Fantastic experience: My wife and I planned a trip to Tahiti from Sept. 2 to Sept. 10th, 2025 through Tahiti.com and Candace Webster was our personal travel agent. We cannot praise her enough! She was absolutely wonderful and took care of everything for us! This was our first trip to French Polynesia and we stayed one night on Tahiti, 3 nights at the Four Seasons on Bora, Bora and 3 nights at The Brando on Tetiaroa. It was amazing and beautiful beyond words! We have been to Hawaii many times but French Polynesia in the South Pacific is even more beautiful and breathtaking! It is like standing in the middle of the most perfect postcard you can possibly imagine! We highly recommend booking a trip to French Polynesia and we give Candice Webster our highest possible recommendation. She was terrific and provided us with a completely stress free vacation. We are definitely going to book our next trip to Tahiti with her again!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I wanted to experience our 25th Wedding Anniversary in Bora Bora. We worked with Joe Medina with Tahiti.com and he was beyond extraordinary. I first reached out to Joe in 2020 and he informed me that he couldn't provide concrete numbers for our 2025 trip but he would most definitely get back to me when those numbers became available. He remembered and reached out and and his customer service is outstanding. He listened purposefully to what we wanted and he suggested the Le Bora Bora and the Le Taha'a by Pearl resorts for our stay and we could not have been more satisfied with this choice. Fantastic experience: I reached out to Tahiti.Com and one other outlet when I began the planning process for our 10th anniversary trip. Candice responded and became my point of contact for all aspects of our trip planning and travel. She won my business when she identified a discount we could qualify for that got us into a top tier resort at a within budget price. The other outlet missed this and would have had us not staying in the Conrad, which was the highlight of our trip. Candice helped with booking all of our excursions, choosing wonderful business partners who follow-through on the quality experience shown in the pamphlets. Candice even contacted us during our trip when there was a last minute flight change, to update us on departure times and make changes to our transfer schedule. We absolutely love Bora Bora and Moorea and when we inevitably go back, we'll be contacting Candice and Tahiti.com!

Fantastic experience: We were extremely happy with the trip to Tahiti that Candice planned for us! Everything went smoothly as far as transportation, accommodations, and activities. The Manava Beach Resort along with the jet skiing, ATV tour, and snorkeling with sting rays, sharks, and colorful fish in the reef, was amazing and unforgettable. Fantastic experience: Our trip was fabulous! We worked with Lisa at Tahiti.com and visited Tahiti, Moorea, Taha’a and Tikehau. All our resort accommodations were wonderful. We also spent three nights around Bora Bora on a catamaran operated by Tahiti Yacht Charter. Captain Hugo and his wife found awesome places to swim with sharks and sea life, and to snorkel. The food was amazing! All our transfers, pickups, guides and tours were top-notch. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Just got home from a trip to Tahiti, Mo’orea and Bora Bora and it was fabulous! All of the details were meticulously handled by Tahiti.com. All of our transfers, tours and accommodations were handled seamlessly and we always knew everything was going to be on time. We stayed in huts over the water and they were lovely and had great A/C which was needed with the high humidity. There were lots of moving parts to our trip and Tahiti.com did not drop the ball once. Fantastic experience: Candice booked our package to Bora Bora, and we had an amazing trip! She has extensive knowledge of the South Pacific, and she was able to guide us toward a top resort with a fantastic package including breakfast and dinner and a couples massage! She handled all of the airfare as well, and she even verified that our US flights that we booked would align appropriately with our international flights. Upon our arrival into Bora Bora, one of our suitcases was unfortunately lost, and I reached out to Candice who had the situation resolved within a few minutes, and my bag was put on the next flight over from Tahiti. Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be happier about how perfect our honeymoon at Bora Bora was. Our agent, Lea not only curated our travel package (including 3 islands) but also included activities and recommendations based on our interests. Lea was very responsive on email making it so easy to get any assistance. We were stress free the entire trip because our travel, accommodation, meals, pick ups, drop offs, etc were all taken care of. A few other special mentions: 1. Nono and Tuki from Akivai Snorkeling Tour were great! They were so entertaining and shared so many interesting facts about the islands and historic stories. 2. The hospitality at Conrad Bora Bora was top notch. I am a vegetarian and was initially concerned about my meal options. However, the chefs at all the restaurants went out of their way to prepare dishes basis my preferences. This made me really happy because they put their guests first. Fantastic experience: One of the best trips I had to Tahiti was with tahiti.com. I travel to Tahiti every single year. Candice was absolutely amazing, She heard every single concern I had, with impeccable, patience and understanding. We took two nights in Papeete And four nights in Le Tikehau. Both hotels, were absolutely wonderful, especially that she upgraded us in Papeete. Out of her own, she added the transit stay on the last day with dinner at the hotel. Fantastic experience: This trip was impeccable and seamless! From the moment we landed in Tahiti until our last boat ride leaving our motu ta ha , everything was handled. Fantastic experience: Candice at Tahiti.com worked very hard to provide an incredible trip to Tikehau for my husband and me. I travel a lot and only once before used a travel agent. We landed in Papeete at 5:30 AM on December 6th and Candice had booked the Pearl Resort the night prior so we would have a place to relax before our flight on Tahiti Air at 2 in the afternoon. At 9:30 I got an email from Tahiti Air that they changed our flight to December 20th. It turns out that there was a strike and Tahiti air could not fly to Tikehau. I called Candace immediately and within an hour she had us booked on Moana Air to Rangiroa. She booked a beautiful resort, Kia Ora, and by 2:30 PM we were on this beautiful island and staying in a beautiful resort. What could have been stressful and a total hassle turned into a smooth change of plans expertly handled! I highly recommend Candace and Tahiti.com!!

