Welcome to how everyone else does it…. So when I asked my son how he wanted to enter into high school, he didn’t hesitate: "Dad, what about a supercar?" Challenge accepted. That’s when I found Zach at Shirley Luxury Autos in Charlotte, NC. Listen, the man delivers like Amazon Prime on espresso. No hidden fees, no slimy sales vibes, just straight-up honesty and top-tier rides. Think of him as the Fast & the Friendly. My son picked the McLaren 570 GT over the Huracan, the Ferrari, the works. The McLaren was the one. So I booked it months in advance and planned everything big — lake house, boat rental, the works. It was about making a memory. Then, 24 hours out from rental day... my phone rings. It’s Zach. The McLaren came back with a cracked downpipe and a check engine light. Suddenly, our dream car had a dream deferred. But here’s why Zach’s a legend: He immediately says, “I’ve got a Ferrari Portofino. Wanna pivot?” I check with my son. His exact response? "Yeah… I want a Ferrari." (Like father, like son.) So we swapped orange for red, and just like that — dream intact. The pickup was smoother than the Portofino’s ride. Zach had us in and out in minutes. The whole experience was fun, personal, and genuinely unforgettable. And the car? A straight-up head-turning, dopamine-dumping, V8-powered twin turbo’d confidence boost for a kid walking into a new chapter. Rent the dream. Steal the scene. Fantastic experience: I rented the Lamborghini Huracan LP 610-4 for my 30th birthday and it was the best experience I ever had! It was a 24 hour rental. Most of my day was driving around in it! Zach helped me with the rental and he was very professional and provided awesome customer service. The vehicle looked amazing when Zach was driving it down the parking garage to my location. I was mind-blown and excited the whole time just looking at it and driving it. I did get a lot of attention driving this vehicle. Fantastic experience: Just wanna say I really appreciate the exceptional service and the opportunity to experience some of the finest exotic cars out there. The first car I drove was a Corvette, a car I've always loved and dreamed of owning one day. Then, I found myself behind the wheel of a Porsche 911 Turbo S, a car that turned heads everywhere I went. Then I was taking my son to school in a Lamborghini Huracán, and the joy on his face was priceless. Watching him light up when I dropped him off and picked him up in these incredible cars made it all worthwhile. One of the most memorable moments was taking my daughter to a father-daughter dance in the Lamborghini, seeing the amazement on her friends' faces and the pride in her eyes. And then, driving the McLaren 570S, a car thats straight out of a Hot Wheels collection, was unbelievable. I never thought I'd even get to sit one of these when you're not used to driving cars like that I got a little stressed and Zach told me to quit being stressed out these cars are meant to enjoy and have fun. I mean to me that should say it all about what company you should pick when you want to rent amazing cars. .These experiences have been a dream come true.
