Negative experience: This travel address is the worst agency in the city. Please be aware do not buy any ticket from them. I bought a ticket with my family and they left me stranded in Turkey when I call them they don’t answer. I have to buy another ticket for $7000 family stuck in airport for three days. I am telling everybody be aware. The scamming people PR aware scammers.

Negative experience: I am not recommending this place to many lies they are not keeping there words I bought tickets to Istanbul the international flights have two bags 50 lb each and carry on they told me you have to pay to including and they are not my Fraind he bought on line he got two bag and carry on no additional fee and the time I bought the airline offered two nights free I told him I need that the he applied for it to get it and I Went there the couple of days later he told me fifty fifty chance and on and on the things he don’t care when you got or not I totally don’t recommend this place

Negative experience: They always have a bad attitude toward customers: especially the lady answering the phone. I called this afternoon to get a quote, and the lady picked up the phone and yelled at me, asking simple questions. If you have that tamper, you shouldn't be there, never recommended to anyone.

Negative experience: Updated: Small things make big problem, what happened I noticed that I need COVID-19 test when I travel one week vacation from my agent but I have no clue that I need another one to travel back to U.S and the agent didn't informed me anything on my travel back they stopped me at the counter and they sent me back, the ticket was cancelled, one week became more than two weeks, lost a lot of work days and get charged more than $2000 to fix the mess. -I payed more than the normal ticket price why I have suitcase 50 lbs and the time all the others got 2 suitcases 50 lbs each! -When I called they pickup the phone when I explain what happen to me he told me I know you're overseas but I have a customer in front of you, being overseas doesn't mean you come first!!!!! Man I didn't say anything you are the one who picked up the phone!! If you are busy simply don't pick up the phone.

Our agents always advise the travelers to reconfirm their reservation 72 hours prior to departure to prevent any confusion about flight timing or regulations. Also during the covid outbreak it was a worldwide mandate that every traveler was required to get a covid 19 test to enter any country in the world and that was advised to you and written on all of our tickets, reservations, and itineraries. As far as luggage before we purchase any airline tickets on your behalf we advise the terms and conditions and baggage allowance and upon the traveler agreeing to it at that time we initiate the sale. Negative experience: I would not recommend purchasing airline tickets here AT ALL! This company is unprofessional and the staff and owner are extremely rude and racist. I spoke with the owner a while back in September about a refund for a ticket and he was extremely disrespectful when he spoke to me and gave me very vague information about the process of undergoing a refund and made it all sound very complicated. He told me he’d let me know in a week if the airlines would still be able to cancel and I never heard back , it’s been monthsss. It’s now April (8 months) have passed and I still haven’t heard back. I called today and this one staff answers who was being disrespectful and raising her voice at me and seemed to want to cover for the owner by saying the process usually takes 3 months, I told her it’s been more than 3 months and she switcher her words and said about 3 to 6 months. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be disrespected and lied to. All they care about is the money.

As far as the refund, please note that we are not in control of when refunds go out, this comes from the airlines themselves. What we do is advocate on your behalf to either get your refund or credit voucher, however we cannot control when the airline replies or the timeline of the reply back. Negative experience: We were family of size 5, and the royal wings told us we qualify only for 5 free bags. Interesting I confirmed from the airline I qualified for 10 free bags. Some sources informed me the guy sold the extra bags allocations and use it use it ship his own business stuff. Also wen I requested to change my ticket he demanded I pay extra 600 dollars!
Dear Jabarti, if we sold you a ticket that includes 2 bags each and you confirmed it with the airline that means we did everything correct, so I am curious to know what happened at the airport. As far as your source who told you that we used your extra allocation of bags, that is completely incorrect because no one can use anyone's bag allocations, it is prohibited by the Department of Homeland Security and the airlines. In regards to the fees for changing your tickets please note that all the airlines have a general rule that if you change that travel dates you may pay a fare difference or a penalty, this rule is enforced by the airlines not by our offices.

Negative experience: I usually do not write reviews however a vulgar email received from Royal Wings office forced me to do so, and to help others avoid an office lacks professionalism, dignity, and respect. After over two months and multiple phone calls made to Royal Wings office requesting refund due to flights cancellation and COVID-19, I realized this matter was not taken seriously due to lack of update, poor communication, and inconsistent stories. This issue was finally escalated to the credit card provider and soon after I received the following email. As you read through their uncivilized embarrassing response, please be aware that prior to this incident, I have never worked with this office in the past and no date was ever provided. Google reviews show other users have also experienced similar behavior. Final comment for the number of lies outlined in their email: “There nothing else to say beside Shame on you !!” UPDATE 8/12/2020: Those thieves now claim that I was "caught double dipping on a refund". Instead of de-escalate the issue, they decided to make up more lies. If you were an intelligent person, you would know there is NO WAY to “double dip” on a credit card transaction. Snippets of the email, unable to copy the entire content: "the customer is upset because he got caught double dipping on a refund , he purchased airline tickets through Royal Jordanian Airline to travel from Denver to Amman Jordan then canceled his booking due to Covid 19," "if we did not intercept the refund In the right time the bank would pay the customer $5327.99 and the airline would pay another $5327.99 so the customer would get $10,655 and we will be debited by the airline for $5327.99. how would any one feel when you are trying to assist and then you get stabbed for doing so,"

Negative experience: please don't book international flight with this agency. my wife and daughter stock in Amman jordan because the agent booked the flight on 8-14 and they email the confirmation showing 08-15 ,.now I have to pay Emirate Airline 8000 if I want to get back by 8/19. My daughter is going to miss school if I wait until 8-26 and I have to pay 800 for missing August 18 .This is my first and last experience dealing with this agent . I will take every legal action to close this agency

Positive experience: Anthony & Ray are truly amazing at what they do! They helped me and my two girl friends go on a trip to Fiji, Auckland NZ & Sydney AUS. The way they found our flights to make it fit into our schedule and to also save money when we flew in DEC through JAN (which is their summer & High season) was great. I thought it was going to cost us arms and a leg but it turned out to be reasonable. They help with hotel decision, picking a car rental place in New Zealand & even help us figure out what to do for our New Years celebration in Sydney!