Fantastic experience: It was a great experience working with Tahiti.com agents for our Bora Bora trip. The might we arrived at Tahiti, on the way to hotel, we realized the next day's flight to Bora Bora was too early and didn't leave us time to explore this island. We emailed the agent that booked us the trip, but seems they are not working on weekends. Then we reached out to the emergency contact phone line. After some text exchanges, they said it's not possible to change the flight at night, but they'll try that when the system opens 8am the next day. And next day a bit after 8am, they texted to let me know the flight has been changed to the afternoon, that gave us a few hours to explore Tahiti island. We appreciated this flexibility a lot! We went there the week before Thanksgiving. Seems like it's off-season. We got pretty empty flights from SFO to PPT and back, where even though it's an 8-hour flight, everybody could actually pick a row to lie down and rest if they wanted to. :) Also some of the excursions we booked turned out almost like private tours, where we are the only couple on the boat. The weather turned out nice too. It only rained for a while on two of those days. Most other times it was cloudy or sunny, no rain to spoil the fun.

We booked the Three Island Honeymoon Allure for my 40th birthday in April and it was perfect! I cannot recommend Tahiti.com enough! We're already looking to book again!

They had lots of packages to choose from that included a variety of activities, with options in a wide price range as well. Our agent Candice was there to help answer questions from start to finish, and even when something arose during our trip! She was extremely responsive and helpful in all of our communications. All the details were taken care of, including transportation arrangement from airport/hotel as well as inter island, which made for an stress-free and enjoyable vacation. Fantastic experience: We booked through Costco, but we wish we would have booked with Lisa and Candace through Tahiti.com. We met Lisa and Candace in Bora Bora during an excursion and they were so helpful with recommendations for excursions, places to eat, and helpful tips. Fantastic experience: My husband and I used Tahiti.com to plan our honeymoon. Joe was our agent and he helped us plan a truly perfect trip! The hotels were astounding, all of our transfers were taken care of, and the Tahiti.com rep who met us at the airport was very helpful. We had many questions throughout the planning process - and even during our tip! - and Joe was extremely responsive and helpful. We ended up splitting our trip between Mo'orea and Bora Bora; both islands were incredible. I highly recommend planning a trip to French Polynesia and booking it through Tahiti.com!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I took the plunge and made our “Dream Vacation” to French Polynesia happen in September ‘24. Amalia helped to make our 25th anniversary vacay perfect! Beginning with my very first contact through Tahiti.com website… all the way through to a follow up email after our return letting us know that she secured a refund for an excursion that we cancelled without the required notice, the communication was thorough and on point. That “surprise” refund was above and beyond in my book. Our adventure jncluded multiple islands, airplane transfers, ferry transfers, private and group transfers, tours, a 3 night yacht charter, two separate resort stays, dinner reservations and other local “must dos”. We had no issues AT ALL during our trip.. all reservations and transfers went without a hitch! I highly recommend leaving the planning to the experts at Tahiti.com. If Amalia handles the details, you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Had very smooth no-hassle planning of our honeymoon through Tahiti.com! It was almost too easy! They arranged everything from our flights to hotels to excursions. Candice even found us a whale watching tour that wasn’t part of the initial package and easily moved some things around. Our pick up and drop off transportation was seamless. Their prices were comparable (sometimes a little lower) when compared to other companies we researched. Our honeymoon was incredible!

