Fantastic experience: We recently returned from a vacation in Switzerland, Slovenia and Croatia. We had an amazing trip made all the better with the help of the Travel Junction Travel Agency. We have always planned our own vacations and in fact had already planned the Croatia portion of this trip. We knew we wanted to travel through Switzerland before Croatia but we also knew that planning that portion of the trip could be quite daunting. So we contacted Travel Junction and first explained that we were not the type to join an organized tour group and that we had the confidence to travel on our own. We also gave them an outline of the towns we wanted to see in Switzerland and knew we wanted to travel by train. We were willing to travel for two weeks before visiting Croatia so It was suggested that we consider visiting Slovenia (which wasn’t even on our radar) after visiting Switzerland. After some discussion with our agent and after a week or so, we were presented with a two week itinerary including ten days in Switzerland and four days in Slovenia. The Travel Junction has a working relationship with a company called Railbookers with whom this itinerary was developed. And what an itinerary it was. With the Railbookers itinerary, we saw sights, had experiences and visited towns that we could have never imagined existed. Before we left for the trip, we sat down with our agent as we were given a very clear itinerary with detailed instructions about every move we had to make. As if that wasn’t enough, we were also given instructions on how to use our phones to navigate the trains, buses and boats of Switzerland in real time. As soon as we hit the ground in Switzerland, we had the confidence to find the train station and start our travels. In the end, we want to thank the staff at Travel Junction because without their expertise and experience we could not have planned this trip to the degree in which it was presented to us. We have only good things to say about every part of our travel experience with the Travel Junction Travel Agency and they will surely be our partners in planning future trips.

Their insight to our needs far exceeds them just want us to book our vacation. The will give ideas on side trips, must sites to see each location. They helped us with passport renewal and global entry process. We were kept up to date on every part of the process and our trip without any problems thanks to Travel Junction. Fantastic experience: Travel junction did everything perfect my ride to the airport was perfect. My flights were on time. The Cancun trip was amazing. Fantastic experience: Beth and the entire team at Travel Junction helped to plan a Danube River Cruise (including 3 nights in Prague) for a group of 27 people from 2 different cities! Beth made sure all of our questions were answered and even got a few extras thrown in for our group. She worked with the cruise company to coordinate all aspects of the trip - air, transfers, hotel and cruise. The trip went smoothly and everyone had a great time. Beth and the team also helped with a trip to Hawaii last year which also went very well!! I highly recommend Travel Junction to anyone looking to travel. Fantastic experience: Our travel agent, Beth, worked with a group of us (8) on a Gate 1 tour to Morocco. The amount of time and effort that she put into getting us the best experience was unprecedented. Our initial flights with Gate 1 required us to fly to JFK, retrieve our luggage and recheck it, fly to Paris and then on to Casablanca. She was able to find us a direct flight from DC to Casablanca and worked with Gate 1 to allow us to switch flights with only a small transfer fee. She also organized ground transportation for us to drive to DC for our flight to Casablanca, so there were no worries about a delayed flight to DC. There were so many details that she took care of that it would be difficult to explain them all in a review. Ashley, Beth’s colleague, continually checked in with us throughout the trip to make sure all was going ok. I can guarantee you that I won’t take another trip without them!

Fantastic experience: Jennie handled everything for our recent cruise. Since we were arriving a day before the cruise, she arranged the hotel, investigated the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, the shuttle to the cruise port and made sure all arrangements were in place so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her hard work allowed us to just relax and enjoy our vacation. Jennie went above and beyond and her help and support was greatly appreciated.

Positive experience: Jennie did a great job with our trip. There was only one snafu when checking in at the airport. We were expecting that our checked bags would be at no charge but Air Canada would not waive the $100 fee per bag. Jennie has filed an appeal so hopefully our $200 will be refunded to us. Positive experience: It's always nice to have someone book your arrangements for you. Our group traveled to Aruba and our travel agent did provide an email with the information we needed to enter a Aruba. The basics were covered. I gave three stars because I didn't feel that anything was exceptional and several things were missed. My ticket was first class. For example, the travel agent called to ask what meal I would like, but when I was on my first flight, my meal hadn't been pre-ordered. We had to check in ourselves. None of these things are big deals, but I could have booked the flight and hotel myself.

Negative experience: If I could rate this lower I would! The worst experience ever, never use this company. When I bought my ticket they called me back an hour later saying they couldn’t offer that ticket price and my ticket was pending from the airline so I needed to pay $99 more for the ticket I already bought. I said no because I was upset. I called them back a week or so later and had to talk to 3 different people with thick accents who told me I wasn’t allowed to cancel or I would be charged an extra $75. So finally after I talked to a manager I had to change my flight from a non stop to a 2 stop and change the times, and still had to pay the extra $99. They are scammers 0/10 recommend!

Negative experience: I had the worst experience with this travel Agency the customer service people are rude and disrespectful. Do not purchase a ticket from this agency they are a scam. I purchased which I thought was a pretty good cheap flight and got a fake confirmation email saying your flight has been confirmed. They then called me to tell me bad news that my flight has been booked all the way, if I wanted the same air line I would need to pay an extra 300 to fly with them. This agency is a real scam and I do not know how they continue to stay in business doing this to people that are looking for good deals. Save your time and money by going a different direction.

Negative experience: This is biggest scam ARTISTS company on earth. They advertise one price on the website and once you make transaction they send you everything like is legit. Then 2 hours later they call you to inform you they don't have that ticket and you gonna have to pay more for another flight, and if you refuse you not getting your refund. Negative experience: Fraud, do not buy from them. They false advertise cheap flights to later tell you that the flight ticket went up. When in reality they know the price of the tickets but advertise them cheaper to scam you into purchasing. They also send you an email about the reservation being “unconfirmed.” & if you want to cancel they will want to charge you $150+ for tickets that have never been made. If you also get the sales representative Jenny, she’s a B.

Negative experience: If I could give them 0 stars, I would. After charging my credit card for a ticket I bought, one their agents called me and said that the flight had been canceled. I called United (the operating airline) and they said that the flight was still scheduled but that Travel Junction never issued a ticket. I have been calling them for 5 days and they refuse to give me a refund even though they have not provided a ticket.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is a fraudulent bait and switch company that accepts your money, then contacts you with foreign customer service agents informing that you need to pay much more in order to confirm the ticket. If you ask for a refund, they refuse to refund the entire amount! FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!

I booked the flight for a certain price, and 3 hours later received an email that the price was now $70 more than what I booked for online. They then told me that I would be charged a cancellation fee even though the price had shot up. After 2 hours of communicating back and forth I finally took the $50 cancellation fee bc they couldn't even get me on the same flight I originally booked!!!! The flight that everyone I'm traveling with will be on lol
