Negative experience: Horrible. I am currently getting harassed by one of this companies agents and when I tried to reach out them, all they care about it trying to sell a license. I don't want to be or use a TA from this company. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company.

Fantastic experience: A great Host company and community!

Negative experience: I was with KHM for almost 10 years, they changed policy’s and got to big too fast. The staff is disrespectful, they say one thing and do another, and some major policy’s changes about half way through gave me a terrible taste. Karen told me to sign back up and then she denied me. Don’t think this is the best Host agency anymore. Personal thoughts, hope you do well! All in all KHM is garbage!

Negative experience: I booked a trip with one of your agents Ebony she is unprofessional and this is a scam she sales me travel insurance that is supposed to cover cancellation. I had a recent medical issue and had to cancel she was rude told me I had to pay her $300 to cancel my trip after I paid for full cancellation coverage. The next day she charged my credit card without my authorization. I don’t recommend that agent that works for this company. I’m filing an complaint with the NTA.

Negative experience: Probably the hardest company to work with. My wife was with them years ago and it was not a great experience. I signed up recently and found it worse. Avoid.

Negative experience: I spent 31/2 years investing my monthly payment and business with KHM, I had one issue that was not my fault, and they did not even call to rectify the issue; they instead disregarded me as one of their agents; I have two trips I am working on, and I am glad my relationship with this company has terminated. Their office managers are not courteous. They have no customer service skills. A pandemic has impacted our business, and we are just getting up and running again. I do not want to partner with a company that treats me like an employee instead of a business partner. Very unprofessional, and I am glad it has come to an end.

Fantastic experience: So far so good. They helped me out when my flight was canceled do to hurricane.

Negative experience: Honestly, gave me vibes they were not diverse nor inclusive. I paid for yearly membership only to be told: I was not the right fit for them. Nothing else was said and I had to call to find that out only after I saw the fee I paid was refunded.

Negative experience: I would love to become a travel agent with this group, but honestly, getting a hold of someone to actually answer the phone is a nightmare! I've called multiple times, on multiple days and always get voicemail or "we're sorry. We're busy taking other calls right now." Noone calls back or responds to my emails.

Since I started my agency so many years ago, while I was still working full time as a Registered Nurse, all the wonderful new agent online training and boot camp and more was not in place. Still, KHM was there for us for any questions, guidance or help we needed and that is still true to this day! They directed us to where we could find supplier trainings on line and where we could attend in person to learn. They pay us our commissions right on time and I have never had an issue with this company. We love the management, the staff and the President Rick Zimmerman...a true man who loves his agents, ICs, his business and God. He is there for anyone that needs him. Negative experience: Training is terrible. I NEVER booked not one trip. I have called for two months asking not to take the monthly fee out of my account & it is still taken out. Throwing money away. Which I don't have like that to do. It's been 1yr 4 months since I joined & no income made. I really wished it could have worked for me.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: KHM did their best to make this right. I can no longer give them anything but five stars. The rest is up to the Agent and the Law. Our agent from KHM Travel Group stole from our 14 cabin, 54 person cruise on the Carnival Dream. Stole money paid for gratuities that she never paid, stole money for an excursion she never booked and stole our Carnival group booking money. This is $9K and we cannot seem to get anyone from KHM Travel Group to return a call. I will never use a travel agent again, they have too much control of the money, offer no accounting of where the money went and no oversight by the parent organization KHM. KHM has responded to my review and is looking over our paperwork regarding this matter. I am unsure of the independent agent as KHM Travel Group is all over our cruise reservation booking. I hope there can be a resolution soon, but I would personally never use a travel agent in the future.

Negative experience: Although we made the best out of our trip we didn't get what we promised when we booked our vacation! I was told that all the hotels on the premises get express passes to rides and that was false but I had nothing to compare that too cause we had never been to the area. When I called the agency to talk to them about it they told me they never told me that. That was one of the main things that I wanted in the package!!! I even asked on the way out the door! She told me that every hotel have express passes to their hotel guests.I also wanted a food plan and drink plan and they couldn't help me either. When I got to the hotel, the ticket lady told me that they offer drink and food plans when booking with them. In the long run, I believe that I spent more money than I should have. I'm very disappointed and I will not be booking again with this agency.