Negative experience: These people are complete crooks, avoid at all costs! They will ruin your trip, gaslight you, overcharge you, send you on crazy unlicensed dangerous trips, these people are professionals at taking ZERO accountability for their actions and their claim that they handle everything is not based in any reality or fact. Book yourself directly with the hotels and you will save money, their “services” are not worth that additional cost and they definitely don’t manage your trip in any capacity. Even their response below claims and obfuscates the actual issues we had with them while gaslighting my wife and I to seem like we’re out of line for being put in perilous situations where other travelers who booked through them were seriously injured. They totally flubbed our wedding and left us holding the bag on thousands of additional dollars! RUN in the opposite direction from these master manipulators and crooks!

Negative experience: BUYER BEWARE: Don’t fall for the lower rates. The level of service they advertise and how they actually treat you once they have your money should be considered fraud. When you ask to be credited back for services you didn’t receive, they will play dramatic and say you are “threatening” them. They will make you sign a waiver saying all services / excursions are “at their discretion” so there is no compensation and they can remove anything from your package at will. They will gleefully point to that fine print if you try to submit a complaint. They even fabricate documents and events if you officially file a complaint. My now-husband and I booked a high end wedding package with them. Tahiti.com booked us on a “large boat transfer” and instead a local fisherman showed up in a 3 person motorboat trying to fit 20 of us. (See uploaded pics). Locals, even the hotel staff, warned us not to get on the boat as it wasn’t built for open sea. Luckily, we heeded their warning, but one person from our party stayed. Later, she reported back that everyone was severely injured, including herself needing a tailbone x ray at the hospital. (See chat screenshots.) The representatives will also mess up your travel plans and take zero responsibility. Lisa Corso and Jeanine Gresham Cater were not only unapologetic, but were actually aggressively defensive and “wholly rejected” any accountability. We’ve receive no offer of ANYTHING to try to make this right. Even before the boat transfer debacle, Tahiti.com paired us with a wedding planner Nolwenn at Le Bora Bora who was absolutely incompetent, dishonest and kept botching our wedding day plans. She eventually had to be escalated to management and reprimanded. The issues continued throughout our entire stay even culminating in a travel emergency on our last day, where Tahiti.com reps repeatedly put us in real danger sending us on a wild goose chase through the local towns, and repeatedly having us meet and pay off local vendors (fishermen for boats! Unmarked cars as “cabs”! The fisherman’s wife!) in cash from ATMs. Eventually, we gave up, returned to the hotel and paid thousands of dollars for extra nights at the hotel because of their incompetence. Honestly, I’m just so incredibly disappointed. We’ve tried sending countless emails, texts, calls. This was our WEDDING. It was supposed to be the best time of our lives. They don’t care. Protect yourself. Read fine print. Book elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Our Moorea and Bora Bora package with Tahiti.com was perfect! Amalia was a wonderful agent to work with, she was very helpful, patient, professional and very responsive. The resorts we stayed at exceeded our expectations and recommended excursions were excellent choices. Our package was a balance of land and water-based excursions and free time. Plus extra perks that truly enriched our experience including a romantic beach dinner, beautiful canoe breakfast at our overwater villa, full spa access for the day included with massages, and champagne for our 25th anniversary. We had no issues with our bookings and travel was seamless. We were warmly greeted and helped with each transfer, taking the stress out of traveling in a foreign country. After an overnight flight, we greatly appreciated a fast track through customs in Tahiti, and on the way home, special access to the business lounge prior to our economy return flight. With Tahiti.com and Amalia, we couldn’t have asked for a better trip, we are truly grateful, thank you!

