Fantastic experience: I have used Latitude 21 travel for the past 10 years. Cindy and her team are attentive to the needs and desires of their clients. They always do their best to find exactly what we are looking for. We have never had a bad experience using them for our travel needs. This year 2025, Cindy found us a great deal on an all adult all-inclusive resort in Mexico. This resort was top notch and we will return again. Thank you Cindy for always making our vacations no hassle and just what we need.

Fantastic experience: I reached out to Sarah to help make reservations for a trip to Phoenix. Everything went well until we got to our hotel and they told us they were full. I know it wasn't her fault. There were a lot of things going on in town and it was the hotel's fault that they double booked. They quickly gave us a new reservation for another Hyatt, which in the long run, was newer and nicer. AND we got the rooms refunded because of the issue. I reached out to Sarah and she got everything going and I received the refund a few days ago. I would use her again as a travel agent if I need one in the future.

Fantastic experience: We've worked with Cindy for at least 2 or 3 vacations and have always been very pleased. She always works within our desired budget to seemingly get us the best possible resort and room for our specific weeks as our careers aren't at all flexible when it comes to just taking time off. For our past several trips, we've alternated self-booking and booking with Latitude 21, but the convenience and expertise of a travel agent often wins out in our experience.

Secrets Moxche Pros Beautiful Resort Room Awesome Food Fantastic Drinks Fantastic Service and Activities at the pool were awesome. Con: This is our second Secrets resort. First one was secrets Maroma. Moxche did not offer the same attention to detail as Maroma. We were preferred guest at both. Maroma it felt like you were special. At Moxche you felt like you were just another guest. Examples: Room: every day at Maroma they would clean your room, restock everything in your room and go the extra mile (Bring some cake, restock your snacks, add extra snacks that you ate on a regular basis, etc.) Moxche we never received any snacks, one day they didn't clean the room, nothing extra that you felt like they were excited to have you. Seemed liked the Impression guest were the ones they cared about. Another big difference was the concierge person outside your room. Maroma was awesome. There was always someone there and they were always very helpful. At Moxche it was hit or miss if someone was there. I asked them for a couple things and it felt more of a burden. Asked them to book a reservation at the hibachi grill, they never got back to me. Final thoughts: We had an awesome time at Moxche. Would not be disappointed to go back. However, Maroma you felt like they went above and beyond and paying up for the preferred club was worth the extra money.

Fantastic experience: We had a great trip to Secrets Vallarta, PV Mexico. Sarah and her team at Latitudes 21 always provide us with top level travel experiences. The resort was a great property with excellent amenities and very close proximity to the tourist area in Puerto Vallarta. Sarah recommended the preferred level at Secrets and it did not disappoint. Lots of exclusive benefits and conveniences. The staff at Secrets were awesome and the Amstar team were great in arranging our excursion and our transportation. Fantastic experience: February 2025 my wife and I took our retirement first vacation to the big island of Hawaii for 12 days. For the first time ever we decided to use a travel agent to make Recommendations and bookings. I strongly recommend the use of latitude 21 travel for making all your arrangements for the trip to Hawaii. My wife and I never used a travel agent and We travel from From China, Iceland, Europe, and the United My wife would do all the research from plane resort and activities. It was quite a burden so we decided to give latitude 21 a chance. That was a great decision! We worked with Sarah and her staff on framing what we wanted to do by way of activities, travel car rental and resorts. They came back with recommendations. For our approval and they took care of the bookings. It was easy, quick and thorough. Our trip was in February and there was weather concerns Whether or not our plane was going to be leaving back to the United States. We simply called up Sarah she got the all the information and took care of making sure that if there was going How we would handle them.. Problem three travel is what we had for 10 days. We did everything from whale, watching in Hawaii, hiking in the volcanoes, snorkeling, luau, helicopter tour, the island. Plenty of free time for pool And rest. I was reluctant to use a travel agent prior to this but now I will use latitude 21 for all my trips. It was easy. We are Already working on our February, 2026 trip and using latitude 21 Thanks nto Sara and her staff at latitude 21 for a relaxing trouble free vacation.

Fantastic experience: Sarah made the process so easy. I filled out a form online, she reached out and we talked a bit more. She sent me multiple options within the price range I was looking for. We ended up at Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen . This is the resort she recommended and it was perfect. My wife and I were looking for a nice relaxing Adults only resort to get away to. She nailed it. The resort was perfect for us to lay back relax and enjoy. The rooms were amazing, food options were great, our only complaint would be for the pools to be heated a bit more. 1000% will use them again.

Positive experience: We had a good time. I know Jerry informed you of the first place we stayed so I won’t go into that mess. You should stay away from that place. I feel things were repeated, two dog mushing. Alittle different but this was not necessary. Three plane rides were a lot, two would be best. The raft ride was great. Very fun. Jeep run was ok, thought this would be out in the mountains but was not. Just driving on roads talking. The dinner theater was fun and very good food. The bus tour was pitiful. Sorry it was. The boat was amazing we seen a lot including whales. The cabin we stayed was very nice. Nice little town. The train ride was great, good food and very nice people. I think this trip could very easily be made into a 7 seven day trip. The flights there and back home needed better scheduling. We would have missed the connection coming home if we had not got a ride on the airport cart. It was at the other end of the airport. Also when planning trip for multiple people who are traveling together the rooms at the different places should be together not on different floors. This does matter! The Alaska conservation center was great!! We went to the North Pole, it was great!!! Very close to the Marriott in Fairbanks. And Santa was there. It’s best to use hotels with breakfast when possible. Especially when activities are scheduled early.

