Fantastic experience: I got the bus for my niece's birthday and didn't want to join the ride with all her friends so it was awesome that Andy (the driver) was a great communicator. He kept me updated the whole time, like when he drop the girls off and picked them up, and when they were ok the way home. Also, there was a maintenance issue with the vehicle I wanted but Birmingham Limo upgraded us at no cost for the inconvenience. That was really awesome of them to help us keep the experience instead of just canceling. Highly recommend them for their customer service and great vehicles.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely loved our experience with Birmingham for my best friends birthday party! Mike was our driver and he made sure we had everything we needed and was so kind. The entire booking experience was so smooth and they answered every question I had (and there were many!). The bus was extremely clean and they supplied ice, cups and even asked what color napkins we wanted. The attention to detail was impeccable. I highly recommend using Birmingham for all your transportation needs.

Negative experience: I don't know if the lady driving this car is drunk, high, or just out of her mind, but she is a detriment and hazard to everyone on the road. She has no regard for the safety of anyone else around here. Unreal...
Chad, I see nothing in these photos that suggest our chauffeur is being anything less than professional. We have dash cams and GPS in every vehicle and get alerts for speeding, hard braking, no seatbelt, talking on phone etc, and I just reviewed all dash cam footage from this AM and see nothing to warrant your claim. Fantastic experience: Birmingham was the perfect choice for our group! We had a multi-date corporate event with several flying in. They helped us with picking everyone up from the airport and additional transportation around the area. As the event organizer, it made my life so easy! For the arrivals I was able to hand off flight numbers and they kept track of everything. All of our drivers were extremely professional and Juli was fantastic with getting all the details together.

Negative experience: So the driver last night (04/13/2025) for a wedding refused to go pick up the bride and groom and an entire bus load back at the wedding venue when he had PLENTY OF TIME. He decided to just stand there outside of the van, at the hotel, until it turned 11:30 PM when his official “end time” was for the night so he could leave. He flat out refused to DO HIS JOB, WHICH HE WAS PAID FOR. So someone else ended up having to go back and pick everyone up in their own car!!! The guy was a complete jerk and absolutely needs to be fired!
Sarah, I am sorry to hear about this, as this is not the service we are known for. I do not see any reservations for a Sarah from last night. If you could contact us with some info that might help us know which reservation this was for, I would like to look into this and get it resolved. So if you could send us the name the reservation was under, the venue where the service was or anything else that would help us, that would be greatly appreciated. Fantastic experience: We used Birmingham Limo for our January wedding at Nazareth Hall and were so thankful for their service! Having them on our vendor team gave us and our guests peace of mind during winter weather. We decided a few weeks leading up to our wedding that we wanted to have shuttles, so we called at the last minute, and they were able to work without specific needs to make a customized plan that would work for our 2 room blocks plus a car for the bride and groom. They communicated with us the days leading up to the event to confirm the timing of everything, and I loved the feature where we could track the vehicles so that we knew when they were arriving. They were professional, timely, and the perfect addition to a beautiful day. We could not imagine our day without them!

Brandon was our chauffeur for the evening and he was extremely professional, punctual, safe, and made sure we had a lot of fun! Ice, cups, and napkins were provided. The bus was very clean and had a great sound system that we used to Bluetooth and play our party jams! Fantastic experience: We ordered a full size limo for a special occasion family event. Ken was our driver. He was fantastic. I had submitted an itinerary prior to the event, and the day of I had to make a few changes last minute. He was super cool about all of it. This limo was clean, and had all the amenities. The cooler was great and pretty big. This company doesn’t just provide quality limo service, it provides class!

Fantastic experience: We booked a bus for my sister’s 30th birthday bar crawl and had the absolute best time ever! Mike was our driver and made the whole night so easy and smooth. From getting us connected to the music on the bus, to giving us time between each stop, taking our group photos, and helping with clean up and stocking bus coolers at each location- Mike was ON IT! They did so much that didn’t go unnoticed: like even giving us rainbow neon napkins to match our party theme. The sound system and lights on the bus were great with no issues all night. The booking process was so easy and the team was great at communicating leading up to the event and the day of our booking. I cannot express enough how great our ride was and definitely recommend them and Mike if you book with Birmingham!