Fantastic experience: Joe was great to work with! I was a little hesitant to book because of the generic name of the website, but we had a fantastic trip! All of the excursions were fantastic and not having to deal with the headache of finding transportation was totally worth it, especially since our resort on Moorea would have charged us $25 for the short ride to the airport. My wife and I plan to come back in a few years and I'll definitely be using them again. :)

Fantastic experience: I went to Tahiti and Moorea primarily to snorkel with the humpback whales. I went on 3 trips in 3 days and had one perfect day of being in the water with 2 to 4 whales each time. It was the most amazing day of my life. It was spectacular to be in the water with these giant, gentle creatures who swam under us and around us. A dolphin even poked one whale in the nose and swam away. What a tease! Everything was perfectly booked - the 2 hotels, the ferry, the car transfers and the whale trips. All was smooth and very reasonable. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Everything from the beginning to the end was exceptional. I never booked a trip on-line and I was a little skeptical. Our agent was Lisa and she did an incredible job. She recommended Moorea and Bora Bora, and everything was incredible and well coordinated. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and it was just amazing. She scheduled the activities for us as well and they were all so much fun: snorkeling, swimming with sharks to hold stingrays. I recommend it to any one that is looking for a trip to French Polynesia.

Every aspect of the trip was fantastic - from the first pick up at the airport to dropping us off at the end of our trip. The hotels and the itinerary were perfect. Fantastic experience: We booked our honeymoon with Amalia a few months ago and had an amazing trip. I asked her a few hundred questions and made a lot of changes along the way but she put up with me and helped me so much. She suggested Le Taha'a and we split our trip between a beach villa and the overwater bungalow which was amazing. All of our transfers were taken care of and we even had a private car pick us up at the airports and hotels which made travelling so much easier. It was the greatest trip either of us has ever been on. We had such a great time that we plan on going back in two years for my 50th birthday. Fantastic experience: My wife & I just returned home from one of those most memorable vacations ever at the Hilton on the beautiful island of Mo'orea. Lisa C.'s customer service was paramount!! She was absolutely outstanding. My vacation was booked for the summer of 2023, but my first chat started with Lisa was back in 2021. I initially flooded her with all my questions and every answer was filled with an abundance of information. I expressed what kind travellers we were and what kind of adventures we were looking for. She responded with all the possible excursions we may partake in with all the transit & shuttles included too. Every communication with Lisa was easy flowing and always reassuring. Flash forward a year and a half later to our vacation, everything went as planned without a single flaw. No issues with the bookings, no surprise hidden fees, no scheduling mix-ups, all transportation was on time, and the excursions were extraordinary! The best part of the vacation was that my mind was at rest too. Lisa C. made it very easy to enjoy every minute and to live in the moment, knowing that everything had been taken care of.

