Positive experience: Very clean and beautiful beach resort. The place could definitely benefit if all their elevators were actually working there. It would take us at times an hour just to get downstairs and back up if we took the elevator. We started taking stairs to the 25th floor up and down because the weight was so long.

Negative experience: Worst service ever. Paid for condo, ended up on the side of the building, no kitchen just a microwave, and no real refrigerator, and this one needs to be defrosted. Will tell everyone we know about this

Negative experience: It was very nasty downstairs around the stairs smell like urine when I checked out on Friday morning I was gone only 15-20 minutes call back or the throw blanket I left in the room and no one has seen it no housekeeper anyone which I know that you're such a lie it was just a last minute Hotel sleep because booking.com messed up our reservation on top of this hotel being the worst I ever stayed in do not I repeat do not book from booking.com thank you ml
