Fantastic experience: Thanks for the experiences, can't wait for my next trip!

Negative experience: Went to get some one-way airlines tickets Chicago-Mexico city-Puerto Vallarta-Chicago and this old man just said, NO CAN DO; we were flabbergasted at the speed that he said it, not even gave us some suggestions or tried to find us something. Very, very much disappointed. We headed to another agency down the street and this lady was far and beyond, looking, digging, answering the tons of questions we encounter with her findings, and at the end she made us an itinerary exactly the way we wanted it, spending about $3,500 and we were like, what a difference from the old man!!

Fantastic experience: The best prices and easy work with them

Negative experience: I visit the office on 26th street, the sales person RUDY PERATA, took my request to get an airplane ticket to Mexico City leaving 28th of December and returning on January 2nd, he proceed to look for it and then ask for my Credit card and charged the card, when he gave the invoice the day was wrong, I told him and he said I chose the 1st because was less expensive, absurd response!, after he said to change it the cost of the ticket will be more and I agreed, however he didn't do it immediately, he asked me to return the next day, so he can do the change by phone, he charge my card with additional $315.00 arguing was the cost of the ticket NOT a penalty and he repeatedly told me Viva Aerobus no charge penalty for changing the date, another stupid answer and a lie, from this insignificant guy, I left because he is a small ignorant, lack of responsibility and ZERO customer service, he did wrong and I paid for it, LIYING INDIVIDUAL, Shame I only went there to support the local business, I even have an account with Chepoair and Expedia, Never come back!!!

On the trip I met Betty and Mateo and this trip was AMAZING. Everything was super organized, very attentive, knowledgable and made me feel welcomed. They are awesome and I enjoyed this trip to the fullest. I had the best time of my life and I didnt have to worry about anything since they took all that stress away from me. Negative experience: Si pudiera darles 0 lo haría, llame para cotizar un viaje con mi esposo, no hemos tenido la oportunidad de viajar por lo que le dije que estábamos abiertos a opciones y recomendaciones,molesta contestó que para cuando y le dije que igual estábamos abiertos pero que fuera entre jun-Jul-ago y me dijo que necesitaba fecha exacta, le comenté que no quería decirle fecha porque a lo mejor ella podía saber mejor que fechas me recomendaba en cuestión de precios, súper grosera dijo “pues no me va a dar las opciones de cuando estará mas caro o mas barato” creí que hablaba con una experta en agencia de viajes y ella sabría. No quiero ni pensar si así es el trato de entrada, cuando algo sale mal. SI NO HAY GANAS DE ATENDER A LA GENTE DEDÍQUENSE A OTRA COSA

Positive experience: Me atendieriron vien los precios muy elevados por la temporada de fiestas pero el personal muy amable

Negative experience: Le dijimos que queríamos los boletos para Guadalajara y nos los saco para la Ciudad de México y la fecha equivocada y no nos quería hacer el cambio nos quería cobrar cuando fue error de el y se hace el tonto ese Rudy muy mal!!
