Fantastic experience: DiAnne did such a wonderful job planning our Disney World vacation. She helped us through the whole process from the park hopper, lightning lane, virtual queue, best places to eat, and tricks to get around the parks easily. She even had the inside scoop on how to attack the rope drops and rides to seek out first. DiAnne helped us with setting up all the things in the app including building a lightsaber and a droid. He then booked our reservation at Disney World for both the on site hotel and the theme parks. Fantastic experience: This is a little late due to back to school schedules but wanted to say that Jeff did a wonderful job booking our Disney trip. We had used Jeff in the past and would not hesitate to use him again. He helped us plan a trip for 12 people (3 families) and was always responsive to the various questions we had. He was able to get all our reservations for us (including character meals) which can be difficult with a large group except for a fireworks package which was next to impossible to get (turned out better that we didn't have it as where we were able to see fireworks in Epcot was perfect!). Fantastic experience: I have booked 2 vacations now through mouse vacation planning and Jeff has done a excellent job for us both times. Fantastic experience: I planned my trip to Walt disney world with Jeff Merola starting in the summer of 2021, throughout the six months of planning he has been most exceptionally helpful with all the details from minor to large. He gave me all of his recommendations for hotels, restaurants, transportations, and most importantly the rides. What a help he is!! Very knowledgeable and has a lot of patience’s because sometimes disney can be a little confusing especially with all the constant changes. I can NOT WAIT to book my next vacation with him again! He really is the best!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time taking a trip to Disney World and I had no idea how much I needed to prepare for the trip. I gave Jeff a call and he gave me all the details and how much I could get done with my budget. As soon as I had a date picked he made the reservations for the resort and park tickets and guided me through making park reservations. He kept me up to date with all the new park and Disney World information through emails and texts every few weeks. I hadn't even thought about food before he gave me a list of his favorite restaurants. He even went on at 6 am to make those reservations for me and I could not have been more happy with the restaurant recommendations. The food, the experience, everything was amazing. Before we left for Orlando he double checked my plane tickets to make sure they would work for the trip. I also received a guide for the park attractions and how to navigate the parks. I let him know that I would be getting engaged on the trip and he gave me even more tips and offered to help set something up with a restaurant. Fantastic experience: Jeffrey was very responsive to questions and up to date on the ever changing rules at Disney during the Covid recovery period. His suggestions on how to tackle the parts proved invaluable during the Thanksgiving break. If we hadn't followed his directions, we would've waited in longer lines and not ridden near as many rides