When we ran into some problems with one of the excursion companies and we requested a refund, they worked hard to get us part of our money back and also booked another excursion for the one we missed. Fantastic experience: We first contacted Tahiti.com in October 2020 to begin setting up our honeymoon for the next August. Unfortunately, COVID came on strong during the summer of 2021 and we were forced to punt our honeymoon to April 2022. Fortunately, we were in the best of hands with Candice and the rest of the team at Tahiti.com. We passed along some general features we were interested in with the contact form and Candice was able to build us an itinerary that would ultimately become a dream come true. We bounced ideas back and forth via email and responses were always comprehensive and helpful. As COVID surged with our initial dates just days away, the team kept us up to the date with the situation on the ground and helped us navigate postponing to April. When we finally made it on our honeymoon months later, we were a bit worried that something may be missed with the delay. Turns out we were wrong. Everything, and I mean everything, went off without a hitch our entire stay. Fantastic experience: To say Candice Webster is the best travel agent is an understatement. We booked our honeymoon with her and Tahiti.com to Bora Bora during COVID times. She always kept us up to date with clear instructions on what was needed for travel so that it was a seamless process. The accommodations were beautiful and perfect from day one. Everything was so well thought out. We ran into two hiccups while there- the first being an eye infection. We were able to get into the local doctor but was told not to do our excursion the next day as it was mostly in the water. Candice worked so quickly in getting ahold of the company and ended up getting us a full refund. The second hiccup- my husband tested positive on the way home for COVID (luckily it was false positive) but we ended up having to rebook a different airline so we could get home the next day. Candice worked so hard; even 2 months after our return home, so that we could be refunded for the flight we didn’t take. Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin! From start to finish Joe Medina made our honeymoon a dream. Tahiti.com made planning the entire thing so seamless. Our flights, hotel, transportation, and all excursions were scheduled and ready for us far in advance that we didn't even have to think about anything at all, all we did was go and enjoy. Joe had an entire detailed itinerary made for us that we printed off and took with us on our honeymoon, made it super easy for us to know where to go and at what time. Kyle and I decided to spend our honeymoon on the island of Moorea and all I can say is wow. The scenery was breathtaking. Joe had scheduled an ATV tour, a sunset catamaran cruise, and a day of snorkeling/ lunch on a private beach! The excursions were just enough for us to allow for fun adventures as well as rest and relaxation at the beautiful Sofitel resort! We have never booked a trip through a company like this before and we can honestly say that it was the best thing we have ever done! Not only did we have a dream wedding but Joe Medina made our honeymoon exactly what we dreamt of as well. Fantastic experience: We were ready to travel to Tahiti in 2020 when Covid shut everything down. Joe Medina at Tahiti.com worked with us on recovering expenses and rescheduling our vacation for later. After 2 years waiting, we had a fabulous time in Moorea and Taha'a. The logistics, accommodations, transfers, etc went perfectly as planned. He helped us navigate the multiple Covid testing and documentation requirements for travel to Tahiti and back to US. Fantastic experience: Candice organized a lovely two-week 25th anniversary trip to three French Polynesian islands, Moorea, Taha’a, and Bora Bora. She arranged several experiences, from Jet skiing around Bora Bora, to a private sunset cruise, to snorkeling with rays and sharks. We also loved the down time, hanging out at the beach, visiting tropical fish below our bungalow, and just reading a book on the deck during the tropical rain. Travelling was low stress, as we were met at every step by someone holding a sign with our name, offering a lei, and assisting with luggage. Great trip. Very nicely organized. And our accommodations were very private in this time of covid.

We were celebrating 15 years of marriage and we could not ask for a better adventure from the sunrises and sunsets to our favorite island Moorea with a 7 hour tour through the whole island with Enjoy Moorea and guide Pierre. The sunset catamaran on Taboo with Voilà Moorea. The overwater bungalow that you could walk and see the coral reef. The vanilla plantation and meeting the girls that do the pollination and getting to be with their family. The jet ski tour to see the sting rays. The Iaorana pearl farm that we got to see how they are done! The visit in between to the rhum distillery for their passfruit and vanilla rhum! We did not have to worry about a thing. We always had a car waiting for us to take us where we needed to go and help to get us through Covid testing at the end of our trip. They made sure we were in the correct line to get through the airport. We extended our trip from 7 days to 13 days and was the best decision ever! We needed the time to get away and loved it. Will recommend to anyone and will be using Candice again for our next adventure!!

