Fantastic experience: Margi helped us with hotel and transport in Tokyo and Seoul bookending our cruise in Japan. Asakusa, in Tokyo was one of the highlights of our whole trip. . We really enjoyed the hotel and being right near all the places to walk and all of the shops and eateries. We found a great little Ramen restaurant a block away on the second floor that was a gas. It was probably the highlight of our culinary experience here With a 9 hour time change, we could have used a couple more days in Tokyo, but it was great fun.

Fantastic experience: We joined friends in Florida for a trip to the keys. As usual, we called Margi to help us with our plans. Even though we moved to Phoenix about 6 years ago, we continue to use Margi. The Marker hotel in Key west was fabulous. Very upscale and in a great location for walking to pretty much everything. We enjoyed dinner at One Duval, which was a bit hard to find, but well worth it. Also, Marquessa is another really good restaurant as well. The Chesapeake in Islamorada was fair, but priced accordingly. Overall, another great trip.

Fantastic experience: my wife and i just returned from a two week stint, the main reason was to do a river trip on the Rhine from Basel Switzerland ending in Amsterdam. we had Margi arrange 3 days in Basel and 3 days on the back end in Amsterdam, walking history tours, country tours, etc. all these went off without a hitch and we got to see and learn things from a local perspective that we would never have done on our own. this was our second major trip in two years using Margi and we'll be using her again for our next trip.

I'm so thankful I took the chance with a travel agent, because she really listened to our desires and planned our trip perfectly to capture all that we wanted to see and do. I know I won't have to worry about anything on whatever adventure I am on. I have used Margi and Creative Travel Adventures 3 separate times. The first was with my husband to Moorea, French Polynesia. It was my first time using a travel agent and it opened me and my husband's eyes to a new way to travel. Every detail was taken care of and all we needed to do was sit back and enjoy the experience. The second trip was to Costa Rica. Again the details were perfect! It was so romantic. Margi found this beautiful boutique hotel that was an oasis. She helped plan all of the activities and it was magical. My last trip was a girls trip to Europe on a river cruise with 4 days in Paris on the back end. Not only did Margi plan out each detail she coordinated the 12 day trip for 4 ladies literally living around the world. It was amazing. I already know where I want to go next and can't wait to have Margi start planning. If you have never used a travel agent or you didn't have an exceptional experience in the past I promise you will be blown away by Margi with Creative Travel Adventures. Negative experience: Took almost 4 days to respond to my request for services only to state that "my budget of 8,000 was too low" Apparently their minimum is 10,000. If that's they case, then why is this not stated on your website? Furthermore, you specifically provide a rage of budget requests from 5,000 and up. I know the cost of my trip, I know the cost of travel, food, lodging etc. Pretty sad that I found that budget range based on minimal research of my own. So, if you're looking for an agent who's honest, and transparent about their services from the start, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Margi was able to provide the expertise and detailed attention to run logistics on a 27 person wedding party traveling from all over the US to Cancun, Mexico. Lodging and transportation ran like clockwork. Her communication was excellent. I have recommended her services to several people already, and would not hesitate to do so again.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I wanted a trip to the UK for our 30th wedding anniversary. This would be our first international trip and had no idea where to start. We hired Margi to help plan our trip and what a smart way to go! We provided dates and things/sights we wanted to do and her team went to work. There were a lot of moving parts, three countries to cover, with private, small and large group tours, a Bronco game in London and transportation that included planes, trains and automobiles. Honestly, it went off without a hitch, so grateful! We had a fabulous time!

The weather was great and I can't say enough about the people that worked there. They made our stay there so much more enjoyable. It was very close to many shops and resturants and the food at the hotel was top notch. I will stay there again for our next trip to Mexico.

