Negative experience: They hung up on me for asking too many questions after doing the bare minimum. Left a message for Larry almost 3 days ago and he never returned my call. Trying to go on an important trip but no one seems to care. Another guy told me he couldn't cancel my reservation. Then when I called back a woman named Vivian said she could cancel it. Nothing seems to make sense with this company. Absolutely abysmal service. Stay far away
Negative experience: Very, very disappointed, I tried to give this company the opportunity to sell air packages and hotels. I made 3 sales and it turns out that the commissions are paid between 60 to 90 days after the trip is completed. Who can work like this, and now I do want to. To receive those commissions, I have to wait for my clients' trips to be completed and continue paying the membership for something that I do not intend to continue using, much less recommend being very careful. The truth is, it is a total disappointment to work with this company.
Fantastic experience: I will not book anywhere else! Absolutely amazing team that go above and beyond to ensure my family is happy. They understand we work very hard for these moments and that they are prescious and few. This is why they take their time to ensure you have a unique experience.
Negative experience: THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! Steal my money, inactivate my account, and they use cheap terrible technology. I’ll be looking for a new place to sponsor my license. This is a really poorly run company

Negative experience: I became a member on a trial for Platinum and canceled within a few days. Then, they charged me $39.99 without giving me back money saying it was a commitment per the "terms and conditions" which I knew nothing about. It was not displayed obviously on the page. That should be made known to people before they sign up for this. I never used this once, yet they are charging me $39.99.
Fantastic experience: I have never been on a cruise before, so I had a lot of questions about how to get from the ship to the airport, excursions, food/drink packages, etc. Paige did a spectacular job of not only helping me book the cruise, she gave me a bunch of helpful information. I would definitely recommend their services!
Negative experience: I was hijacked...thought I was dialing in direct to Royal Caribbean to make a reservation....phone numbers are similar when Googled so that you will dial GTI. Reservation on a cruise that the "so called" agent ...never told me my reservation was "Not Refundable" Took me almost 2 hours to find someone to cancel the reservation to find out I'd been scammed.

She polite, very quick to respond, and very very knowledgeable. We have optimized all our trips using her suggestions and guidance. We have used her for both cruises and land excursions. We joyfully recommend her to all our friends and have received nothing but positive comments about their experiences with her. She is a gem. Every organization needs a positive face that represents their business. Sharon definitely should be that face for GTI.

Negative experience: Global Travel International has not given me my refund back. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. The 14-day trial is a SCAM. They won't refund your money back if you are unsatisfied. I have called 5 times now and they always tell me a different story about where my money is.

Fantastic experience: I've worked with Global Travel for over a decade and they make trip planning a joy. In that time I've organized several group cruises which the agents at GTI have facilitated as well as a couple of personal cruises and even a few for my friends. We've gotten good deals and great service. There are good reasons for using travel agents. For a recent trip, the cruise line cancelled our trip, but GTI and Paige worked with RCCL to restore our trip and even passed along a price reduction. Try doing that on your own.
Fantastic experience: I booked through Hotel Power and then shortly after found a lower advertised price through a competitor. I took advantage of their price match guarantee and within a day they refunded the difference to my card. Great service!

Fantastic experience: I have been with GTI for two years. My interaction with GTI has been an enjoyable one. I have learned a lot. My travel concierge is Sharon Goodspeed. When I started my travel business in 2015, I knew enough to be dangerous to myself. Sharon took me under her wing. She has been my mentor, my teacher, my constructive critic, and my right hand. She has not only shown me the ropes but has gone above and beyond in her assistance with me. Her abilities, knowledge, and professionalism are “par excellence!” I cannot speak highly enough of her. She is quite an asset for GTI to have. On a different note, one complaint I have is that of taking training courses offered by the different cruise lines. Virtually without dissent, cruise lines have told me that in order for me to take their training programs, I must have GTI set up a personal profile for me so that I can take their training. By taking the training, I can attract more clients and sell more cruises which means more for GTI. However, when I try to contact the appropriate personnel at GTI, they are not available to assist me for whatever reason. I would really like to complete as much training as I can. Is there a way that GTI can assist me with this? I am not asking GTI to pay for this training. I will do that myself. But, I need some guidance on this.

Negative experience: I try to give companies the benefit of doubt, but I'm very disappointed with GTI Travel Agency. I signed up last year, this year I get a charge of $199 and some change. When I called to inquire bout the credit they couldn't find me in their system, then said they couldn't refund me my money because I was charged back in May but they just taking the money out in July. And here's the kicker I can't even access the website, it's saying my account is no longer active. I will definitely not be renewing my membership I promise you that. P. S. They said I should have received a notice before they was going to charge my account no I didn't receive anything.

Negative experience: Been doing business with Global Travel for the past 3 years, and recently book 2 apple trips with them, and never got paid. When we called customer service they said we needed to call apple directly to straighten it out. We booked both trips with GTI, and Apple but they refused to pay us for the trips that would have been over $500.00 in commission. The rep T. Reid keep giving me ever excuse in the book on why they wouldn't pay us. Major rip off save your money. They offer the world, but a big waste of time, and money. Read Better Business Bureau post