We just came back from 10 days in both Moorea and Bora Bora, and can't imagine doing the trip without Tahiti.com. They absolutely took care of everything. Fantastic experience: Best travel agent I have ever worked with. I looked around for several different resorts and their respective travel agents and Tahiti.com was by far the best. Amalia was very responsive and helpful. My wife and I were planning our honeymoon(slight delayed due to COVID) and she was able to help out with every aspect. The itinerary she set up for us was awesome. We were able to pick and choose other options as well and she was able to accommodate everything for us. As far as the resort, it was recently updated and was worth every penny. It's truly a dream come true. I usually love planning our trips fully but we were so busy planning our wedding, my curiosity got the best of me and I decided to reach out for a quote. I had already booked our flights with points and had done some research on the cost of hotels given the loyalty points we have but I wanted to know if the package deal through an agency would be cheaper. Amalia created an itinerary for us that had better accommodations, more activities, additional honeymoon amenities AND it was thousands of dollars cheaper than what I had found by myself. Fantastic experience: I never write reviews but this is warranted!! We cannot thank tahiti.com and Candice in particular for the absolute best vacation of our lives! The day before we were planning to leave for our trip we learned that French Polynesia was going to be on lockdown for two weeks (due to Covid), and for the entirety of our stay. The resort we were to be staying at was pretty restrictive during the lockdown and we came very close to canceling our trip and trying to reschedule. We were heartbroken. Candice was very understanding of our concerns and was more than willing to reschedule our trip for another time, but she also presented us with another option which was to go to another resort with less restrictions because it was on private property . Candice literally rebooked our entire trip, at a different resort, on a different island, in less than 4 hours, the day before departure!! We believe that the trip that we took was even better than what was originally planned! Candice you are amazing! We will definitely be using tahiti.com and Candice to book in the future. We would also like to acknowledge the wonderful experience we had at Le Taha’a Private Island Resort and Spa. This is definitely the most magical place. If you’re looking to get away from it all and feel like you are on a mythical island in the middle of nowhere, this is the place for you!! The resort was at full occupancy the entire time we were there but you would never know it. There’s plenty of space and not a lot of crowds. This was a true French Polynesian experience, run by all local people, who were beyond willing to make your stay the best ever. The food was exceptional, the water was pristine and beautiful, and the snorkeling was absolutely amazing!! There is a coral garden as part of the resort and we saw the most beautiful fish right in our own backyard!! What a wonderful resort and we will definitely be back to Le Taha’a, no reason to go anywhere else!! Oh and did I mention? Candice also worked it out so all of our dinners were included! With the pandemic, we had to make a lot of changes and Candice helped us all the way up to our trip. We went to Moorea, Bora Bora and Taha'a. Each island had great accommodations, great staff, great food and amazing activities. Each island had great snorkeling however at Le Taha'a Pearl Resorts they had the best house reef. If you are looking for the perfect water colors and great backdrop then Bora Bora is the island for you, if you want quite and slow pace then Taha'a is the island for you. Moorea was a little more traffic than the other islands and seemed to be more action packed. I don't think you can choose a wrong island but we would recommend Bora Bora. We stayed at the Hilton Moorea and Conrad Bora Bora. All of the transportation was so easy and on time! We never felt lost or confused which is huge for my anxiety during travel! Fantastic experience: Candice Webster was amazing. She handled everything. She coordinated the hotels, the transfers, the flights, and the excursions. She selected them based on a few simple questions that she asked to get an idea of what we were looking for in a dream vacation. We went on safari, jet skiing, atv riding, snorkeling, etc. The guides were great as well. Everything was perfect. If you are planning a trip to Tahiti or French Polynesia, definitely use Candice from Tahiti.com We stayed on 3 islands. Tahiti, Moorea, and Hauhine-(Waa-knee.) If we had it to do again, we would spent the least amount of time on the island of Tahiti. The Manava Suite Resort was very nice, but the activities were limited there to sitting by the pool. The food was nice, but they had private local parties on 2 nights that guests were not invited to, which seemed a little odd. They have an on site Resturant, and the food is good, but you are not in Walking distance to any other local restaurants. Moorea, that was our very favorite island. We stayed at the Manava Beach Resort and Spa in an overwater bungalow. It was as wonderful as you can imagine. There were so many beautiful tropical fish right off of our balcony as well as a Sea turtle. Moorea is so much more relaxed and quite. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Moorea. I would stay there twice as long. Candice also arranged for a sunset dinner at the Moorea Beach Cafe. The food was delicious. The service great and presentation artistic. This is a must if you go to Moorea. We chose to take an evening walk back to our. Bungalow after dinner, just up the road, and felt very safe. Also, the massages at the Manava Beach Resort and Spa were amazing. We had a couples massage. Mine was so great that I went back for a second one with Hitia. I’ve had many massages, and hers was right up there with the best of them. Lastly, Huahine, this island is even more layer back than Moorea. There are only 3 resorts on Hauhine, and one has been closed since Covid. We stayed in a beach front bungalow at the Le Mahana Resort. This place is very family oriented. There is paddle boarding and kayaking right outside the door, as well as snorkeling with plenty of tropical fish to see in the clear turquoise waters. Huahine is definitely more rustic and family oriented, with more beach activities. We rented a car for the day on both Moorea and Huahine. One Hauhine there is one, store, one bank, and that’s it. If you blink you missed. Overall, it was an incredible vacation. Have Candice Webster from Tahiti.com help you plan your vacation and don’t miss Moorea or the Moorea Beach Cafe!!!