Fantastic experience: Hello Margi, It was great! We enjoyed it as much as the 2016 visit, thank you for being our agent again. The beds at Sofitel are an upgrade from last time, much softer. We rented a car for the day, drove to many places and around the island (only $55) great idea. Used a capital one credit card and received a better exchange rate on all our purchases. Fantastic experience: Our most recent trip to Fiji was our second trip we have booked with Margi and it will not be our last! I first found Margi about 9 years ago when my husband and I got engaged and we wanted to stay in an over the water bungalow in Bora Bora. She booked and coordinated the entire thing for us and the experience was so seamless and amazing that almost 9 years later I knew when we wanted to book a trip to somewhere we had never been she would be our BEST resource! We own 2 businesses and have 2 small children (1 and 4) so we are an incredibly busy family but we LOVE to travel. I have literally NO extra time in my life to research resorts, travel arrangements, transfers etc and the thought of planning a trip to somewhere I have never been is overwhelming to me. With Margi everything is so simple. She inquires and coordinates exactly what you are looking for in a vacation to ensure that your specific wants/needs are met and everything is buttoned up in an itinerary that is easy to read and navigate. Other than a few phone calls I didn't even have to THINK about Fiji until the day we left and our whole trip with included 2 islands, airfare and multiple transfers could not have went smoother. Fiji was absolutely amazing and we can not wait to go back, however we have so many other travel wants on our bucket list that I know Margi will be an annual contact for us! The staff on the ship treated us with smiles every day and asking if we needed anything, cruise director & director of excursions was very informative about the excursions to take. The Captain would come greet the passengers , and visit with us about the ship. The accommodations were grand, large rooms nice balcony and to our surprise a large bathroom and shower. Food was great and of course dessert every day. We are planning another vacation with American Cruise Line in the future. From the none stop flights to private transportation to the hotel; the hotels were beautiful and very Scandinavian which is the experience we wanted. Fantastic experience: We worked with Margi 10 years ago for our honeymoon in Moorea and again this year to celebrate our 10 year Anniversary in Bora Bora. Margi is great to work with and recommended the best places to stay. We had to end up moving our trip up by 2 months unexpectedly, and she worked with us and made all the necessary changes for us, including flights and changing hotels. We had the most amazing time and our resort was one of the nicest in Bora Bora. She is extremely responsive and crafts the vacation based on your needs and interests. She even contacts you upon your return to check in to see how your trip went and if you have any suggestions. We were planning to honeymoon in the Dominican Republic, a trip that we had planned ourselves, but after so many tourists had gotten ill or died we decided to cancel, just three weeks before our wedding. I contacted Margi and gave her our criteria and she was able to pull together a spectacular trip in no time. We ended up going to Costa Rica and stayed at two lovely resorts with several excursions, private tours and adventures that she coordinated on our behalf. She even suggested renting a car for a few days during our trip and had the car delivered and picked up from our resort, which worked out seamlessly. Our honeymoon was a blast and she took care of all the planning, so all we had to do was show up. I highly recommend her services and will certainly be using her for future vacations.

Fantastic experience: Margi is terrific. She just put together a month long vacation to Australia for my husband and me. It was the best vacation we have had. This is the second trip Margi has helped us with. She listens to what you are looking for and what your budget is. She really works to make the trip exactly what you want. Fantastic experience: Margi was super responsive, attentive and gave us great guidance from start to finish. We had a few false starts in finding the right time for our vacation but once we nailed that down Margi suggested AI accommodation which was completely aligned with our preferences. Fantastic experience: Margi helped plan our amazing Wedding and Honeymoon in Egypt. We did tours in Cairo, stayed at an amazing 5 star hotel/palace, and then did a 3 day Nile Cruise to see the rest of the sites in Egypt. We were nervous about going there at first, given the political climate, but Margi had just recently traveled there and put our mind at rest. We had an amazing, fun trip. She met all of our accommodations and needs. I told her generally some of the hotels and cruise ship we might want, gave her the name of a tour company we had researched, and gave her our budget and she did the rest! We had the most well put together itinerary and our accommodations were world class and all within our budget. She answered all of our questions about the flight information, safety concerns, the tour and even managed to accommodate my request of wanting to say our vows before the Pyramids at sunset and hooked us up with a great photographer!