Positive experience: The staff were very accommodating and friendly . The rooms were nice. The only concern we had was that the medical staff was not really trained and there was no AED equipment. The manager gave the excuse of it being a third world country. If they are going to cater to all ages, they need some kind of medical care and an AED on site.

It was a wonderful time of rest and relaxation. There was absolutely nothing to worry about. We stayed at the El Dorado Seaside Palms resort. It was all inclusive, friendly, and really had amazing service and amazing food everywhere we went. The best part were the bali beds stationed all around the beach and the pools. True comfort. Fantastic experience: Sarah's recommendation for our family vacation exceeded our expectations. She listened to my wants/needs and met all of them and more. The anxiety of travelling outside the country with little kids ended up being a non-issue.

Negative experience: I worked with Cindy recently because my friend booked a trip to the DR for her brother's wedding so there was a group of us going. I was less than thrilled with Cindy's customer service for this trip. I was traveling with a friend of mine and whenever I had questions for Cindy I would email her and include my friend on the email so that we could receive the same information back. Cindy NEVER replies all so I was constantly having to forward the information to my friend. There was one occasion where my friend reached out to her to ask a question about our transportation and she never replied to her until I emailed two days later the same question and received a response immediately. Additionally, when booking the trip we had Cindy book our airfare as well. I asked her if the airfare price goes down will she help us with getting a refund or a credit. The answer was no. I ended up to do the leg work and saved us money on our flight. What am I paying a travel agent for if I have to do the work? I could've booked all this myself. When asking for a break down for the final price after booking, she basically gave a response of "figure it out yourself". I was not a fan of her communication and I feel that she just made money off our group booking. Another one of our friends booked a family room at the Margaritaville resort and there were 3 people in the room. They were going to give them a room with one bed and no pullout couch (even though Cindy told her it was pull out sofa). My friend had to pay $50 cash at the resort to get a room with 2 beds. Crazy work! That may not have been Cindy's fault but not having a pull out sofa when she was told there would be one is nuts. I was very disappointed with her customer service and will not be reaching out for future travel arrangements through this company. I was polite and respectful when communicating with her but in the future I will work with someone who appreciates my business.

Fantastic experience: Secrets Akumal is a beautiful, tropical resort with a focus on the native plants and beauty of the area in a natural form. The beach is beautiful but not as large and expansive as other places we’ve visited. Nonetheless, it is gorgeous. The staff is very focused on being personable and polite, assuring visitors that they are there to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Food & beverages were excellent, too. Overall, it is a great resort with plenty to do and for vacationing. Sarah, at Latitude 21, had everything lined up for us. No issues at all!

Food was very good and there was only one restaurant with semi-reservation requirements in their eight (8) dining facilities. Very large staff to serve guests and they were always happy and grateful to see you and offer their services.

Fantastic experience: Have to give Sarah with Latitude 21 Travel a full 5 stars! We reached out to her regarding our honeymoon and the process was so simple. I can be very indecisive so going through an agent was the best option! She sent us multiple options for us to look at, along with being willing to change flights and dates that suited our travel plans! She got us a wonderful deal, and we had the BEST time! One thing that stresses me most when planning a trip is booking flights, and transportation to and from the airport. But with a click of a button from me, she had that all done for us! The highlight of our trip was most definitely the resort itself, we stayed at Zoetry Marigot Bay in St. Lucia and it was exactly as we expected, and more. It was beautiful, so peaceful and so much fun. The people in St. Lucia were so pleasant and we will definitely be going back in the future! Coming up with a downside to the trip is difficult, because we truly had the best time. If I had to say one thing, it would be the travel back home was hard. Not due to the agency, just the way the airport works, and by the time we were making our way back home we were so ready to be back in our bed so the travel felt extremely long. But that’s really with any trip. So considering that’s the downside, I still give Sarah and our trip 5 out 5 stars! After the stress of the wedding and the year planning it was so nice to just trust someone to schedule us a relaxing vacation, and that’s exactly what we got! Thank you to Sarah and Latitude 21, we will never go through anyone else!

Positive experience: Couples Swept Away in Negril was an amazing experience as always. This was our 5th trip here and will not be our last. Unfortunately I had a strong preference for a ground floor room which was not accommodated despite booking in January for a trip at the end of October. This required time out of our trip to correct as well as packing/unpacking to change rooms midweek. I don’t get to travel much so I’m particular when I do. I’d like for my needs to be more strongly advocated for going forward.

Fantastic experience: Cindy and Latitude Travel helped us to book such a wonderfully memorable vacation. We stayed at the Riu Santa Fe in Cabo and we could not have had a better experience. The reviews online were mixed so we really didn't know what to expect however the food, staff and area were incredible and the trip was a great value

Positive experience: Just returned from Majestic Elegance Punta Cana. Overall we had a great trip! The beach was beautiful with no seaweed! The staff was very friendly and by the end of our trip we were all “family”. The only improvement would be the food quality. It was pretty much hit or miss with.