Fantastic experience: I initially started planning my honeymoon to French Polynesia by myself. I had never used a travel agency before, and figured that I could find the best deals by comparing and contrasting different hotels, excursions, and flights, then purchasing the best bang for my buck a-la-carte. I also wanted to avoid paying any extra fees to have someone do all this work for me. While doing my research, I saw an add for Tahiti.com and figured it had to be too good to be true, but couldn't resist at least asking for a quote to see what they had to offer. Candice Webster responded promptly (within a day or two) of making my quote request submission on their website. I was very specific with my request, having already done a lot of research and already knowing where I wanted to stay and a specific excursions with specific companies that I wanted to go on. Candice not only incorporated almost every single item that I requested into my individualized travel itinerary, her quote also included elements that I wasn't even thinking were possible for us on our budget, like private driver transfers to/from airports and ferry docks, a couple's massage, a $75 food and beverage credit at a resort, and a celebratory bottle of champagne. All of these things penciled out to a few thousand dollars UNDER the best prices that I could find and what I was planning on paying when my intention was still to book the trip myself. Knowing what I know now, I wish I wouldn't have wasted my time trying to do this all myself! Candice basically became my personal assistant over the next several weeks, and was unexpectedly responsive, friendly, and sincere regarding any inquires/concerns I had with tweaking our trip to make it perfect. Right before we were to board our flight, the French government announced they were going to shut down international travel to French Polynesia due to COVID-related concerns. Candice was ON it. She was completely transparent and honest about what her concerns were with us proceeding on our trip (possible cancellations of excursions, possible hotel closures, possible flight cancellations), but told us the choice was up to us if we wanted to still go or not. We decided to roll the dice and proceed with our trip. Candice was in constant communication with us whenever we needed her, giving us updates and helping us re-book and reschedule things that needed modification while we were there. Sure, it would have been great to know ahead of time that everything was going to go smoothly and as planned, but that's just not the world we live in right now. And Candice made it SO easy to just roll with the punches, knowing that she was looking out for us and sincerely cared about making the best of our COVID situation. We were promptly and completely refunded for the excursion we weren't able to go on, and for the 3 nights that we weren't able to stay at our hotel because we had to leave the country early. She even helped us re-book a new flight home for free, which was above and beyond my expectations, since we went into this arrangement telling her we were going to take care of our own airfare. Overall, my experience with Tahiti.com was a true pleasure and exceeded my expectations. You can book with them with confidence, even during COVID...they are loyal customer servants that have no intention of taking advantage of you. And I say Candice Webster deserves a big fat raise, or Employee of the Month at LEAST! :) <3

Fantastic experience: Amazing vacation! Every detail was planned perfectly by Candace. Despite our anxiety about traveling during Covid all went well and Candace was very responsive to all questions regarding the trip. The Conrad Nui Nui was spectacular. The people were genuine and happy to have guests. The manager personally reached out to get feedback in our stay and thank us for coming. Truly a wonderful vacation!
