back out

Negative experience: Absolutely incompetent staff. Argumentative with a complete lack of understanding.

Positive experience: Went there to pay to renew my daughter's membership as part of her Christmas present. The renewal payment was more then I expected. It was more then I paid for the original membership. Staff was very friendly.

Positive experience: I'm not posting a rating about service at this time, but what I find interesting is the "owner" has only responded to the positive comments below. Nothing for the complaints or less than stellar reviews.

Fantastic experience: Get covered.

Positive experience: Been an AAA member for over 40 years, but I am always amazed at the Niles office service situation. If you are there for insurance or have an appt for either travel or travel agents you'll probably get served relatively quickly. But if you just want,... say parking for Cedar Point or such, I have routinely had to budget an hour for such a seemingly quick errand. Twice I've waited more than 20 min left to run other errands and come back and had continue to wait for the same customers to finish. Once I felt so vindicated when another customer left complaining of waiting over 20 min, this was after I had waited 20 min, left & come back an waited another 5. The receptionist then got me taken care of within 5 min once she realized I was gong to head to Boardman hoping for faster service there. Point being, don't wait til the day before and then hope they'll be able to deliver in a timely fashion....budget at least an hour. That said, when we used their travel agency services we were pleasantly surprised except for the time share sales pitch we were pushed into.

Negative experience: No response from travel agent after inquiring about a booking.

Negative experience: Took 700 hundred dollars off my card. Knew it was wrong but didnt give me my money back. Gave me 120 back, and told me i dont have to pay till January. Like thats was wrong not to give me whats mine back. Robbed me with no gun. Just took like it didnt matter about nothing else. Got kicked out of my house due to AAA.

Fantastic experience: Actually had a great meal here and the server was quick and pleasant . The gift card I received for Xmas made the meal affordable because they are a little pricey.

Positive experience: Super helpful, they figure times places, car rentals, flight times....ect. acomodating.

Fantastic experience: I had the privilege of dealing with an extraordinary gentleman who's as equally a people person as he is an educated professional, Daniel Sindell. He answered all my questions with skill and efficiency to ensure I got the most for my money with my AAA membership & auto insurance. AAA, a word to the wise, hire more customer service agents like Daniel.

Fantastic experience: Nice to have a membership for car towing, gas, and maps for travel. Good peace of mind knowing you're covered by these guys and using their services once or twice in a year covers your membership fees alone. Worth the price of around 100 a year.

Negative experience: Absolute incompetent garbage. We called at 3:30 to be towed from an easy to find grocery store in cortland. 3 calls later and 2 hours later, not only does no one take the agency to communicate with us, we were abandoned and left with spoiling groceries. One of the drivers failed to mention he couldn't get to us and let someone else know. We were supposed to magically figure that out and re call them ( which we did) If I could give zero stars, I would. Incredibly abysmal and asenine service. You're better off pushing the car yourself.
