Negative experience: Worst service ever! My sister came from NYC to P.A. and was picked up at 9:20am and didn't get to my house til almost 3pm. She then rides back and got picked up at 12:40pm to be told to get off the bus on 178th Street, that there was another bus on its way in 10mins. Paid $60 to come to P. A. and be charged $80 and not be dropped off at her destination coming to NYC. I don't recommend these people for nothing.
