The hotel he changed us to was fantastic and will be going back in a couple of years. He answered every question that I came up with and gave me step by step instructions on everything I had to do on my end. When he sent me all of my reservation e-tickets the week before we left, he gave me a 7 page email detailing every possible situation that my occur. He also sent me detailed instructions for using Disney Genie +, Lightening Lanes, Virtual Queues and rope-dropping, which helped us in our day-to-day activities. Fantastic experience: Brian was awesome. He helped us decide which riverboat cruise line worked best for us, made all the arrangements and kept us informed up until the trip. We had the flight from HELL getting to Europe and he was on the phone with us throughout the process, helping us get rebooked in Europe on our connecting flight. He also worked with the cruise line to ensure we had transport to the ship--a REALLY big deal since we hadn't slept in 30 hours and weren"t up to getting an uber or taxi in an unfamiliar city. Fantastic experience: Many thanks to Brian at Dream Vacations in helping my family (5 adults) celebrate some big milestones together in Riviera Maya/Cancun, Mexico. When I reached out to Brian, all we knew was the dates of travel that we were interested in as well as having it be an all-inclusive resort. Brian quickly provided several different locations/prices and resorts. After much discussion, we were able to decide on Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya in Cancun, Mexico. One month and one week prior to our trip, Brian provided a very thorough email outlining details of the trip, there is a Travel Planner app that you can download – this is very helpful to “bring” all of the important travel insurance, confirmation numbers, and details of the trip with you without all the papers. Additionally, he was very responsive to the last minute follow up questions that I had for him. Lastly, Brian booked the entire package including airfare, private transportation to and from the airport, room accommodations as well as trip insurance – all spot on and top notch! We hope to plan our next trip with Brian at Dream Vacations.

Fantastic experience: An incredible vacation in Cancun. We stayed at the Royalton Chic and because of Brian’s recommendations we had the best Mexican vacation to date. You need to choose the Diamond Club option if you choose this resort. The extras are more than worth the extra cost.

After the first booking through Brian, we knew immediately he was the best travel agent we have ever worked with. Brian is detailed oriented and makes sure your trip is your true Dream Vacation! Prior to your travels Brian will check and make sure nothing has changed when it comes to your itinerary. One time we had an airline change our itinerary and Brian caught it and found us a flight that worked better for us. Prior to our day of travel Brian checks in and emails any and all documents we may need. When flying to Cancun we were sent a map of the airport and given directions of how to avoid the hectic timeshare sharks that await all travelers when exiting the airport. Whenever we need assistance home or abroad Brian is there to assist us. I have recommended Brian to family and friends and will continue to recommend him in the future. As I am writing this review we just recently finished a trip we booked through Brian on the Celebrity Apex. This was a family trip and it was absolutely a memorable one. Fantastic experience: My wife had wanted for years to ride the train (Rocky Mountaineer) around the Canadian Rockies. Mutual friends highly recommended Brian's services in making this trip come true. Brian sat down with us on several occasions and answered many questions we had throughout the process of planning this vacation as well as providing very helpful brochures/materials about the Rocky Mountaineer. This was all made that much more difficult due to postponing the trip for two years due to Covid. Brian kept us informed the entire time as to updates and scheduled payments. His advice about signing up for the Gold Leaf level of services on the train and the Silver Leaf level for our accommodations turned out to be exactly the correct decision for us. Universal was amazing our hotel was great..Hotel food was pretty pricey but we were located very close to Ihop, KFC, Del Taco and a few other resteraunts. When I called Disney Aulani, they said that there were no rooms available. I called Brian, and an hour later he called me to process the reservation process.
